Worst food ive ever had in my whole trucking life. Don’t be mistaken by this Google map, it’s the takeaway opposite Dickies. Never wanted to punch such an arrogant member of staff in my life. Food is uncooked, no sauce offered on the kebabs, and in fairness ended up in the bin. Over priced crap!!!!

Food was nice the man working has problems he def needs to get a women maybe make him smile and be nice and pleasent but doubt it u cant make some1 like that happy

I recently visited Kebab Takeaway Dumfries for a takeaway, and unfortunately, my experience was quite unpleasant. The individual working there, who I assume was the owner, displayed rude behavior and lacked basic customer service skills. When I politely asked if everything was okay, I was met with hostility and asked to either shut up and place my order or leave. This encounter left me feeling unwelcome and uncomfortable. I chose to leave the establishment due to the unprofessional attitude of the staff member. Overall, I would not recommend this place based on my experience.

AVOID Absolutely shocking attitude stopped by on our travels this guy has absolutely disgusting behaviour towards people we left as his attitude was terrible.

Would give him zero stars if i could,disgustingly rude guy so aggressive so we left, aggressive as soon as we walked in! Seems like he should be In prison not running a takeaway

Missing items from order. Male staff very rude on the phone and has now hung up on me multiple times when requesting my money back for the undercooked food I was provided. Would not recommend. Maybe the food would be edible for dogs?

Dreadful food got my order wrong and were rather rude to me, male told me i had to wait outside as there wasn’t enough room. Had to remind him I'm still waiting for my chips.

In an era where kebab shops appear to prefer selling DIY kits rather than actual kebabs (the amount of plastic packaging making a mockery of the actual price of ingedients!) it was nice to stumble across a place that sold an actual kebab. Of course, it wasn't great - despite a show of knife sharpening when I went in the doner meat was pre-cut and probably by electric cutter, the salad was uninspiring and the service was surly. But the chilli sauce had a nice heat and texture and there was an attempt to mix the meat and salad inside the pitta instead of dumping the salad on the side. Decent effort, but I miss the kebabs of my student days 40 years ago!

Delicious chicken kebab with doner meat, and salad always fresh. Highly recommend this place, best in town. 👌

Our food wasn't to bad to be honest, but the attitude of the man serving was unbelievable! Never met someone so rude. Cooked food was being thrown all over the place, pizzas were burnt from what I could see. He wouldn't let me order what I actually wanted because he wanted to close the shop. How it's still open with someone working there like him i will never know.

Ordered on just eat the driver was so rude and delivered to wrong house then decided to deliver to the correct place. Won't be ordering from here again as I waited almost 2 hours for my food.

Edit...Judging by the other reviews rude customer service isn't a new thing.... crazy!! Worst experience ever, bought a pizza meal for my child and not only did it take 2 hours to get here it was burnt and cold! I rang the restaurant to be rudely told the pizza isn't burnt. Had to contact just eat. Avoid this place like the plague! Will add pictures of the aparantly not burned pizza! 🤣

Cold soggy pizza and the guy was rude on phone

Cheap prices, cheap food. Would never order again. The doner was thick and raw. The cheeseburger was frozen. The pizza was bland. The chicken wrap was edible only because of the vinegar from the slaw.

I ordered kebab & chips the meat was OK I guess but the chips were like cheap oven chips jst done in the fryer not very good

Ordered on just eat but can't review on there as I logged in as a guest but was gutted tried this place for the first time to see what it was like pizza was not great at all it the dough was more of a thick soggy bread with burnt crust the chips u could tell they were cheap frozen ones gutted as it feels like money down the drain.

Wouldn't deliver 3 miles from their shop. Could have sworn that's what delivery is for? Clearly not

Twice they have got telephone order wrong. Once the salad was completely missing from the order. 2nd time the order was with lettuce and tomato, got red cabbage and onion with one paltry bit of tomato and half a dozen bits of lettuce. OK if you're going in person. Poor for telephone orders.
