Food was to a reasonable standard. Bit pricey due to small portion size. Make sure to order extra or you will be disappointed. Comfortable seating, clean and tidy. Service a bit slow. Overall not bad.

Food was tasteless. Ordered the smash burger which wasn’t nice but claimed to be the best selling burger. Maybe not to my taste. Lamb chops were bland. The chilli sauce is 10/10 here. Otherwise… not the best of places in Manchester, or maybe just not for us. Overall not a very nice experience for us.

We have been going here for years food is so tasty we have tried varies things on menu never been disappointed if there isn't something on menu and they have the ingredients they will make it for you nothing is too much trouble It's a bonus that you can take your own alcohol Everything is cooked fresh in the open kitchen on charcoal which gives it a lovely bbq flavour

Great experience, nice food and very helpful staff. The problem was service is very slow and little choices for none spices. Most of the food are hot 5*🌶🌶🌶🌶🌶 Still I recommend it. Very tasty

Fantastic resturant for kebabs and currys, friendly and welcoming staff with an open grill kitchen to give you all the smells and drama of your middle eastern / aisian spiced delights as they cook. Been here 4/5 times in a month and everytime it gets better. Also serves the best naan breads i have ever had.....and i am picky with a naan Definatly a recommendation, the only reason it got 4/5 rather than 5/5 is because theres no alcohol liceanse but you can take a few bottle of beer or a bottle wine with you.

Always super tasty food and very decent prices. Staff always helpful and willing to listen to special requirements. The chicken curries are to a high standard but the Kebabs are the stand out dishes,, lovely , fresh and sizzeling when bought over to the table. Highly recommended.

Ordered from here plenty of times and the food is consistently good. The gourmet burgers really stand out as the bread is made in house. I highly recommend the slider burgers.

Ordered the take away took 1 and half hour. At the mean time keep ringing no apologies nothing absolutely time wasting.never ever again.

Visited here on New Year's Eve ( one of their busiest nights of the year) seated after 15 mins had to call them to take our order 30 mins later was served last out of everyone even people who had came in after us were served before us even though we were told we would be served after 2 tables. 1 hour 10 mins later ask for the baby's food to be served first waiter was walking of and never brought it, asked the other one 10 minutes later and was brought out, food eventually came all cold when telling the waiter he questioned how it was cold and never listened asked for the manager for 30 minutes they were putting us off Even though we were told they were getting him for us, and then the other waiter said " he's gone out" which for the busiest night of the year is lies DISGUSTING SERVICE THE MANAGER NEEDS TO RE-EVALUATE HIS LIFE AND SHOULD NOT BE MANAGER IF HE CANNOT DEAL WITH CUSTOMER COMPLAINTS

Visited Kebabish because they had venison steak. Entered and we were sat at a table and the plates were set but no cutlery was given nor were we given any tissues. We were approached soon after asking if we were ready to order without us having a chance to look at the menu. Eventualy we decided on what we wanted. I ordered the schriracha chicken wings, venison steak and Chicken nuggets meal. The nuggets were not nuggets. It was popcorn chicken. I had asked for the wings to be given before my steak. I was given the wings and had eaten 2 before the steak turned up. The steak was not to my liking as it has been pre cut and I prefer my steak whole. The taste was not great either and I had been given a knife for a pre cut steak but no fork. I then had to ask for tissues. The wings were nice and the chips were good but the steak was not. Also, didn't realise until we had left that we hadn't been given a juice/drink with the chicken nugget meal. Let down.

Enjoyed the periperi chicken and rice though had ordered periperi chicken noodles. The restaurant appeared nice and there was variety option on the menu. Nice place to eat at and good service.

As always wherever i go, i asked for a mild chick karahi. The dish came poor. Had a sweet taste, colour was off, and there was no taste at all. Mild karahi i asked for. Spoke to the waiter and he said i asked for mild and thats what i got. I spoke to the manager who was rude and defensive. He stated a karahi is with spices etc and as i asked for mild they did not place spices. I argued it was not a karahi then and i asked for a mild karahi. He just would not accept my point and became rude and aggressive. Anywhere else it would be an apology and make u feel to return. The staff here rudely said cant reduce bill and after 15 mins of arguing they reluctantly removed a 6.99 dish but not without the comments - i always pay, well had they served good and right food yes. The food was very poor and manager just did not care for customer service. The amount of oil in dish makes you wonder whether you are in the middle east fishing through oil. My friend who had a lamb dish was ill the next day with bad stomach related probs... I really feel sorry for those not satisfied with anything here as you will receive a negative and defensive approach.... New decor but its the food and service that counts......

Esto se está convirtiendo en uno de nuestros lugares favoritos para comer en Manchester después de otra comida excelente. Optamos por carnes, Entrecot Aberdeen Angus y un filete. Cuando se trata de carne estoy muy particular sobre cuánto mi carne es cocinada y pedimos un tamaño raro, me agradó la mía llegó exactamente un medio raro. Mi carne vinieron con una bonita selección de verduras al vapor, salsa de setas y patatas fritas carne en una bandeja de madera. La carne estaba llena de sabor y la carne estaba jugosa. La señora estaba igualmente impresionado con su carne. Como estábamos bastante completo optamos a compartir una tarta de fresa, que era un 2 freakshake en 1 bebida y postre, que era refrescante y en £6 muy buena relación calidad-precio. Sobresaliente de nuevo y volveremos de seguro.

Estado visitando aquí y un lugar similar a unas cuadras de distancia por algún tiempo. La comida siempre ha sido coherente y bastante auténtica. La mayoría de ofertas de comida han sido muy buenas, así que experimentado puede experimentar con platos nuevos que no debería me decepcionó. Si no te importa, parando en una de las partes menos salubre del Manchester probarlo.

Después buscando un kebabish encontré éste con comentarios de mezcla. Pero pensamos probarlo en un sábado noche. No mucha gente para un fin de semana probablemente ya está en Cheetham Hill Road y fuera del camino.

Este lugar es perfecto. Ahora ha tenido una renovación y parece incluso más elegante! Decoración sencilla pero limpia y espaciosa.

We stumbled across this place my accident and what a pleasant surprise it was. The curry on the bone was the best curry by far I have ever had, and I know my curries. The mixed grill was not the best but it was busy at they time we arrived. None the less I would defo recommend and will be going back again, I have already been twice this week.

Really nice restaurant close to Manchester city centre serving some fantastic food. We ordered the mix grill which a combination of chicken and meat starters. The lamb chops were to die for and would return just for those. We ordered the chilli chicken masala with garlix nan and the lamb biriyani which were all excellent. Will definitely go back and especially for those lamb chops.

The places looks very nice free the refurb. Service was a little slow. I had the wagyu beef burger which was really nice and the lamb rack BBQ ribs were delicious. Not a huge fan of ribs but these were really nice. The mix grill was spot on, only thing I wasn't happy about nor was the family was the curries found em a little bland and sweet. I would go back and try the halal Aberdeen Angus

Me and the wife headed here as it was recommended by a friend who raved about the halal wagyu burgers. They actually have a very good selection of burgers such as wagyu, venison and aberdeen angus. We opted for the wagyu and venison burgers as we have never been able to find halal wagyu anywhere else. The burgers were cooked just right and very juicy - would definitely recommend this place.

We have visited this restaurant in the past and last Saturday evening was the first visit since the recent refurbishment which looks great. We ordered the mix grill as a sharing platter followed by mains as rib-eye steaks as recommended by the waiter from the new menu. The steaks came with a choice of different sides and for the size of portions and price it was excellent value. The steaks were perfectly cooked (medium) with a nice smokey flavour. I would highly recommend this restaurant.

Yesterday we had food in kebabs. We had bad experience there, my son had children nuggets and in the night he vomiting. And tummy pain.

We went over the weekend, and I must say very nice looking restaurant. We had lamb chops for starters which were amazing, soft and just melt in your mouth.For mains we had a ribeye and a sirloin steak. Now I've had a lot of steaks but man these were amazing, cooked on a real charcoal grill. The steaks were soft and soooooo juicy cooked to perfection.Definitely the best steak we ever had, we will be going back very soon.

Me and my Mrs were staying in the nearby Park Inn Radisson to see in the new year together and decided to go for a meal before the celebrations started, but we didn't want to drive. We took a short walk up the road and decided to give this place a go. We didn't go in with too much hope as some of the Trip Advisor reviews were not too kind. Nonetheless, the menu looked good and on we went.The decor is really nice and the interior is very smart, once inside you couldn't really tell that you are in Cheetham Hill which can be quite a scruffy area. We were greeted by the waiter, who was a very kind and polite brother. I ordered half a rack of ribs and also wanted the sliders however they were not available. Our server kindly recommended the Wagyu Burger to which I agreed and he also made a suggestion to have it cooked medium. I've always wanted to have a Wagyu Steak but it is nigh on impossible to find a halal Wagyu Steak near to where we live so I was happy I could try some form if it. The Mrs ordered Seek Kebabs with a Garlic Naan Bread.The food took a while to come out, but our server came to us on a couple of occasions to let us know that the food was on its way and he will do his best as there was a big party in that also needed to be served. This was fine and it was courteous of him to let us know this, rather than keep us waiting without any acknowledgement.When the food eventually came, I must say I was pleasantly surprised. The burger was stacked high with meat, cheese, pickles and other little nuggets. It was juicy and delicious. I've never had Wagyu meat so I dont know if this was Wagyu (im sure it was!) but whatever it was, it was downright tasty! The chips were also decent and came with a spicy mayo which was very nice indeed. The half rack of ribs were sticky, moist and delicious although I think I got too greedy and ordered too much food which I could not finish! My other half said that the Seek Kebab and Naan was awesome (It must have been, I don't think they needed to clean her plate afterwards).Overall, I only have good things to say about the staff and the food, and I hope the bad reviews below were maybe just due to an off-day. Its not fine dining by any stretch of the imagination (and they don't claim to be) however, I found the food to be of a very good standard, and for £27 for the two of us, I would say its very good value as well. Will definitely be back again, I really want to try the sliders!

We have used this restaurant for many years and food always been excellent they closed for a couple of weeks to refurbish. Went in tonight same staff new menus with more items. Waited ages for starters when they came lamb chops at £6.50 for four were tough and not very nice, ordered their new wings which were £5 as a starter they would not have fed a two year old. Waited a further 40 minutes for main course which was basic to say the least. Never experienced these problems before but absolutely awful meal so much so that we will not return. Getting the waiters attention was not at all easy and you had to ask for everything several times. Starter plates were left in front of us for 20 minutes after we had finished eating. Sorry but this was one of the worse meals I have had in many years

Jalfrezi was bland and the lamb was tough, the staff were friendly enough. Went to the toilet and the urinal was covered with a bin bag and paper all over floor. All in all a meal to forget.

One of the waiters, forgot my dessert order, he provided bad service in terms of being impolite, no manners whatsoever, poor service, and forgot to come back to us for our order, came back after 25 minutes of waiting, then didn't clear the table, asked for water several times did not provide water, asked the second waiter and then he brought the water. Overall, none of us coming again. The Blackburn kebabish is brilliant.

Totally dissapointed no one in there only us had to wait ages for meal ordered bbq lamb ribs which were full of grease also chicken jalfrezi don't know what it was but I think it was a rubber chicken they cooked n def was not jalfrezi as there was no sauce I complained n they took it bk to chef who just threw it bk in n cooked it with more garlic still no sauce totally ruined my partners bday meal so told staff def won't be returning we used to visit regularly but def never again WARNING DO NOT VISIT waste of money totally DISGUSTING considering the amount of competition in Manchester they need to sort things out here or they'll soon be out of business maybe that's why we were the only customers today and on the last two visits UGGGH☠

Went to this place on the 24/08/2016 and what can i say...We went to zouk a couple of weeks earlier which was awful which in turn traumatised my daughter, who is now 4, in regards to eating out in manchester. We went to this place and ordered a mixed grill, chicken pieces for the kids (from kids menu) lamb nihaari, 2 additional chips and a lamb karahi. The food took a while to come but when it did we knew why. It was completely fresh (as in the meat marinated and cooked while we waited).The lamb nihaari came with a lamb shank which just came off the bone. The mixed grill had that lovely barbecue taste and the chicken karahi was lovely. The staff were nice enough to make the mixed grill for 3 rather than 2. So everyone in our party (3 adults) could try everything. The kids food came with a side order of chips so just be careful on the amount you order. My one year old, like most 1 year olds is a nightmare to feed but this time he was still eating while we had all finished, a definate compliment to the place. I would recommemd this place to all families looking for a quality meal away from the hussle and bussle of wilmslow road. Be mindful, you may wait for a while for the food but considering what you get, its well worth the wait.

I went with a friend as they recommended the food here, whilst waiting I went to the toilet and seen dustbin bag covered urinals, watered down hand soap (says a lot about a place).The food arrived mushroom rice & chicken kharai with garlic nan, lots of oil with chicken and also in the rice. The nan was like cardboard. The chicken kharai was bland and very tough meat. After mains we had dessert which was hit and miss what was available on menu and when it did arrive was supposed be cheesecake, it resembled hard egg flan. The bill was ridiculously high also.If this resteraunt is the supposed be the same as the one in Blackburn there's some serious issues going on in Manchester. I would not recommend or return to the resteraunt on cheetamhill road,

Just been to Kebabish for the first time after a recommendation from our taxi driver! Everything was delicious and the sheek kebab was the best ever! Everything was prepared freshly in an open kitchen, the restaurant was lovely and clean and the staff were friendly too, we'll definitely be back soon for a family meal

The best starters around curry mile . lamb chops sheesh kebab and charcoal chicken are fab, freshly made with lovely herbs and spices the main courses are good to love all the curry's and naans we get a good clean table with good atmosphere everything we go once a month. The waiters and chefs look after us alot I would recommend to everyone. And of course the green tea after dinner is the best.

Food good really good service real bad need to be allot more attentive care place need a bit if class n service needs to build they sent my food to wrong table and came and gave it to us the same bowel ... Very awkward, the biryani was the only dish with no royal quality to it very yellow very bland not what biryani is ... A bit worried on health and safety aspect as it looks to me bit un hygienic but i always give run down places a try ! If i were to use this place again id do a take out ...

Ordered a home delivery, popadums was stale! Chicken was hard and looked like it was cooked for a few hours before it was thrown into a rogan josh sauce! Nan bread was just as bad! Food was barely warm when I received it! Will not recommend this place

been to this restarount twice. fiorst time was good, it was quite in the day time and food was nice. 2nd time i went i had my birthday party there in the evening. the service was average, food was bland and too much given on a plate. glasses were also dirty but too shy to ask for a new one.

Looks like a cafeteria, plastic everything, not too clean but the food is excellent, service very friendly and great value for money.

Made an effort to come here as we wanted to try different curry restaurants in manchester. We have been to the one in Rusholme so would like try this original one. There were parking spaces available right outside the restaurant which was convenient. The vindaloo was nice but the food was rather small portion for the price they charge. We would get better and bigger size food in other restaurants in manchester. The biriyani and pilau rice were tasteless, which could've been improved by adding more spices in. It's of average standard but we won't come back again.

Went for lunch with a client as it was nearby and I had visited the Kebabish in Rusholme in the past. Expected the same busy place, buzzing with atmosphere. What we got was an empty café, cold and dismal. Having made the effort we decided to stay. Menu choice is quite good but not many starters. Main things seemed to be grill and currys. My guest had grilled fish which I tried and was quite delicious. I had keema aloo which was OK but nothing special. Both of us had rice.It was OK for lunch but very pricey considering what we had and the portions are not large. Most restaurants/cafes in the area are much cheaper and better food, more like home cooked and tastier. Wouldn't go again as there are better options nearby.

Walking in to the shop you would think everything would be top notch, shiny and new it looks very appealing! After an extremely rude and uneducated waitress took our order I was told I could not order a burger with no tomatoes and would I fact receive a plain burger and side salad I wasn't asking for caviar just no tomatoes!!! My drinks order arrived un-compleat and the food was less than desirable, with grease dripping from my burger and half cooked fries! On top of that my boyfriends meal arrived about 6 minuets before my own causing his dish to go cold and after complaining to said waitress my food was taken away and no further interaction with herself or management was made, I find the service to be completely inadequate and considering the level of competition in the area I would think they would up their game to keep people coming back. This place is to be avoided if you want a nice meal.

Had an hour off during a really long shift so came in for tea with 2 friends and we ate like kings the food was awesome very fresh and cooked in front of me the staff were lovely I was however really shocked when I got the bill2 full chickens1 chicken till aHuge portion of chicken wingsSamosas3 x chips3 drinks£25 ............You can stick your Nando's this place is awesome

I went with my family the place has been refurbished it was first time after the change; the place looked much better from what you used to look like before but it was almost dead quite.I walked in and got served / seated on the spot so that was good start; but the service was not all that; when we asked the waiter to recommend a dish he was like everything good. Anyway moving on we had Mixed grill and Meat special Lahore curry , 2 nans, plate of pilau rice and fries.Mixed Grill wen down the drain from what used to be 3 years ago, the Sheesh Kebab was not all that; I would give it 2 out of 10.The Curry wasn't too bad I had it with the rice which was good enough. I don't think I will go again and the only reason I went I though it was as good as used to be.Throughout you didn't have anyone coming up to you to ask if everything is OK But try it you might like it everyone is different.

Considering this place is in a part of Manchester where there's plenty of competition, it’s hard to understand why this place offers bad service. I'm writing this review after having eaten there three times in four years, all disappointing (but I mistakenly thought would improve).Karahi Lamb @ £7.50 – but when arrived was an oily sauce with a few tiny boneless pieces of very dark meat. So it wasn’t on the bone as described, and I’m pretty sure it wasn’t lamb but mutton given its colour and toughness. It also had a few burn spots on the meat – telling me it had been reheated.I’ll be honest – since I was in a rush to catch a movie, I hastily ate, let the waiter know my poor experience, paid and moved on. Point is I’m voting with my feet – will not go to any of the KO restaurants again. BTW, I went on a Friday night where we were the only diners at 8pm – do others know something I don’t ?

Been to kebabish 3 times with friends. Disappointed every time. Food is just about ok but service is extremely slow even when not busy. Not going again

Although KO is a relatively small place, they serve some of the best food I have ever tasted. I have been here 3 times now all within a relatively short amount of time, as I just cannot get enough of the place! They do takeaway, although sadly just out of range of where I live! If you are nearby, you have to check this place out. The semi open kitchen is awesome and gives the place real character. The food really is awesome, and best of all it is pretty cheap! Can't wait to come back soon

The best curry I've had on cheetham hill. The chicken tikka starter was like no other chicken I have tasted before. You can taste and smell the grill it was cooked on. The chicken rogan josh was also amazing. Never let's you down this place!

The attendants cannot take an order. Missing all the tick boxes for basic customer service. The attendants had a feel like I was getting fed for free at their mercy. We were a group of ten and we all had missing items and had food that was not ordered by us. When questioned the reply was "brother you ordered it. Why would I bring it when you did not order" . I almost had to pay for the items that we have not ordered. When mentioned about the poor quality of customer service, there was no apology offered. It was just a blank expression on the manager's face saying 76£ please. They were not at all bothered about keeping the customers or being concerned about customer service standards. I would never ever ever ever step into a kebabish original following this experience. It was only possible for this restaurant waiters to not know the names of the dishes they bring to the table. The food, drinks and glasses were just thrown on our table and the staff ran away before we called them back. It was a very disappointing end to a very fabulous day we all had.

My husband loves KO in Edinburgh. We ordered online from KO in manchester whilst staying there. I was craving for very spicy food. I ordered Hot Chicken Jaelfrazi with plain rice and husband ordered 2 kebabs. I loved my food and it was really tasty and spicy just as i wished!! Thank you.

I went to kebabish with my family and I've never experienced such disgusting service. The waiters took a long approaching us, despite the fact no one else was dining. No drinks were offered, we had to call them over several times as they were not bringing what we had requested. I was appalled by the rude and abrupt behaviour by the floor manager. Not to mention the food was basic, tasteless. I would NOT recommend dining here to anyone, especially if your going as a family due to the appalling service and rude behaviour by the floor manager especially. It completely ruined our evening after such an amazing day, and having spent a lot of money was definitely not worth it.

The food wasn't up to expectation, 10 of us boys decided to go there. The curries were average to say the least! On top of that we found hair on the biriyani and the management weren't even prepared to take it off the bill despite us not eating the dish. Never going back! Don't go there!!!!

Most of the times I go to Manchester I will go for food at Kebabish, as the setting and food are really nice.The service is really good and food is better than some other places in the area, as some places are not as decent on the food and are pricey.Not sure on the sweets though as never bought them from this branch. Will keep on going, they have had a recent refurbishment I actually prefered it before, but still is a great setting especially for families. The last two times I have been it has been quite cold in the building, maybe they need to check the A/C!! Please fix this!

One of my favourite restaurants in Manchester.The food is great value and very nice. I recommend the chilli chicken masala and mushroom pilau rice. Being able to bring your own alcohol with no corkage charges is a nice option. Friendly staff, great food, my only disappointment is that it can be a bit quiet at times, and lack a bit of atmosphere, but that doesn't stop me going back regularly, and u make your own atmosphere when in a group. Overall, a great little restaurant just 5mins in a taxi from Manchester Printworks, and amazing food

Good set up and service. Disappointed with seek kebabs, one would have assumed would be the signature dish. Will go back however to try something else.

Excellent food come here at least once a month with the family. Have to be patient as they cook the food fresh so go early and order your food as i can be a little wait before you get your food.

Guys this is far better than London Kebabish you get in East End or North London. The food is actually well cooked and not burnt. It is always busy. There are some good biryani dishes if you are not in kebabs. Value for money.

Had a meal here last year! And it was great I had a baby chicken and my wife had mix kebab we both loved it. We would definitely come back when we'r in Manchester!

I enjoy the grilled food. We usually have the platter combination of lamb chops, tandoori chicken, lamb etc, it can seem a bit rough and ready and some of the other Kebabish Originals are better than others. It offers filling food with value for money. A treat.

I went on the 13 July with my family as it was my dads birthday it was amazing food and service. my enjoyed his birthday meal in the most pleasant atmosphere. The staff serviced with a smile and the food was cooked to perfection . i have been going for many years and will not go else were as i get good value for money service with a smile all the time and the food is of the best standards and the best of best . This is the number one restaurant for me and my family in the uk best mixed grill and varieties of excellent curries cooked in front of you . AMAZING.

Got to try the lamb chops and seek kebabs good god they are soo juicey. Everything is cooked right in front of you On a charcoal grill. We also had the chicken karahi which was brilliant. I would Highly recommend this place

Lamb samosas are delicious, so is the mango lassi. I tried the okra with tandoori roti, tasted excellent. Would also recommend the chicken chilli masala, it's fantastic!

Iv been driving past cheetham hill rd for 2 years but never noticed it. I went a couple weeks ago, and the food was amazing had a mix grill wow and the curries were so fresh. defiantly recommend good food, good service, good value for money what more can you ask for.

I had not been to a Kebabish before despite hearing how good it was.I decided to go with my wife and I wasn't all that impressed.The place was dark and gloomy. The open kitchen was the only good thing about it.We ordered seek kebab, a keema peas korahi (which was drenched in oil).I don't think I'd try it again.

Me and my boyfriend visited this kebabish because the kebabish on wilmslow road was closed down :( as per the reviews on tripadvisor, we decided to give this kebabish a go. However our experience at this place was ruined by the poor food and the utter lack of service. We ordered the steak and mix grill and tikka paneer. The mixed grill was standard, no wow factor. The paneer was bland with no salt however the steak was so overpowered with salt! We asked the waiter to change it n we ended up finishing our food with still a salty steak on our table. The service was shambles. We had no apology n decency to change it and instead we had the waiter laughing at us. We asked for a manager and one waiter said he gave the message. The next waiter said he's not here! I have never been to a kebabish were you would be ignored and receive such bad service. At the end we minus the steak from the bill and went. I would never come back here again. The waiters really need learn what customer service Is and hire better chefs who can actually cook!

Too much salt. Made me feel ill. This place used to be good. I thought my previous visit was a one off problem with too much salt. Now again!

I absolutely love this restaurant.!!The mixed platter is my absolute favourite. You can see the food being cooked and its all cooked fresh as you order it. The staff are helpful and polite and the new ice cream/dessert side of the restaurant is a good idea although I've never had room for one.They are now franchised, the one in Bolton doesn't look welcoming from the outside and the one in Huddersfield is OK. Nothing beats this little gem on the curry mile!

Ok if you are like me and love Asian food here we go,we have tried most Asian food places in Manchester,Akbars,East 2 East both of them,Salt & Pepper all very nice may i add but the Kebabish Cheetham Hill Road we tried was very nice food all cooked in front of you decor getting a bit tatty but who cares? we had a starter and 2 mains my wife had the lamb with cauliflower i had a lamb dish and was really nice and tender also a garlic naan ,its not licensed for drink but you can take your own no problem which is where most of the restaurants make their money anyway so we did.We will be going back with friends and family for sure by the way our bill was £11 each so not going to break the bank give it a try.

We visted this restaurant on Saturday Night and I picked it solely because of its reviews on Trip Advisor. Our friends and I were not disappointed the food was amazing. We had pre ordered a leg of lamb to be ready for when we arrived and we ordered extra curries to go along with the main dish. Everything oredered from the starters to main was freshly cooked for us in full view of the open grill kitchen. The staff were extremly attentive and did not rush us in any way. The restaurant does not serve alcohol so you have to make a trip to the off license down the road if you wish to bring your own drinks which the staff and quite happy about and provide you with glasses.

I am a regular visitor to Kebabish Original in Manchester and can honestly say It is the best food around, always freshly cooked on the open grill, fantastic value for money and very accomodating staff, whats more you can take your own wine /beer. I have recommended this place to many friends who are also now regulars.Paul.

Just that ,food was fine,but nothing other than this place in the area,if your passing yes.

i couldn't believe that this was a restuarant let alone the best i ever had when i walked into the place. i was greeted on my arrival and was treated excellenty. the food value was a real stunner, never have i walked into a restaurant thinking it will be less than £15 - £25 per person but me and my friends all ate for £40 and there was 8 of us. the food was unbelieveable and the menu has a real wide range of choice. Overall i would definantly recommend this place to everyone i know and will be back soon. the only bad thing is that the wait was perhaps longer than usual but with the quality of the food it was worth it. i guess the saying is true good things come to those who wait.

If you love Grill/Karahi cuisine as much as we do, you'd be missing a lot if you fail to make a trip to Kebabish Original in Cheetham Hill ManchesterI would considered it as the gold standard of all Kebabish Franchise in the North and rightly so.This is a restaurant that bestows lavish favours on its diners and intense flavours in its Thrills of The Grills and the Curries & Karahis. Besides being spicy and tasty, the food it is also excellent value for money.We tried most of the stuff on the ‘Thrill of the Grill’ menus. AWSUMmmmmAmong our picks were the Mixed Grill, Tandoori, Lamb Chops, Baby chicken and chicken and Lamb Tikka.Oh gosh you have taste the STEAK it’s so juicy & tender and a delight till the last bite.On the Curries/Kaharis the Lamb & Chicken and Chilli Chicken & Lamb dishes were greatThe Keema dishes and the Dal Ghost were also fabulous.All the dishes ordered were cooked just right and arrived at the right timeWe requested our waiter to make all the food spicy yet at the same time tasty and they delivered it perfectly.Much to our delight, every single item we tried was a real treat.Yet another nice thing contemporary décor the clean condition of the restaurant and toilets. Our waiter - a cheerful guy- was courteous and attentive, promptly removing the used plates and always asking if all was ok.Well worth a visit and the highest respect!!!

As soon as I walked in, I thought wow, someone has put a lot of thought into the decor, but I also got a bit worried. I have eaten at many places where the surroundings just don't match up with the quality of the food, more effort on the decor, less on the food, BUT, my initial worries were unfounded by the end of the meal. The meal I had on the first occassion matched, if not surpassed the surroundings, and this was a first. You just knew a lot of effort had been put into the cooking side as well as the surroundings, and coupled with friendly staff, what more could you ask for ! I have been 4 times already, and I live in London ! I choose a different dish eveyrtime I am there, and none have disappointed, though will need a few more visits to work through the whole menu ! I have already recommended this restuarant to family and friends.

Great food, Wonderful Staff, Reasonably priced and all set in a fantastic Contemporary setting. Definately worth a visit when in Manchester.

Went with a group of old uni mates on saturday and i have to say it was a great overall experience. Lots of asian families which is always a good sign when walking into an indian restaurant. This restaurant specialises in grilled indian food under the catch phrase 'the thrill of the grill' We opted for the mixed grill & garlic king prawns for starters with the lamb chops being the stand out item...very very tasty and suffice to say we were pretty thrilled with what was served.For the mains we went for the waiter recommendation of on the bone chicken, lamb and a lamb shank thrown into the mix, tasted really fresh and authentic. I would definately recommend this place and we all left with a very positive view of this place.
