I am never find another kebab shop better than kebab world because I was with them more than 3 years and I never complain

It took ages to get our food and when we did all the food was cold and the chips were soggy. It did not taste nice and hardly any of it was eaten.

Have been using this restaurant for years but the food delivered yesterday was awful. Had a chicken shish - it smelt rancid and something was definitely off -there was no way I could eat it. Chips were cold and soggy. So disappointing

I ordered a burger and chips through Kebab World's website for collection. Despite their website saying they open until 11.45pm and accepting my order for same day collection (I ordered at around 11pm), when I arrived 15 minutes later the takeaway was closed. I called the next day to try and explain the situation and the worker hung up on me after 1 minute - I was not planning to ask for a refund, simply to have what I had ordered on another day I was around, but we didn't even get to that. I have now paid for a meal I have not received. I would NOT recommend.

Delivery took a long time even after getting notified the order was out , food was cold and portion size is pretty small. Poor value for money

Never order from this place, kept getting told countless of times the food was on it’s way when calling back to find out where the food is they started ignoring my calls when it does finally arrive i find i only got 1 chicken nugget children meal yet i ordered 2 children’s chicken nugget meal, my son’s burger was burnt. Stay away at all cost. Use to go these guys now they are black listed

If I could rate 0 stars I would they cannot understand any English placed a £30 order they delivered over hour later wirh missing items and sent me the wrong items food was freezing and rock hard called them and they said sorry we don’t understand English can’t refund me put phone down horrible place will never order again

Kebab meat was very nice. Burger sent with cheese when there was no cheese mentioned in the description but a replacement was sent out very quickly.

Really tasty kebab - good portion and garlic sauce is the best in any kebab shop! They add a bit of dill to it which takes it to another level! Flavour sensation!

Went in to order and the flies were all over the kebab meat and they said it wasn't a problem... Won't be eating from there again. Gross.

The food was not fresh, the chips were cold, hard and stale. The chicken burger and chicken shish use to be really nice but not anymore. The quality and standards of food has really dropped. Will not be ordering again. The food was really delayed and the customer service is disgusting.

I order a kid meal and something for myself. At the till I have notified that the kid drink was not included. The man was speaking barely English so I had to choose something else. Then once back home I have seen that the kid meal was missing. I called them straight away, had someone else on the phone who was attempting to twist what I was saying on the phone and hanging up the phone. AVOID THIS PLACE!

probably the best kebabs in Wallington than all the other shops around, its different not the standard stuff you normally get from your local chip shop. plus ask for their special sauce which they make fresh everyday with garlic sauce. Trust me you gona love it.

Shocking food ordered a special mixed kebad two burger and chips and a lamd donner and lamb shish all the food was disgusting and got put in the bin stay clear of this pace terrible food terrible experience

The best Kebab Shop I have been too . I have been buying their for 10 years and they are always friendly and the food is always top class. We use this shop several times a week.

Took the money for food and then after 1.5 hours I called to chase it only for them to claim that they had already delivered it to a different address. They allocated that I had called them to change the delivery address to one about 3 miles away from me and refused to help any further. No food and no refund. Do not use these people

Totally appalled by this place. Ordered a large chicken doner and received something that wouldn't fill a two year old up. It had more salad than meat and it looked like they had had a game of football with my pita bread.

Chicken arrived with blood dripping out of it, it was raw, restaurant extremely rude staff when called to complain, will never eat from here again also needs reporting to environmental health !

We have been using this shop for awhile, they deliver to us regularly in Belmont. We have tried various outlets local and they disappoint so much. However, this shop never has and we enjoy the quality of fresh cooked good and fast delivery. Service is friendly and orders executed correctly. Delicious food! Good portion sizes and suitable packaging. Yum!! 👌🏼
