Costa Coffee in Sutton

I go twice a week. I grab a coffee before going to work while I wait for my bus. They always make my day start better as the staff a super friendly!!!

Please fix the air con ASAP! .... Too hot to enjoy coffee 。I feel sorry for the staff too , spend hours in this heat indoor while making drinks

Amazing Staff. Few weeks ago, I entered in the coffee shop few minutes before the closing time, I been very welcome by the staff (2ladies). The barista tooks time to describe me each coffee. Very well trained and knowledgeable, I never been so impressed by such a great service in any other coffee shop. Bravo and thanks for the delicious Oat Flat white.

Second time to visit while waiting for kwik-fit garage service. Nice store. Open from early Big space inside Free wifi Toilet Especially today staff are very nice. Gentleman with beard know how to handle queue and easy to understand conversation( I am foreigner). Batista is hard working with good speed. Nice cafe

Staff did nothing to stop children running around the venue. People are trying to enjoy a coffee. If the kids want to run around they should go to the park

Nice coffee shop with a quieter seating area and toilets to the back of the shop.

Team in this store are really lovely, they were very welcoming and just created a lovely positive atmosphere in store!

The staff are very friendly like Dorina & Ania 😊 even on a busy day they memorise the orders from regular costumers . Cappuccino was lovely made 😊

Wonderful service from super friendly Tom! We got lovely frappes, the popcorn and mango one and a raspberry cake to take away. Very friendly female server and nice atmosphere! 5 stars 🌟 🤩

Love this place, great coffee and well trained baristas. Indoor and out door sitting arrangement. Washroom for disabled.

Very rude and not professional service from female team member. Will not recommend this branch at all. Overall coffee good like in every Costa but customer service in this branch absolutely rubbish. Will definitely choose different coffee shop.

Very slow service today. 2 people in front, 10mins before anyone took my order followed by another 5mins before my drink was even made.

Toilets needed cleaning and children were running up and down making lots of noise so it wasn't a pleasant experience! Expected a nice quiet coffee and I could hardly relax!

Every costa I visit locally is just so slow with service these days. They always seem understaffed. Will be changing my favourite coffee shop soon.

For my taste just about tha best coffee from the main contenders. If you are a regular confident it paye to buy one of their reusable cups & put their app on your phone & you will get 2 points for every drink - after buying 8 drinks the next one is free. You will also get a free cake on your Birthday !. Their cakes & foods are excellent

Waited for 10 mins for a single espresso while 3 customers after me with complicated coffees were served from, 14.40 to 14.50

Staff attitude could use some improvement

The staff do not listen properly to what you asked for, on more than one occasion either me or a family member have had to go back to the counter and change what we were given

Extremely well kept infrastructure with a rather eloquent staff accompanied by great people skills, also did find the wishful thinking quite entertaining

First day of this chocolate torte being available, and it was both pretty and delicious. Very rich. Personally I think it would benefit from a pool of double cream, but that would be my preference for a lot of things! No queue, staff working efficiently and all seemed happy and cheerful.

I was coffe barista 2 years. I had 5 waitresses, plus in total!!! 60 customers In &Out and taxi drivers to take away. Nearly 10 I was waiting for my midium late. COME ON????????

Quick service and friendly staff. However me and my friend felt a bit of dis comfort. There was a lady at the other table holding a take away coffee and was standing there staring at me and my friend. The other table was empty and she could of sat there. The manager walked past a few times and did not notice. However when we left and moved that lady decided to sit down straight away at the table we was at. I felt like I was being rushed by a rude customer.

Enjoyed a delicious Mocha which was hot like it should be. (Can't tolerate drinks being served tepid when supposed to be hot; Sutton branch of Costa never disappoint, well done!) Friend had iced coffee (made with semi milk, cream & ice), sampled some & it too was lovely.

It was my good morning but the staff named Holly Menditta, made my day worst. She is the rudest staff in costa. She only announced vanilla latte… and i took the order, However, I ordered small vanilla latte. And then she counter argued that what are you waiting for? I said i am waiting for my hot chocolate. But she keep on arguing that why did you take that vanilla latte, its large and you ordered small. But on the top of every she only announced “vanilla latte” which is why i took the order. I explained to her that she shouldn’t behave like this with the customers. But she still keep on arguing and arguing…!!!! 😭😭😭 The good thing is vanilla latte was awesome 🤩

The toilets every time I go there are Disgusting, Filthy, water and probably wee all over the floor, smelly and even skirting boar coming off, you can clearly see that it has not been cleaned for hours, and there is never a clean table, the used cups been left in there for hours, I myself need to out them away!,,,They are taking advantage really, should be like that!, they should only allow customers to use the toilets., they are mix gender...even worse!

Came to this Costa in the afternoon(around 4:20pm) of July 22nd! Wasn’t sure if they served iced chai latte or not, so I asked the staff(a girl), she was very friendly and efficient. Will definitely come back again soon, thank you!

Very poor Wi-Fi. They use free O2 Internet which keeps dropping out.

I was at this Costa last week on the 8th with my mum. She was very anxious to leave the house because she is high risk, but we went any way (because she misses the delicious costa coffee!), we both were sad about the way some customers behaved in the queue, not keeping their distance and getting frustrated with the staff when politely told to wait their turn. The lovely staff who dealt with them very well even when they were rude to her was amazing. She was polite and insistent on them keeping the other customers safe, which we really appreciated! Thankyou (Katrina I think was her name?) Very friendly and caring, she made our day so much better and I commend her for how she handled the difficult situation - and all with a big SMILE!

The order was done wrong by my mistake but lovely lady remakes that for me. My hot chocolate was lovely x Nice service

Not impressed. I have ordered the caramel latte but the coffee was poorly made. Toilets were dirty as usual.

Had a delicious cinnamon cappuccino. Really helpful, patient staff - considering all the extra precautions. Kindly helped me choose as i couldn't see the price board. So glad I made the effort to come to Sutton as they will be in tier 3 from tomorrow Dec 16th. Takeaways only. Well done Costa!

Great Costa Coffee Location in the Heart of Sutton High Street with a nice big and airy indoor area in to sit and relax and enjoy your Costa favourites in Comfort. Absolutely Divine Christmas Menu with Tasty Pigs Under Blankets Panini, Divine Chocolate Hazelnut Shimmer Cake and my Favourite Hot Drink at Costa After Eight Hot Chocolate which is so delicious, wish it was available all year round. 😋

Nice place to have coffee on Sutton High Street. Good range of pastries and inside there is plenty of space.

The staff were so friendly and helpful. Having recently switched to dairy free I couldn't believe how good the almond milk latte was. The barista explained that they use a professional almond milk containing less water to make a perfect latte. I would highly recommend.

Wonderful place. There was a short fellow called Thanu, very energetic and polite. But he seems like more of a floor worker who was better than the staff at the Coffee Machine

Pretty noisy and staff could have volunteered info on their breakfast deal which, based on what I ordered, would have given me a larger coffee for 75p less. When I asked about this after my order was prepared the staff just said ‘yes it would have been cheaper’ and smiled. It’s not much difference but left feeling ripped off. Two stars as at least the coffee was ok.

Well today, i think I had a 5 star cappuccino. This, despite an irate young lady with no patience for staff that aren't as fluent in sutton lingo, they handled her well and she left smiling at the end. Bravo for patience and great customet service.

Friendly staff, was given a couple of sandwiches which were about to be chucked. Just a shame about the flies.

The worst Costa Coffee I've ever been. Using Costa only with wuntu vouchers, because I do not like Costa roast, but the handcraft was really terrible. It looked like "maestro baristas" didn't get any training. They do not have basics knowledge about steaming milk, the place was dirty, the coffee was disgusting...

Possibly the dirtiest costa I have been in, tables, floors and mirrors. Understaffed, feel sorry for staff serving as they are very busy.
