Kebab City in Harrow

Better than other Turkish food I have had in London. Quick service, good prices and the food is always fresh. The staff are always friendly and welcoming.

Since the old owner left, I experience worst customer service I have ever since in my life. I recommend not to go there and eat food.

Nicely refurbished since the takeover , however I think the freshness of food and the experience is lacking I’m afraid. As the pitta bread in the donner wasn’t fresh if I’m honest.

Ordered through Deliveroo. Said 15-30 minutes delivery time. It’s been an hour now Driver has been waiting to collect the food.

Food was fantastic, lovely portion sizes. All food was fresh and hot. Definitely will be going back.

Best Kebab and excellent service

Ordered through the phone a while back, they never delivered because the driver couldn't find the place. Most likely didn't use any navigation system. When I called the shop owner was rude and said he's throwing out the food because I didn't give them the correct address. I lived in the house for years so how could I have been repeatedly giving you the wrong address?

the pitta breads were fresh, with a really nice hummus and tzatziki. the chicken doner and shish kebab was really good, and came with a lot of salad, and a nice portion of chips. service was also very good.

Best kebabs in Harrow...Adana, Shish or Donor. Lamachun brilliant too! Brilliant service. Come here every week. Enjoy with an Efes Turkish beer.

Good atmosphere, fast service, good food

I never give a feedback for any restaurant but for seeing the staff behaviour i wanna write something, the service is really rude,unfriendly- as a customer to face the behaviour it’s very disappointing “we pay for meal it’s not free giving food”🙏🏽

If I could give 0 stars I definitely would I don’t make reviews normally but this man was very rude he was not okay playing his own video when I’m eating in the shop very loud some Turkish drama calling him not answering no card payment snatched the money out of my hand like I’m some peasant ignored me food was great but better options in the area with much better customer service I warn you do not come to this place at all please it will ruin your day and a waste of money.

My second time eating here. The food is absolutely fantastic. Everything is well flavoured and cooked to perfection. The portion sizes are huge! The staff were very friendly, polite and attentive so helped to make our evening out wonderful. Strongly recommend.

Been twice as I always give takeaways a chance kebab meat was cold chips where old and soggy. 2nd time had lamb shish was not worth £10.50 was tasteless the lettuce was that wet it made the pitta bread soggy portion was like a kids size. Unfortunately I won't be going back the 3rd time

I used to eat here back when i was in college and loved it. The shop is small but cozy, naturally with all shops frequented by students, it isnt always the cleanest but the food is just as good as i remember.

Very disappointed with this place!, prices we're high and portions were very small, the guy behind the counter was spreading the doner on the plate to make it look like he had given alot, we order to the house on a regular basis, this will be changing as i have just had the worst service ever. for a real doner go to ali baba's behind queens park station double the size for half the price and you won't leave feeling hungry like i did in this place.

Everything was ok size etc the problem Was that I got my kebab without any sauce, on order clearly written chilli sauce, luckily I had some jalapeño in my fridge.

Food here is always delicious to eat.

They're quite slow, so consider ordering beforehand online or on the phone. They also deliver which is good. The food was decent.

I've been going to this place for years and I'm not even exaggerating kebab city sell the best lamb doner I've ever had, ive been around but this is the best

5 star service with 5 star flavour! I accidentally came across this place thanks to my Uber eats App. This has now been my go to Kebab joint since! We only care for fresh and flavorful food and boy does this place deliver. I can't say the same for the Uber driver who struggled to find my home, so today I asked Google to find Kebab City. Sure enough she directed me to the front door on Google maps! I ventured down here in person to meet and shake the hand of the guys who clearly make the best Kebabs and Chicken Fillet burgers in town. I recommend the Large chicken doner, it's so big that it'll will last you 2 days! The flavour is awesome and I recommend the you have it with cheese and chips.... Banging! Also the Double chicken fillet burger is both filling and delicious not to mention a steal at just £5! The guys are down to earth and really friendly. They have great family value meal deals and are very flexible if you need to substitute an item. Hands down 5 stars... thank you for being here in my local town!

Terrible. Took an hour to deliver 10 minutes away and resulted in terrible diarrhoea and sharp abdominal pains for two days now.

Worst shish kebab I have ever had. Completely uncooked, threw all of it away. I didn't complain as the staff was grumpy and rude when served me.

Best most loyal kebabs ever,the garlic sauce in the bees knees,I have devowered many kebab in my time but none live up to the bold taste and flavour of the large mixed donner,all these other people complaining about late delivery are liars I have ordered around 50 times from kebab city and the latest they have ever been in 10 minutes,kebab city know how to treat a man.

The is the WORST!!! Place ever I waited 1hr 45min for an order which I was later promised half price then free of charge. When the food finally arrived the manger later went back on his word and denied that he ever offered me any kind of discount. I ACUALLY CANT BELIEVE THERE SERVICE. I FOR ONE WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THERE AGAIN!
