Food is decent enough but expensive and small size

Decent delivery time but food was cold…also asked for extra sauce and it barely came with any sauce (doner kebab wrap with chips) safe to say I will not be ordering from here again, waste of money

Food was cold when arrived. Wrong drinks delivered, as for Fanta orange got Pepsi. Food cartons all squashed. Phoned shop to see where our order was- just told on way - no apology. No apology from driver. Really disappointed with service and food.

Ordered kebab about recently and was half cooked. Who would serve raw meat? It is a serious health and safety concern. They didn't bother to refund or offer fresh cooked food. Avoid this place at all cost. Needs to be reported to food safety. Can't be putting public in danger and get away with it. Either shut it down or learn how to cook and stay hygienic.

Acabo de pedir 2 envolturas de kebab de pollo de KBS city road Cardiff, y eran asquerosos, sin sabor en absoluto, esta fue la segunda vez y no disfruté de la mía la última vez, pero debido a que la de mi marido estaba bien la última vez, decidimos reordenar, que GRAN error. El repartidor de "solo comer" no venía a nuestro piso del segundo piso para entregar, a pesar de que había un ascensor. Por favor, hay un montón de lugares de kebab, hazte un favor y obtén el tuyo de otro lugar, ya que esto era rango. Ni siquiera pude comer la mitad de la mía, el resto está en la papelera. Son 20 libras por el desagüe para nada . . . 🤮🤮🤮

Can’t follow simple instructions what’s been ordered as I ordered chips with beans and got sent just plain chips without beans how hard is it to read something on a computer screen it’s not rocket science is it so next time I order I want the correct order please many thanks

Should have read these reviews before ordering, because they're all right. Ridiculously small portion for £13, and was meant to be a large! Food wasn't good either, unseasoned, tasteless and soggy. Missed something from my order as well. Unimpressed, avoid this place!

I ordered a “xl mixed shish” and it was the same size as my friend’s normal size kebab. I honestly don’t know why you pay an extra £2.50 for no extra in size The portions are very small anyway. I did call up to complain but the man on the phone basically said that’s what they serve and hung up on me. Don’t waste your money and if possible use Roscoes grill Cardiff bay, much better portions and service Only went to KBS as it was supposed to be quicker but was 30 minutes late anyway. Lesson learned

We ordered a large shesh it kebab it came tiny with no meat! Cold and horrible salad! The large kebab was also tiny and cold with disgusting salad We rang them up and all they said was sorry we fix it next time and hung up! Absolutely disgusting service and people! Do not order from here! I wouldn’t even give them 1 star but I have to just to complain! Dirty

dont waste your money, poor service, very small portions, ordered a large lamb shish with donner meat, very small hardly any salad, cost 14 pound, very disappointing, dont waste your money, spoke to them, then cut me off, made a further 20 calls no answer.

Acabo de pedir donna shish grande y carne de donna, no pierda su tiempo, porción muy pequeña casi no hay ensalada, basura absoluta, me costó 14 libras. peldaños les habló y me cortó, he sonado 20 veces no responde. muy pobre.

We paid for and X large Doner Kebab x2, it arrived and looked like a small, not worth the £10.20 on top of that there where no sauces so we couldn’t eat the food. Won’t be ordering again! Requested a refund also from just eat.

We’ve always ordered kbs for over 10 years wont eat a kebab anywhere else! Always comes hot and fast sometimes the portions are a little smaller than usual but it’s still good think it depend on who’s working but over all delicious food

Food was late and freezing cold

Food due to arrive at 6.50. At 7.10 the app said 'enjoy your food'. I say, my food hasn't arrived. The restaurant changed the time to 7.30. at 7.35 the app says enjoy your food again and so I call the restaurant to find out where my food is. I'm told the driver will be another 8 minutes. The restaurant only 15 minutes away from my house and timings weren't during rush hour. No excuses. I ask for refund on costs, restaurant says NO because the driver was stuck in heavy traffic. Why bother lying?

The actual burger and kebab was nice - they hadn’t sent the cheesey chips and normal chips with the order - so I rang and requested they send them out with the next delivery - 90 mins later and still no fries of any kind…..

I've eaten donner everywhere, and I've never been to a more overpriced and stingy place in my life. I was so disappointed to see how they treat customers. I was so tired and hungry, so I didn't have the energy to argue with people in the place either, and I couldn't believe I paid close to £20 for two small boxes. I couldn't believe the lady thought the M portion was like 10 chips. Worse, I had a hair in my food. Donner tasted fine, but why is the portion unreasonable. Wouldn't come here again even if I was starving, and it was the last place open on City Rd. How is anyone supposed to eat that much donner with no chips. Ruined my night tbh. I'm genuinely still shocked how they saw me watching them and thought that was an ok portion to give anyone, especially a medium lmfao. The lady fried way more chils btw but she just left them sitting in the basket instead of giving me 2 actual portions. My husband literally had almost 90% donner left and nothing to eat it with....

I order all the time from here, this time the kebabs wasn't very nice the done meat was very chewy and the chicken was very fatty couldn't eat them so won't have them again

Kapsalon was great, food was very hot which was great, Chips were a tad soggy but I think that was more due to distance of delivery than anything else, they had a nice flavour to them regardless, all in all, very happy.

Horrible servicio al cliente! Pedido a través de Uber eats, dicha entrega será entre las 7 pm y las 7 : 20 pm. 4 veces tuve que llamar al restaurante a las 7: 30 para que ellos respondan para decirme conductor será de 10 minutos. 8 pm Llamé de nuevo conductor será de 10 minutos, le pido el número de conductores para que pueda llamarlo yo mismo. Lo llamó a las 8: 15 y me dijo que llegaría en 10 minutos. ¡Ni una disculpa! 8 : 30 pm todavía no hay comida. Llama a la tienda y dijeron que el conductor no podía encontrar donde vivíamos, ¡así que condujo de vuelta a la tienda! WTF! Cuando llamé al conductor me dijo que estaría 10 minutos ¿por qué no decir si estaba perdido o por qué no decirnos que estaba en camino de vuelta a la tienda! ¡Pide un reembolso que dijeron que podemos cancelar en nuestro sistema pero no saben cómo obtener un reembolso! Así que ahora una hora después no hay comida ni dinero 👎🏻

That was my large kebab with all salad and chilli sauce. As a cheat meal i would have rathered cabbage water 🤤. But finally found some sauce and it was so sweet i got main and dessert in 1 meal 🥳. If u want to be severely disappointed and have ur night ruined i highly recommend this place.

Absolutely awful ordered a large kebab with all salad and chilli sauce if i could upload the photo it was dry meat a few slice of onion a lettuce leaf and 2 slices. of tomato. i wish i was over exaggerating i really do and the sauce.. we finally found it... Chilli please it was so sweet i thought i was eating a dessert. would rather cook than order for them ever agian and i would rather b tortured than cook so that says it all. i hope i was just unlucky and their quality is normally better.🤞🏼

Very disappointing. Doner meat was very bland but at the same time quite salty. Large chips were £3.50 for a very meagre portion and why was there a service charge as well as a delivery charge? Won't be using them again.

It was okay nothing amazing and nothing special , £7 for two large chips is very pricey considering they were really tiny portions.

The pita bread was not fresh and had an unpleasant odor. It was disappointing as I have enjoyed KSB's products for many years. It appears that the quality standards have declined over the last few orders. I hope this issue can be addressed.

was really looking forward to this but was well disappoint, ordered an xl mixed kebab which looked like a small ordered nam bread as thay are the best and thay sent a pita bread which was shocking, this place used to be the best around but sadly no more.

Spent £14.40 on a medium chicken shish it arrived with 4 chicken chunks and the tiniest amount of salad so disappointed do t offer delivery’s so close to closing it was ridiculous for what it cost

Paid £11 for a Shish kebab it had 3 bits of chicken and 1 lamb kofta with one tomato, one strand of lettuce and cucumber. I had to cut myself extra salad. All the food was leaking everywhere in the bag and all sauces went of your husbands who don’t like sauce. I’m disappointed £50 for a kebab take away and we are all starving. I wouldn’t bother

They are very stingy. I have never seen them so stingy before in my life, and their treatment is so bad. I have come to hate the Kurdish p because of their treatment, their stinginess, and their very high prices. And now you lose customers because of your prices and your stinginess..

As others have said, it's a very small portion for the money, nice but very small. Also, this kebab house need to use aluminium foil to wrap kebabs when delivering so that they don't arrive cold. You're only a mile away. No excuse.

This is a great kebab place on City Road. I usually get takeaways here and always go for the mix kebab. There's nothing to complain about—I'm always happy with the experience. The staff are lovely, and the customer service is pleasant. The food is consistently good. If you're hungry and a local, this place will definitely hit the spot. Highly recommended!

Absolutamente tacaña casa de kebab dando raciones de carne como si todavía estuviéramos en la ww 2 y cobran extorsión por allí pequeñas porciones si estás en Cardiff por favor echa un vistazo a Pizza Time o Andalucía tanto lugares de kebab mucho y allí en realidad dispuesto a alimentarte la comida es de mejor calidad y obtienes más por tu dinero KBS puedes hacerlo mejor! !

the food was bland I had mixed kebab xlarge I've had this twice i told Boss this time round to fill the box up on the xl if your paying 15 pound for a xl kebab you dont expect half a box of meat some sad sorry looking chicken and small handful of salad on top KBS is absolutely stingy with with there meat I got more for less everywhere else I have been these people are rip offs do not buy from them please Try Pizza Time or Andalucia as you will get more for your money and at better quality!!!

Better than expected, the mix kebab was good. Donner could have been thicker. The mixed wrap with chicken was hot, but the donner was warm, which downgraded the vibe. Overall, I would still recommend this spot if you live locally.
