Kaz’s is my favourite Indian restaurant, delicious food and perfect service. Thank you! 🤩

I was walking past the restaurant recently and thought I’d pop in for some dinner. I asked the waiter for a table and he barked back at me, “We don’t do tables for ONE!” with a look of complete contempt on his face. I explained to him that on previous visits, I’d experienced no problems eating alone. He looked me up and down like I was trying to rob the place, then he walked over to his colleagues to mock my request. Congratulations Kaz’s. That was a text book way to permanently lose a customer. Don’t believe any review that calls this place the best Indian in Harlow because it’s nowhere close. The Moonlight in Staple Tye is in a completely different league. Both Bush Fair and The Stow offer a much better standard too. As for Kaz’s? Abandon.

Because you charge delivery, I cannot afford to give drivers a tip for which I sorry about

Absolutely disgusting we went in a 6pm they said they don’t cater for children and have no high chairs The servers were so rude we order takeaways and they said do toffee from us anymore

Best curry house for food and value in Harlow

The delivery time was late but that's not really a problem as things happen sometimes and the driver was sorry about being late. The issue was the food turned up cold though very taste it was just not very nice eating it cold. So we had to microwave.

Ordered garlic tikka masala and was ridiculously spicy, it’s meant to be a mild dish and we couldn’t eat it wasn’t enjoyable. Very disappointing!

Visited on Saturday 6/10/2024 - Service and food were exceptional cannot fault! I recommend the Chicken Tikka Madras, Moharani Chicken, Onion Rice, Lemon Rice and the Garlic & Chilli Naan.

Take away. Ordered at 4.30 expecting delivery around 6.30/7pm. Got food around 8pm. Dry and chewy. Jalfrezi too spicy hot to eat. Nann soggy ect. Staff lied about food being out for delivery. Even customer service man didn’t tell the truth. So disappointed. Won’t be ordering from here again

Was a takeaway , been eating here for years always good can only assume new chef .my lamb starter was chewy and inedible, as was lamb shawabi .wides chicken very pink .add to this they forgot 1 stater when I called back rather then apologise waiter quizzed me over the order so rude if I was eating in I would of sent back and not pain

Best Indian restaurant in Harlow, in my opinion. They just never fail here. Stunning, fresh, delicious food, friendly helpful attentive staff and bright, clean, modern decor. Can't wait to go back!

food was very good as usual. the only thing I'm not happy with is, I did not get my £9+ loyalty stamp discount. this is the first time this has happened. tried calling but couldn't get through 🙁

The previous stamp card discount of £16.17p was not allocated to my order, worse, my full stamp card is gone and a new one has been started. I feel very let down by Just Eat. The order was about 10 minutes late and food quality was good as usual.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I visited KAZ Restaurant around 9:30 PM, just half an hour before closing, and I was thoroughly impressed by their exceptional service and incredible food. Despite the late hour, the staff welcomed us warmly and took our order without hesitation. My in-laws and I were able to sit comfortably, and even though they were closing soon, they prepared our meal with great care. The food was absolutely delicious and exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend KAZ Restaurant for their outstanding hospitality and superb cuisine. A must-visit!

Food was great as always. This is my go to Indian takeaway as it is always on point. Naan wasn’t delivered. I called up and it was dropped off within 10 mins. Fantastic customer service, fantastic food

Why did I not receive my discount? I had collected 5 stamps on my previous order from Kaz's on 22nd March 2024 so should have automatically received a discount of £20.36 on this order. No discount was applied.

Random last minute visit to this place whilst being on a team night out and the food was amazing. I like to think I’ve been to a few Indian places but the quality of the food was impeccable. Would defo recommend and return. Good service too!

Honestly the best Indian we’ve eaten! We had a lot of recommendations and I really cannot recommend Kaz’s enough. Only Indian restaurant we’ll now come too. Service was amazing, very friendly too.

Made an online order and by mistake I was given the wrong food but with no hesitation at all the lovely people at kaz’s quickly bought me the right food and apologised for the mistake. The food was amazing as ever and I highly recommend this restaurant if your liking for a new place to get Indian food !

Struggling to find a consistent takeaway. Had been told about Kaz's. Didn't disappoint. Will use them again - fingers crossed this will live up to expectations and will become the goto Indian takeaway from now on!

Normally really nice only Indian I use. But tonight was probably one of the worse Indians iv had the sauce was like tomato soup very runny and really small bits of chicken that was like leather. My tikka starter was salty. Hopefully it’s a one of or I’ll have to try somewhere else. If it’s a new chef sort him out.

Kazs food is always amazing. Cooked to order and always hot and fresh. We pre ordered for 7.30pm. Unfortunately it ran late by 30mins. We were updated after I asked just eat for an update. Can never fault the food. Delivery time wasn't great. BUT kazs are our "go to" for Indian food. Can't recommend enough.

Always a fantastic meal. However for some reason there were bits of tomato in my Lamb Korma which weren't so enjoyable and the sauce was more runny than normal. Also, the popadoms were a little stale.
