Took ages on our order. Charged an extortionate amount, and the Pizza we ordered was poorly made. Clearly didn’t know how to make pizza.

Abysmal, phoned to ask why it was so bad to be told i was rude. Worst food ive ever had from a takeaway and ive had some shockers.

Absolute joke!!! Had a long shift today so ordered through Just eat and ended up with the order not being delivered that too after waiting for 1 hour 33 mins. Called the restaurant 5 times and no one answered. The funny part is my house is literally 10 mins walk from there. Gotta be the worst experience ever. Definitely not ordering ever again!!!!!!!!

Placed an order online. Then had 2 missed calls on my phone( which I had missed because I was in the toilet ). When I saw the calls I had a notification saying I had cancelled the order? Which I hadn’t. So I rang the restaurant, and the worker tells me because I missed the call they had the cancel my order?. Makes no sense to be cancelling orders because I missed 2 phone calls especially because this was literally within 5 minutes of placing my order. FIRST and LAST time I’ll ATTEMPT to order from here. Wanted to write this review on just eat itself so they could do something about this place, But because my order was cancelled I couldn’t leave my review there!

Chicken seemed soggy and undercooked wouldn’t chuck it to the foxes. Would like a full refund.

Delicious meal with 5 star service.. Beef burger and naga wings mouth watering test. Special thanks to Punno for his all round performance. Highly recommended to everyone.

This is the worst place ever food vile staff rude ordered delivery took over 2 hours went to the shop to complain but told food already on its way. The people were wearing dirty clothes. Do not eat from this place

Good option for them late night takeaways. Very few places do delivery as late as these guys and the food has got a lot better since the rebrand. Price is reasonable given the location but don’t both going there late as it can get a little lively just spend the extra on delivery.

I wish I could leave a zero star review, food is cold, undercooked and staff are rude. The place of full of crackheads on a daily basis and I’m surprised the business isn’t closed down, the only customers going here are drunk people so no wonder they spend there money eating uncooked food. Disgusting to say the least

I ordered this and was really excited to eat food because my stomach was hurting then when it showed up I started eating my boneless feast and the chips was okay (best out of everything else) and the chicken poppers was dry just like the chicken strips. Takes like they had refried it or its 100 days old and just stuck it in the microwave. Also ordered a burger but I'm not even going to try it. Probably get a bug from it. Waste of money, literally £14 for three chicken strips, a few chicken poppers, two small portions of chips and a tiny burger the size of a mcdonalds happy meal burger. The guy at the door still said "make sure to give us a good review" 😂

There food preparation was very fast,, Don't need to wait more than 6 mnts to get 2 gourmet burgers & one quater ponder burger meal & the pattie was very much fresh...tnx buddies keep it up...

There behaviours with customers was awesome.... Restaurant stuffs were so frndly & just served the food before the mentioned time...there freshly made pizzas were awesome Don't make any poorness with toppings... Best pizza ever in my area bt they should increase more drinks items...tnx..

The kazi's meal box in 7.49 pounds is the best deal for anyone in our southend locality....the restaurant was very much well organised & Hygiened... There behaviour was very much friendly.... Tnx..

There 14 inch peperoni passhion pizza & 2pc chicken box meal was awesome to me & my cousine...the delivery guy was gentle enough & there call picking & responding was very much suitable....

I have ordered the food from SFC and they delivered it to me after 1hr. They promised me they will refund for my food and now they are not doing it. I ordered a biriyani and it was overcooked and hence I didn't liked it. And now you are declining the refund. I am never gonna order from you again.

Absolutely terrible we told the guy to call us when it’s here not to nock as there is my dad sleeping and when I got it it was dry as anything and the chips were soggy

DO NOT ORDER! 1. They stop answering their phone. 2. They said the delivery would be 15 minutes at 02:15 after already being 1 hour late it’s now 3:35 and still no delivery. 3. Do you really need another reason?

Shockingly awful. Ordered via Just Eat, first of all approx 60 mins wait, food then never came, called restaurant on several occasions after waiting 2 hours and they couldn’t be arsed to answer. Revised delivery time given and still no sign of it. Requested money back - yeah right, let’s see! Shambolic and pathetic.

I order Takeaway from here at least once a week food here is incredible I love the kazi burger so nice and filling and perfectly wrapped so you don't get burger all over your hands and so filling milkshakes are delicious too and all wrapped so they don't spill. Food is hot, arrives on time and the owner is so lovely

Food was decent, nothing special but it is open late and offers halal food. Didn’t have any chicken when I went, but it may have been a one off.

I bought chicken wings. Its disgusting one bite then threw all bin.and pizza more worst. Wrost food shop in uk.it should be close.

This place is near to travelodge (about 2-3 minute walk). Eat in or takeaway. Food was good (02.30 in morning, most places are good when hungry). One thing to remember (if visiting in the early hours), is check your price total and change as when we went in we were overcharged by a pound (not much i know, but still....), SFC did refund when queried. Hence the 3 stars.

The food is fantastic but good is usually late. I understand it gets very busy after midnight but I can never get thru to them on the phone.

Was working away so thought I’d go for a bit of donner and chips, to my disappointment this takeaway is complete trash, donner and fries were cold, donner is literally crusty and also to my biggest shock it cost me 7.50£ got absolutely ripped off. Do not visit this place, utter garbage and a robbery. Drove back to the shop to get my full refund, they at least had the decency to apologise, so because of that I’ll give you two stars.. seriously, up your game. Up north for £7.5 I’ll get twice as much and 100% better, I travel all over the country and honestly this was a shocking experience, I’ve never had to get a refund for my food in the whole 30 years of my life.

My food is 3 hours late, they blocked my number when I went to cancel my order, and they got hostile on the phone. Disgusting customer service, I ordered via Uber Eats, and will be reporting them, and trying to get my money back.

Absolutely awful…. My food didn’t even turn up ,my girlfriend was in pieces because all she wanted was some food before she went to work and on top of that she in diabetic but they didn’t even bother to deliver , so now I’m going to turn up with the police by my side and I will sue you… that is unacceptable and bad for business and I will do everything in my power to have you shut down.

EXTREMELY disappointed. I ordered from this takeaway and DID NOT receive my order. They claimed I LIED about not getting the order when I rang up and HUNG UP ON ME!! Don’t answer the phone accept orders and never deliver say been delivered and don’t refund the money don’t use stay clear. I even went down to collect and they had a shutter down what’s the point in accepting orders if your not even open

Waited over half an hour and ended up with burnt to a crisp chicken nuggets which had clearly just been refried....and that too of the lowest quality, fries that smelled like the oil they were fried in hasn't been replaced in about 6 months, they were refried too...the pizza was just a joke just a supermarket bought frozen pizza with a slice of pepperoni on each slice of pizza....not even what was ordered!! Infact supermarket pizza tastes 10 times better. Really bad avoid at all costs...went to bed hungry instead rather than assault my digestive system with anymore than a few bites of their food ! How they have got any starred ratings is beyond me, I gave it 1 star because I had to in order to post this. Avoid like you would Jimmy saville baby sitting!

Donor wasnt great really dry and a bit over done. The wings were ok and the chicken fillet burger was too soft. Wouldn't come here again tbh.

Absolutely awful! Chicken wings are fried in old oil, the chicken is overcooked and chewy and most importantly the shop stinks! I had to return the food to them!

Untidy place, long time to wait.

Chicken is alright. Prices are alright. Staff aren't very talkative.

Food has downsized not happy at all

Decided to have a late night feast. An excellently made Spicy Donner kebab, which was just made with perfection. Best Donner in Southend! I had to re-edit my 3*** rating to a 5* because this place is now amazing.
