The best takeaway I’ve ever had, highly rey

The fried chicken was awful. Dried up hard coating with dried up hard chicken underneath. No flavour whatsoever. Really small chip portions in paper bags, that had gone soggy, split and the paper was stuck to the chips. Asked for Pepsi max and got full fat Pepsi instead, which I can’t drink because I’m diabetic . Really disappointed

Ridiculous service! Absolutely appalling! We called the restaurant 11 times and no answer at all. The food delivery time was changed 2 times and still didn’t arrive near the time

Took ages to arrive, the delivery driver was apologetic for the long wait, the chicken poor

Both meals was stone cold, driver went to another address at first because he “thought” that was the right address Driver also made me wait outside for 5 minutes in the cold saying he was here when he was at the wrong address and did not follow no navigation, strawberry mirinda is 33cl and not 330ml. Poor service won’t order from here again

Waited over an hour and half for the food, called 4 times no one answered, app updated and said food delivered, didn’t turn up for another 25 minutes not until we was about to go to the shop to see what was going on

In time, food was good and hot. They even put some extras in, with a note saying thanks for the order. No complaints here!

My food never arrived at my address

Whilst I appreciate Saturdays and weekends in general will be busier I don't expect to wait an hour after my original delivery time, so almost 2 hours in total. To then refuse to refund me the delivery fee as compensation for the massive wait time is just poor service also. The food was sweating in it's packaging, so soggy by the time it actually made it to me but at that point it was too late to order elsewhere. just eat themselves were great and have refunded me in full.

Ordered food around 23:00 and didn't receive food untill 0:45, I ordered honey chicken which this chicken has NEVER seen honey in its life. Chips looked a strange oily brown colour and tasted awful. Also ordered hollumi fries that were dryer than a nuns c***. Even the can of coke smelt and tasted like fried chicken. Definitely another cheap place tryna get your money for rubbish food.

The biryani wasn’t Biriyani. It was tasteless, not enough salt and too much oil. Chicken strips was cold

What a disappointment. I ordered at 16.48 - tried to call twice - it is now 18:15. No food. Initially i was told that there was a problem with the deliver driver as if it is my fault. Then they have stopped answering the phone. I asked them that if they knew they had a delivery driver problem why didn’t they go off-line?? We have theatre tickets so we now have to go hungry. Food finally arrived around 18.25, and it tasted awful. The chicken was stale. What a disappointment!!!

After waiting 75 minutes for this order I assumed it was being freshly prepared , when it arrived you can imagine my butter disappointment when I realised this food was hours old, rock hard, cold, stale and rather VILE yet another take away just money hungry. Absolutely shameful and disgusting

Took over an hour to get our food, and then the delivery driver just hung it on the door handle whilst it was raining so it was cold and wet when we got it.

My food was cold and I ordered it at 1 in the morning got delivered at 3:30 in the morning. Milkshake was completely melted and watery pizza was freezing and had missing cheese I the middle of the whole pizza. The red cabbage leaked everywhere and then was told we got some food as an apology and that was 1 tiny chicken wing and 1 chicken strip. Absolute joke never ordered from here and I won’t actually be doing it again all the food was wet soggy and cold.

Took ages on our order. Charged an extortionate amount, and the Pizza we ordered was poorly made. Clearly didn’t know how to make pizza.

First & last time ordering from here. The lamb shish wrap i ordered upon taking a bite it was undercooked, pink and chewy and frankly un-edible. I had to dispose of the whole wrap, although i was really looking forward to eating it.

food was cold. my partner had the lamb shish that was ridiculously chewy and also rock hard in someplace. the pitta was just soggy till it was falling apart. I had the gourmet burger and cheesy chips all also cold. burger bun burnt. just wasn't an overly nice experience the best bit was the chocolate fudge cake but it should be its just store bought 🤣

Placed an order online. Then had 2 missed calls on my phone( which I had missed because I was in the toilet ). When I saw the calls I had a notification saying I had cancelled the order? Which I hadn’t. So I rang the restaurant, and the worker tells me because I missed the call they had the cancel my order?. Makes no sense to be cancelling orders because I missed 2 phone calls especially because this was literally within 5 minutes of placing my order. FIRST and LAST time I’ll ATTEMPT to order from here. Wanted to write this review on just eat itself so they could do something about this place, But because my order was cancelled I couldn’t leave my review there!

This is the worst place ever food vile staff rude ordered delivery took over 2 hours went to the shop to complain but told food already on its way. The people were wearing dirty clothes. Do not eat from this place

Good option for them late night takeaways. Very few places do delivery as late as these guys and the food has got a lot better since the rebrand. Price is reasonable given the location but don’t both going there late as it can get a little lively just spend the extra on delivery.

I ordered this and was really excited to eat food because my stomach was hurting then when it showed up I started eating my boneless feast and the chips was okay (best out of everything else) and the chicken poppers was dry just like the chicken strips. Takes like they had refried it or its 100 days old and just stuck it in the microwave. Also ordered a burger but I'm not even going to try it. Probably get a bug from it. Waste of money, literally £14 for three chicken strips, a few chicken poppers, two small portions of chips and a tiny burger the size of a mcdonalds happy meal burger. The guy at the door still said "make sure to give us a good review" 😂

There 14 inch peperoni passhion pizza & 2pc chicken box meal was awesome to me & my cousine...the delivery guy was gentle enough & there call picking & responding was very much suitable....

The kazi's meal box in 7.49 pounds is the best deal for anyone in our southend locality....the restaurant was very much well organised & Hygiened... There behaviour was very much friendly.... Tnx..

I have ordered the food from SFC and they delivered it to me after 1hr. They promised me they will refund for my food and now they are not doing it. I ordered a biriyani and it was overcooked and hence I didn't liked it. And now you are declining the refund. I am never gonna order from you again.

Shockingly awful. Ordered via Just Eat, first of all approx 60 mins wait, food then never came, called restaurant on several occasions after waiting 2 hours and they couldn’t be arsed to answer. Revised delivery time given and still no sign of it. Requested money back - yeah right, let’s see! Shambolic and pathetic.

I order Takeaway from here at least once a week food here is incredible I love the kazi burger so nice and filling and perfectly wrapped so you don't get burger all over your hands and so filling milkshakes are delicious too and all wrapped so they don't spill. Food is hot, arrives on time and the owner is so lovely

This place is near to travelodge (about 2-3 minute walk). Eat in or takeaway. Food was good (02.30 in morning, most places are good when hungry). One thing to remember (if visiting in the early hours), is check your price total and change as when we went in we were overcharged by a pound (not much i know, but still....), SFC did refund when queried. Hence the 3 stars.
