Amazing food and so yummy Shame about the manager (short young one) really rude and not even listening to what I have to say spent nearly £600 on the whole family but they turned around and said ‘no tea left’ what Turkish restaurant doesn’t have tea. Manager not professional and does not listen to customers view and very rude shame to put a negative comment cause the staff are amazing and over worked

Great food, beautifully presented with excellent and friendly service. We loved it! This gorgeous clean restaurant was a real treat and I throughly recommend it.

Me and my 3 friends were driving around Acton and we were looking for a good place to eat We passed kaya Mediterranean resturant looked yummy So we went In, lady seated us all good We ordered, while taking our order she seated another couple then rushed back to us, Ok we carried on ordering 4 different means Lamb meal, burger meal and 2 kofta meals When food arrived 2 out of four meals were wrong !!! My friend and my self had to wait while Others food was getting cold, then food arrived kofta was not cook still blood in the middle very salty, the burger was dry no sauce inside not lettuce just bread and dry burger I side , I was so upset as me and my friends were starving didn’t eat all day cause we new we were going out !! None of us could take more then a bite fool Food was tasteless all we could taste was salt water, I been having Turkish food for years and I never tasted food like kaya resturant I complained to the manager but all he could say was SORRY!!!! They charged us nearly £70 For this disgusting food that was left on the table !!! PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THIS RESTURANT AVOID AT ALL COST!!!!! Bad food , rude service, very overpriced , very loud music intertainment, we couldn’t even hear ourselves talk, Ma and my friends left starving And £70 pound down!!!! The only good thing about this place is it’s really modern and lovely Inside

Seemingly out of place in the desert of grubbiness that is Acton High Street, we stopped and took a chance on Kayra as we love middle-eastern food. A fairly large modern venue. The seating is very comfortable, service was good. We tried a variety of lamb and chicken dishes and everything was very good. We were lucky to have found an even better place up the road to the west near Ealing Common, otherwise Kayra would be our favorite place in this area.

Food was bland apart from the Kofta which was too spicy. Over priced for what it was. Tables needed a good clean as did the waiters uniforms.

Turkish restaurants are known for their generosity and warm welcome but sadly this restaurant isn’t, it was my first time at this restaurant and sadly last. Very slow service, had to wait too long for the food also missing order, after we asked about the rest of the order, they said you didn’t order it. Top waiter was taking an order and suddenly started seating other people. Real mess, will not go there again

Tam provided excellent service. Everyone’s food was fantastic freshly cooked with love. This is a reliable favourite. Baklava are to die for……

We ate here today New Year’s Eve but we went early because we have 2 children. The food was absolutely amazing! The cop shish, lamb doner and mixed grill was delicious, very fresh tender meat and well seasoned. All the staff were very attentive and friendly! Great local Turkish restaurant would recommend to everyone and will defo be going back!!

As always, a fantastic meal, lovely service and reasonably priced. I will always return to this favourite. Food is obviously prepared with love and attention.

There is waitresses there who is very rude. My niece just told her to take the service charge off and her reply was "next time don't call or come yo this restaurant again" that comment was unacceptable. We went there for my mum birthday it was packed service was slow, drinks took forever we had to go up a few times. Food was nice music was nice but wouldn't recommend this place if the waitresses is still there.
