A really good restaurant. Delicious food. Lovely waitress: Edíta. Super salads (Greek, tomato-onion), meat, liver, casserole, tapas, drinks, desserts.

Fabulous food. caters for vegans... Great atmosphere. Definitely will visit again

I could practically recommend all the dishes from full menu offer except the liver! The chief simply can't handle it, this dish was awful and disgusting.

Honestly the best Turkish place in West London, better than little Istanbul by a country mile. The mix kebab is such a great option. Their meats are always so juicy and moist compared to some places where they cook their meats too much to make them dry. Their bread basket they give when cooked fresh is delicious. The male waiter is a great guy, very hospitable. Always very helpful he is and always speak with great manners. (the older female lady not so much, she's always angry no manners with her even when you say thank you she doesn't say anything back lol you can't win with them all).

About 2 hours before, I was there for having dinner. No any customer and very quiet, I was wondering. Dinner was not very pleasant. After one hour I have found that I am food poisoning. My feeling now is very bad. Never I go there. Be careful🥲🥲🥲🥲🥲

We had a lovely afternoon lunch of chicken shish, salmon, prawns, hallumi served with lovely flatbread and cous cous. The restaurant was clean and bright. Staff super friendly and the new manager made us feel very welcome and helpful with food choices. Still full a day later!

I have been at this restaurant a few times .The food is ok because sometimes a bit over cooked.I was very disappointed about last visit.It was Monday afternoon.It wasn’t busy but service by a waiter man was just terrible.He made mistakes with drinks instead 2 glasses of wine posted 2 bottles,instead of apple juice gave us sprite and didn’t apologise.He didn’t clean the empty cans then .I had to ask to do that .At the end of our dinner he dropped dirty napkins on my dress and asked my husband to pass the plates .It was big dinner order and horrible service.Probably next time he will ask us to clean the table.But we decided will not come any more.No filling like I am a guest at this place .

Liked Lamb ribs, good taste as well as bar-b-q wings. Humous below expectation not much olive oil, wouldn’t recommend Humous.

Absolutely lovely restaurant. The food was good big portions, service was good really attentive waiters. Four of us drink each to start, starter for four and a main £33 each good value. We had a great time. I would recommend giving them a try.

Cozy little restaurant, nice to come to if you are local. The mixed shish seemed a bit overpriced for what you get (fair portion of chicken and lamb cubes and handful of rice and half a grilled tomato, all looked very plain). But my mates ordered the house specials which were a couple quid more but seemed better value for money. Food and starters did taste good though. Just a shame that there was no prayer room facilities given they are a Turkish restaurant. Even just a tiny corner sectioned off with a partition would have been fine, at the sacrifice of maybe a single table for 2. I'd think this could be accommodated on days when they aren't busy.

Have ordered food from here before over the phone and has always been excellent, unfortunately this time wasn't as good. I ordered the mixed kebab- a mix of chicken shish, lamb shish and lamb kofte, upon arrival there was no chicken. When I called and spoke to the restaurant I was told "no it comes with chicken it must be there" accusing me of either lying of somehow not seeing this chicken in the container before me. They then accused the driver of tampering with the food- and only taking the chicken.... and the told me "if you're not happy complain to just eat and they sort it". Found the person I spoke to rather rude and condescending to be honest.

First time I have been to the Koz and was very happy with the lamb shish kebab. The flat bread that came with it was amazing it had a BBQ flavour. The only downside that I had was that the kebabs don't come with chips. We had to ask for them the lovely waitress said that the manager didn't like chips being served. I don't like boiled rice, cos cus, or salad. We managed to get two kebabs with chips. The management should rethink no chips policy.

One of the Best Kunefe I had in west london 10/10 !

Ordered the liver sandwich and the ratio of liver to fat was 3:1 - meaning there was mostly only fat in the sandwich and hardly any liver! This is so dishonest and embarrassing for your kitchen because you cant say it was just an error - you could visibly see that you were cooking pieces of fat but hoping ppl wouldn’t notice because it was in a sandwich! You’ve shown No integrity in your business, so will not be buying from your ever again!

Travelled all the way from Reading to celebrate with our family. The food is one of the tastiest Turkish food. Not even exaggerating, we've been here multiple times tried different dishes. We've been to many Turkish Restaurants and they all have their own taste, but Koz Ocakbasi is a winner! Been to Gok yuzu, Hala, many others but no one has got the hospitality like Koz Ocakbasi, their staff is friendly, the atmosphere is nice and cosy. Cosy atmosphere is better than modern in my opinion when it comes to Traditional meals as it feels original. The only thing I would recommend is to perhaps add freshly squeezed juice on the menu and olive oil dip with bread would be nice too. Rest is amazing.

Absolut amazing food etc. And will always return for that. But first of all I had to sit inside with scarf and jacket cause it was absolutely freezing cold due to the door opening and closing the same way. And unfortunately the service was not really nice either, it was very difficult to catch a waiter and there was always only a sort of head waiter who was constantly busy but was the only one who could answer questions

Hi all just once again I’m here to review this gorgeous, delicious and wonderful restaurant, Let’s start with an appetiser, good portion of salads,🥗 some warm delicious 🤤 bread 🥯 with sauces. Our mains were lamb 🐑 Adana and Lamb 🐑 cutlets. Lamb 🐑 Adana was salty and couldn’t enjoy, actually too salty for me, that’s the reason I’ve minus 1 star. Lamb cutlets were amazing 😻, nicely cooked and cut with a fat line which made it so tasty. Finally the dessert 🍨, Kunefe was average. Overall this is a decent restaurant but they need to work on their Adana prep and keep on checking the ingredients like salt, pepper and other spices. Very warm welcoming staff, nice bunch of guys.

Tried it first time to celebrate a work mate's marriage. It's clean and spacious. The service recognised customer comes first. The food for a vegetarian like me is extremely limited. I had moussaka which was delicious and a tasty fried halloumi salad. My mates devoured all the meat stuff.

Went as a group of eight. Seven main courses came out except for mine. The servers did not notice, and I had to wait at least ten minutes assuming my meal was about to arrive. It didn't, and then had to wait another ten minutes for my meal to arrive. The other seven in the group had finished by the time the meal arrived. That's my last visit to this overpriced restaurant.

We come here every Friday as group of mates. Best Turkish restaurant in London for sure! The food is 10/10! Service 10/10! Atmosphere is 10/10! It's so good we rave about it the next day! The day after and so on until the next Friday! Best of best!

Food is excellent and staff friendly and welcoming, the only thing is food delivered too quick, starter arrived 5 minutes after giving order and soon as starter finished mains arrived, ate in less than an hour when you want to make an evening of it. Food is delicious!

Ordered food from here for my daughters birthday. It was for 15 people and I was going to order 4 big platters but they told me 3 platters are enough which was quite honest of them. Food was really good and was ready for the time I told them I would collect. Highly recommended.

Absolutely amazing!!, You get best food and best service at this restaurant, We have recived some delicious bread , olives etc before our mains, both dishes so tasty and fresh, I had prawns in casserole, and my husband lamb ribs, he said it was the best lamb he has ever eaten , both dishes comes with choice of rice/couscous/fries and fresh salad, we will be back! 🤗🤗🤗

The food was really really good, we ordered the family platter for 4 and there was plenty left at the end, the Adana kofte was good, the chicken shish was good and chicken beyti was also good, Even the salad was good, would recommend for sure my only gripe is we weren't offered a tea at the end, bit would definitely go there again

We visited this place before and absolutely loved food and service which was immaculate. This time due to personal circumstances decided to order food to be delivered, which had one of main meals missing upon delivery. Contacted restaurant and had real struggle with woman understanding the issue and taking down the details while chatting to someone else in the background, finally have agreed the missing dish to be delivered BUT it never came. No contact no nothing. Birthday celebration was slightly ruined as it meant not all family members were able to have their meal. So this kind of attitude towards costumers is really putting off, especially that dishes are not of cheapest ones and you’d expect being treated nicely.
