Absolutely lovely restaurant. The food was good big portions, service was good really attentive waiters. Four of us drink each to start, starter for four and a main £33 each good value. We had a great time. I would recommend giving them a try.

Everything was amazing, the food outstanding, the staff very friendly, the place has a vibe. We will be back very soon.

Brilliant all round but I pulled up at the side of the restaurant today to post a parcel and see rats 🐀 running around amongst the rubbish and long grass it has put me off abit

Cozy little restaurant, nice to come to if you are local. The mixed shish seemed a bit overpriced for what you get (fair portion of chicken and lamb cubes and handful of rice and half a grilled tomato, all looked very plain). But my mates ordered the house specials which were a couple quid more but seemed better value for money. Food and starters did taste good though. Just a shame that there was no prayer room facilities given they are a Turkish restaurant. Even just a tiny corner sectioned off with a partition would have been fine, at the sacrifice of maybe a single table for 2. I'd think this could be accommodated on days when they aren't busy.

Thanks to the kitchen chef, everything was very tasty, large portions, we were served by a Polish woman.) The room is cozy and clean, warm, without the smell of the kitchen.)

First time I have been to the Koz and was very happy with the lamb shish kebab. The flat bread that came with it was amazing it had a BBQ flavour. The only downside that I had was that the kebabs don't come with chips. We had to ask for them the lovely waitress said that the manager didn't like chips being served. I don't like boiled rice, cos cus, or salad. We managed to get two kebabs with chips. The management should rethink no chips policy.

I DON'T KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT THIS PLACE BUT IT'S RICH SO IT'S DEFINITELY GOOD FOOD I'M FROM EASTERN EUROPE, MY COUNTRY DOESN'T CARE ABOUT WHAT THEY SERVE THERE. The atmosphere is noticeable when you pass by :)

My local place, we order from here at least 2x a month, sometimes dine in. Kids friendly, friendly staff. Recommend 100% 🙌

Ordered the liver sandwich and the ratio of liver to fat was 3:1 - meaning there was mostly only fat in the sandwich and hardly any liver! This is so dishonest and embarrassing for your kitchen because you cant say it was just an error - you could visibly see that you were cooking pieces of fat but hoping ppl wouldn’t notice because it was in a sandwich! You’ve shown No integrity in your business, so will not be buying from your ever again!

Avoid.. very bad customer service

I recently dined at the restaurant, and unfortunately, my experience was marred by the staff's incompetence. Not only did they provide subpar service, but they also managed to charge me the wrong amount on my bill, adding further frustration to an already disappointing visit. I expected more attention to detail and professionalism.

Travelled all the way from Reading to celebrate with our family. The food is one of the tastiest Turkish food. Not even exaggerating, we've been here multiple times tried different dishes. We've been to many Turkish Restaurants and they all have their own taste, but Koz Ocakbasi is a winner! Been to Gok yuzu, Hala, many others but no one has got the hospitality like Koz Ocakbasi, their staff is friendly, the atmosphere is nice and cosy. Cosy atmosphere is better than modern in my opinion when it comes to Traditional meals as it feels original. The only thing I would recommend is to perhaps add freshly squeezed juice on the menu and olive oil dip with bread would be nice too. Rest is amazing.

Absolut amazing food etc. And will always return for that. But first of all I had to sit inside with scarf and jacket cause it was absolutely freezing cold due to the door opening and closing the same way. And unfortunately the service was not really nice either, it was very difficult to catch a waiter and there was always only a sort of head waiter who was constantly busy but was the only one who could answer questions

Hi all just once again I’m here to review this gorgeous, delicious and wonderful restaurant, Let’s start with an appetiser, good portion of salads,🥗 some warm delicious 🤤 bread 🥯 with sauces. Our mains were lamb 🐑 Adana and Lamb 🐑 cutlets. Lamb 🐑 Adana was salty and couldn’t enjoy, actually too salty for me, that’s the reason I’ve minus 1 star. Lamb cutlets were amazing 😻, nicely cooked and cut with a fat line which made it so tasty. Finally the dessert 🍨, Kunefe was average. Overall this is a decent restaurant but they need to work on their Adana prep and keep on checking the ingredients like salt, pepper and other spices. Very warm welcoming staff, nice bunch of guys.

Tried it first time to celebrate a work mate's marriage. It's clean and spacious. The service recognised customer comes first. The food for a vegetarian like me is extremely limited. I had moussaka which was delicious and a tasty fried halloumi salad. My mates devoured all the meat stuff.

We eat at this restaurant every Sunday. There is nothing more to add.

Lambs chops were perfectly cooked. If Carlsberg did lamb chops it wouldn't be as good as the chops I had hear. Generous portions

Koz Ocakbasi offers an exceptional Turkish culinary experience that left me thoroughly impressed. The food was simply amazing, beautifully presented and bursting with authentic flavors. The meat dishes, including the ribs and mixed grill, were absolutely outstanding - cooked to perfection and full of deliciousness. The calamari was a delightful surprise, large and flavorful, and the bread was irresistibly good. One standout dish was the Lamb Beyti, which was nothing short of amazing. The tomato sauce that accompanied the dishes was a true culinary delight. The overall dining experience at Koz Ocakbasi was one to remember, with each dish leaving me wanting more. If you're looking for fantastic Turkish cuisine that impresses with every bite, Koz Ocakbasi is a must-visit. Went as a group of eight. Seven main courses came out except for mine. The servers did not notice, and I had to wait at least ten minutes assuming my meal was about to arrive. It didn't, and then had to wait another ten minutes for my meal to arrive. The other seven in the group had finished by the time the meal arrived. That's my last visit to this overpriced restaurant.

Celebrated my birthday at this beautiful restaurant. The food was so delicious , service was on point and really great atmosphere . A massive thanks to Sonia who served us today. She is so amazing. Rest of the staff was also very professional. Definitely recommend !!!!

We come here every Friday as group of mates. Best Turkish restaurant in London for sure! The food is 10/10! Service 10/10! Atmosphere is 10/10! It's so good we rave about it the next day! The day after and so on until the next Friday! Best of best!

Food is excellent and staff friendly and welcoming, the only thing is food delivered too quick, starter arrived 5 minutes after giving order and soon as starter finished mains arrived, ate in less than an hour when you want to make an evening of it. Food is delicious!

Ordered food from here for my daughters birthday. It was for 15 people and I was going to order 4 big platters but they told me 3 platters are enough which was quite honest of them. Food was really good and was ready for the time I told them I would collect. Highly recommended.

Absolutely amazing!!, You get best food and best service at this restaurant, We have recived some delicious bread , olives etc before our mains, both dishes so tasty and fresh, I had prawns in casserole, and my husband lamb ribs, he said it was the best lamb he has ever eaten , both dishes comes with choice of rice/couscous/fries and fresh salad, we will be back! 🤗🤗🤗

The food was really really good, we ordered the family platter for 4 and there was plenty left at the end, the Adana kofte was good, the chicken shish was good and chicken beyti was also good, Even the salad was good, would recommend for sure my only gripe is we weren't offered a tea at the end, bit would definitely go there again

Lovely evening with GREAT 👍 food. We chose a shared meal for the middle of the table. Everything was beautifully presented. There was so much we had to ask to move to a bigger table! Didn't think to take photos 😕

Had the shish kebab which comes with rice and salad. Food was very good, salad comes separately and was enough for two people and very tasty. Before we were served our order we were given lovely warm Turkush bread with olives, yogurt and peppery onion dips. Would recommend a visit.

We visited this place before and absolutely loved food and service which was immaculate. This time due to personal circumstances decided to order food to be delivered, which had one of main meals missing upon delivery. Contacted restaurant and had real struggle with woman understanding the issue and taking down the details while chatting to someone else in the background, finally have agreed the missing dish to be delivered BUT it never came. No contact no nothing. Birthday celebration was slightly ruined as it meant not all family members were able to have their meal. So this kind of attitude towards costumers is really putting off, especially that dishes are not of cheapest ones and you’d expect being treated nicely.

Unfortunately my go to place is no longer what it was. Service has been declining rapidly but the prices keep going up. They are now charging £2 for extra chilli sauce and £4 for some extra carrots and cabbage. I got the recipt and when I asked what the 2 miscellaneous items were they said you must have orderee something extra (she doesn't know what the extra stuff was). The only thing I asked for was chilli sauce and carrots and cabbage. The excuse we keep getting regularly is all the costs have gone up. Even just swapping out the rice for chips is too costly. Waitress was not freindly either this time. Not only that but she did not know how to operate the card machine and we got charged twice the amount. Even after telling her the contactless payment has gone through she did not believe it. Her thermal printer was not working and was only printing out blank receipts. Unfortunately we never got our money back and my guest has gone back to America. It's too bad as the food is good but when you start making excuses and ripping me off then I can longer dine at your establishment.

Lovely Turkish goose. It was one of the best I've had. It is very well prepared and has good tasting food. I had a sharing platter, so I got to try a lot of the various grilled meats. The wings were particularly succulent.

Good food but the restaurant was very cold with a door that didn’t shut properly in winter. We went as a Christmas party of 12 but they had many ingredients out of stock!! Very few cocktails and no Turkish tea at the end.

I really do question how this restaurant has 4.4 star rating on Google. Had mixed kebab and it was dry, bland and doesn't have option of coming with chips. Vegetarian options are very limited. We had one coffee, one mixed kebab meal, one falafel meal, one halloumi cheese starter and 2 waters and total was nearly £60. Definitely not worth the price considering taste of food. If you are willing to drive for a great Turkish food I would suggest driving to Green Lanes if you want something nice. If you want something dry and tasteless and be charged a lot for it then come here.

Everything about the place is poor. The waitress didn't know what an Aperol Spritz was so I asked her for a Spritzer..had to explain..still brought it wrong. Won't be returning.☹️

One of the best Turkish restaurants in this region. Maybe the only cook. Their kebabs are great, especially the ribs. Let's not forget the Lahmacun. One of the few best lahmacuns in London.

Great service staff is attentive. Food is good quality flavoursome, very generousportion for the price. Staff interact with you, very friendly. Make sure you try the Raki. Even got a birthday espresso on the way out.

If I could give this 0 stars, I would. My friends and I drove here to try the knafeh. We ordered it specifically without the nuts because one of my friends is allergic and also pregnant. The first time they brought out the knafeh, it had nuts. We politely asked them to take it away and give us a nut free one. Shortly after, they brought another one that seemingly had no nuts. After cutting the knafeh and splitting amongst ourselves, we noticed there were nuts at the bottom of the knafeh. They had only flipped the first knafeh over and not brought us a fresh new one. Luckily my friend’s reaction is not anaphylactic but as she is pregnant this was a very dangerous thing to do. Severely disappointed.

Delicious authentic Turkish food on a random corner in Greenford. Having eaten at lot of Turkish food in my life and travelled to the proper bits of Istanbul, this is bang on it. Sample even the couscous, when the basics are this good, you know it's authentic, and you'll never accept Asda couscous ever again! The meats are all superbly seasoned and moist and flavoured, no bland chicken here, the vegetables perfectly poised to go along with them (even for those who aren't fans of veggies), we had 6 adult mains, all fantastic, and even the kid's chicken shish was adult-tasting, our 8 year old loved the fact she did not go for the nuggets, not at all too spicy. The cold and hot mezes to start were spot on as well. The baclava to finish was also exquisite.

I've been here several times. The food is great. I recommend the quality of food. The price is almost the same as all turkish restaurants. I've some comments: everything is chargeable, if you spend +£150, you still need to pay for your tea.. no hospitality culture I think.. it's too tight. No tissue in the toilet. Appetiser arrived so quick, but the platter of grill took too long. We were almost full. Considering the location and rent rates, the prices should be cheaper.

Used to be my go to turkish. The increase in price has just made it unaffordable for us to eat here, hence the two star rating. The food is superb but not for us anymore.

Everything about this Turkish restaurant was amazing. You could smell the delicious aroma on the streets while parking. My friends and I had a wonderful evening here, we were greeted by the lovely staff who were patient with us while we chose our meal. Delicious food, tender and juicy meat with lots of flavours. The variety of salads with our platter was just too good. I loved that you got a lot of food for the amazing price we paid. We ordered a platter for 2-3 which was more than sufficient for the 6 of us. Would definitely recommend this place.
