Kastriots in Glasgow City

Me and my partner went there for first time to try out something new. The place was quite busy for a Sunday evening, with a big massive party of a bday celebration. Only seen three waiters catering the whole restaurant two boys and quite rude woman. Couldn’t get the boys attention at all had to ask for water three times and twice for the bill at the end of the meal. The female waitress gave us a nasty look when asked for anything really. The food was delicious and well prepared we’ve had starters and mains took ages to come we’ve had to ask twice where the mains were as we waited over an hour. Shame as the food is great but won’t be visiting again. Bad service puts me off from restaurants

This is a hidden gem ,1st visit but certainly not our last ,the food & service were amazing .Great value for money and nice varied menu to suit all tastes.

The reason this restaurant wins awards and is regarded as one of the best family restaurants in Glasgow is simple. They treat you like family! Staff always happy and welcoming. Food, delicious! Portions, generous! Always happy to visit.

Came along last night for the first time and the food was absolutely beautiful, had a flamingo cocktail aswell and that was delicious. We then opted for lattes for desert and these were also lovely! Great atmosphere, very relaxed, staff are very welcoming and helpful also. Will definitely be back!

An absolute delight of a place. Food, staff and atmosphere are excellent. The three 2 course meals were all superb. A family friendly place that would be hard to beat. I recommend highly, and look forward to our next visit.
