Amazing Desserts and amazing staff Simon & Sumaiya made our time in Kaspa in lewisham awesome very attentive and helpful staff. Would definitely return.

Went for a birthday outing with friends, lovely staff and food came quickly. Manager was very welcoming, would definitely recommend for a visit if you’re in Lewisham!

Arrived at 10.20pm. Waited for the cashier to handle the one order in front of me. Got to cashier at 10.34pm. Ordered a brownie sundae but requested a change of gelato flavour (chocolate to cookies and cream, if you’re interested). Was told the recipe couldn’t be changed. Explained it was just a different gelato. Was told the recipe couldn’t be changed. Asked why. Manager was summoned. Was told it was fine. Nice easy order - gelato, whippy ice cream, brownie pieces, chocolate sauce. 25 minutes later I haven’t been served. Ask where my order is. Am told the manager is preparing it. He isn’t. He’s putting something blue in a cup. I’m hoping it’s not my brownie. Wait another 5 minutes. I ask for a refund. Am told no, it’s being made. I say not it’s not, he’s making something else. Am told I can’t have a refund as it’s being made. He is actually making it now. Receive skimpy sundae (8.95 for a single scoop of gelato, some whippy ice cream, some chocolate sauce and some stale brownie) at 11.06pm. I’ve been there 45 minutes. Their official website says they close at 10. They can’t even get that right.

It was a really good experience, it was delicious , tasty and yummy we had a great time. Me and my two daughters were really enjoying the food and we will definitely come back again, thank you for your service.

Oh wow!! Portions are massive, calories even higher and pleasure out of this world!! This is our first visit but would definitely not be the last. There's sooo much on the menu that we have no choice but to return!!

This place is a joke. So BADLY MANAGED which lead to terrible service and this scathing review! We awaited ten minutes at the till to order before a member of staff actually came to the till - being told after that ten minute wait our order would take another 15 minutes or longer - so we ended up ordering to take away. WHAT A COMPLETE FARCE this turned out to be. We ordered a waffle, 2 slice of HOT choc cake and a milkshake. Very straight forward right? WRONG! they managed to mess this up completely and forgot the waffle altogether. To add insult to injury the 2 small slices of cake were served straight from the fridge and were freezing cold - total opposite to HOT fudge cake! We had to warm this all through ourselves in the microwave at home. EVERY SINGLE TIME we take our kids here it turns out to just be an awful experience and the total opposite of child friendly. The staff literally do not care about what they're doing and the customer service is appalling! We vow never to go back but it unfortunately is the only place locally to take the children for cake and ice cream. This place should be closed down if they are not prepared to pay for and actually bother to train any of their staff. Would dread to think what would happen in this place if someone had an allergy for all the @#!* these people give. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE AND TAKE YOUR KIDS ELSEWHERE IF YOU ACTUALLY WANT TO ENJOY YOUR DESSERT.

The atmosphere was amazing and the food was even better. the place was lively and had great music, there customer service was amazing. even though every table was full they managed to send out food out within 15 minutes. We requested for extra toppings and they gave it with ought hesitation. would recommend the Kaspa's in Lewisham for either with family or friends.

Rude staff member taking orders, no hot drinks and no reason why - apparently ‘the manager wasn’t there’!! If you want to spend a miserable afternoon in a cold, soulless place attempting to drink milkshakes from a disintegrating paper straw - woe betide you if you ask if they could possibly let you have a plastic spoon - it was only plastic and not silver that I asked for - then this is the place for you! M&S’s cafe over the road seems like The Ritz in comparison.

Wow. The manager was so lovely. He gave me a charger to charge my phone. He was just so lovely and patient with us. Honestly so amazing. Thank you!! As young girls staff are always rude to us but this manager was amazing!!

Rubbish place, zero customer service, walked in and there was a sign saying ‘please wait to to seated’ stood around for 5 mins as staff did their thing (place was empty, maybe 8 people) Then went to the counter and asked if we could be seated-got given a menu and told to go sit on the last table behind us. No one came to get out order so i walked up to the counter to place my order (not sure if this plce is table service, but we should’ve been told otherwise when we were seated ) Anyways, the deserts arrived two of us but got given one fork one knife no spoon for the ice cream, the serviette that came with the cutlery was already stained in red, see pictures. Then I had to walk up again and ask for a spoon. We needed to use the bathrooms and that was the last straw, they were absolutely filthy and I’m not sure how they have passed health and safety for a food outlet. Definitely won’t be returning to this place very very average and customer service is atrocious

I went to Kaspas in Lewisham with my family today, the place was very spacious and clean. We tried a variety of items from the menu, we all absolutely loved our desserts & drinks everything looked and tasted AMAZING! Their customer service was superb, especially Riz who was soo friendly and nice. He went above and beyond made us feel soo welcomed, THANK YOU!!! Highly recommend this branch, will definitely be back again 10/10 :)

Since the shop es open this was my favourite place to enjoy myself with family and friends. Paz the supervisor is always polite and very helpful. Sadly the shop have now new staff and to my surprise, while I'm visiting the shop today 23/05/2021 at around 20:50 I served by a young guy named Brandon who was more interested in his apple watch and his mobile phone than taken my order after I was served I was asked to wait by the seating area with the delivery drivers but not of then were using face covering or looking after social distancing, I decided to wait close to the till suddenly Brandon cane in a very ruse way and start shouting at me asking me to go to the seating area, I he'd explain the situation with the delivery people and I was asked to wait outside at the shop I told him is raining he said a don't care and treating to cancel my order which he did, I did aske doe his manager number and name he said I so don't fuc**n care and finally he stars swearing and I fell so intimidated, I don't think ill be back to this place with my family and friends never again I would like to be contacted by a manager as I would like to have an explanation

Order always takes long to come even when the restaurant is almost empty, the staff look like they just couldn’t give a single care, manager is rude, and the kitchen area just looks disgusting. Don’t bother ordering from this place. Food that should be warm is always cold too

This is my second time coming I thought I’d give it a never go but still disappointed still waited for my orders and when I did get it waffle was dry ice cream tasted off not happy at all Absolute disgusting place I could smell something from the counter and it smelt off, manger was rude to their stuff and the place was unorganised I also witnessed last month the manager speaking to a young boy and girl who were complaining about there waffle as they waited for 30 minutes for there oder and Stuff were trying to help the two young people but the manger was very angry and loud towards them saying his a policeman and that he will call the police if they do not leave the building but they wanted was their refund or the waffle the manger was refusing to give Ether one them but the young stuff was lovely and had given them the waffle this place is very unprofessional and rude .most stuff don’t speak English I DON’T RECOMMEND IT AT ALL.
