I get Kaspa's with my daughters , the ice cream was delicious and big portions, staff was friendly

Had a very terrible experience. I was dining today ( 21 oct 2024 ) and was shocked by a rude customer service from an Indian staff. She was with full of bad attitude and negative energy. She even kept the food on my table 13 in a disrespectful way. She left cutlery on next table and asked us to take! Like really?? I was there with my brother who came all the way from Dublin and this was not the Liverpool welcome I wanted to give him. We had bad vibes and dint even finish our dessert even though it was good! Please check your cameras about the cutlery left in next table time was around 7:45 pm . Hope she gets a life. Please train her well. Thanks

I've just been here with my family, literally just 2 adults and 2 babies to be told it is take out only ( it was 20. 25 pm ) we asked what time are you open until and the man replied 11pm , so we then politely asked how come it is take out, he then said it because we are short staffed and have no plates & it is busy .....we counted no more than 4 tables with 2 staff .....he said we have to serve as well as wash the plates. I can honestly say never in my life have I heard of a food establishment run out of plates. The place wasn't even busy at all, in a way I am grateful as during the one minute of us being here we saw how unkempt it was. Photos attached, the bin is upon entry, the carpets are absolutely filthy & the gelato tins although they were empty they were also absolutely filthy.

This place was filthy. We sat down... stayed for 5mins ... would not recommend.

Be careful picking up orders from here as their never ready for the couriers, time and time again I have to wait 20 mins or so and then our customers start complaining to us. Efficiency is not your best professional skill in this business. IMPROVE IT.

Ordered £30 worth of dessert and the main dessert i was looking forward to was missing. When I tried to call the store on two separate occasions, I got no answer. Reported to JustEat that my order was missing - no refund. Won’t be ordering again, the portions are absolutely ridiculous too, £10 for a cookie dough that’s gone in 3 bites, no ice cream with it or whipped cream.

I ordered food, stood out in the rain and then it said “delivered” and hadn’t been. Charged £22

This is two hours late already I don’t even want it anymore. It said 20-40mins when I ordered it. The delivery time keeps going up and up and up, it’s over two hours late. Was for my children who are now in bed!! I want to go to bed myself but can’t

I went to Kaspas recently with family members we all enjoyed our various waffles and ice creams etc unfortunately it is a cashless business I only went there because I was with family any cashless business goes against anything I stand for we need to keep cash and to keep using cash I will be spreading the word as much as I can

I decided to delete my original review and update it. Overall mixed experience, large location with plenty of seating. Slightly warm inside which felt uncomfortable. We bought £70 worth of desserts with a mixture of cookie dough, ice cream and bubble tea drinks. Service was ok, we got our food in drips and drabs, should really all come together. Food overall was good, however the bubble tea was terrible we bought four mango, and hardly any taste to the mango. The day after tasting Kaspa's bubble tea, I had the Mango Bubble tea at Bubbleology at Trafford Centre, and honestly the difference is incredible. Kaspas was just water with a tiny hint of mango. It was terrible. I did speak to manager and wished I insisted on a refund, they did make new ones but again even with extra mango as per manager, still hardly any taste. Definitely should have insisted on the refund, paid £18 for those! Overall recommend the location just avoid the bubble tea at all costs.

Amazing service today! We rang with an hours warning to ascertain whether they had space for 27 people. They called extra staff in & were brilliant. Even reserved an area especially for us at the back of the shop. 27 desserts ordered & delivered in a timely manner with no complaints from any of our group. Reasonable price as well for the number of desserts ordered. Thanks so much for accommodating us

Very late and cookie dough was tiny and cold

I visited here twice but i wont go there again!!! Staff Tribble, nice big empty shop. Frist time I visited alone they didn't let me to seat in the table I want it to seat. No one was there empty. second time I went there with friends 3 off us we want it to seat by the window they didn't let us to seat by the window They choice table for us the shop was empty no one was there just 3 off us...

Food ok but wouldn’t revisit…. - all tables dirty - waitress cleared the pots off one for us, invited us to sit down and never came back to wipe the mess off - service was poor…waitress lacked any urgency or customer service skills. Managed to bring a drink over, set it down slowly all whilst staring out the window past us and never said a word. Quite strange. - cutlery was all dirty, didn’t appear to be cleaned at all - it seemed like they were just wiping cutlery down with a cloth.

Desserts are not terrible but customer service is appalling, waiting times are huge and they don't accept cash!

Lovely staff, and delicious desserts Gluten free options also. Visited with my 2 children and we wasn’t disappointed! Strawberry and cream crepe was amazing, and the gluten free sticky toffee pudding delicious. Will definitely be going back!

They delivered us a completely wrong order. I dont understand how you can mess up that bad and there was only 1 thing in there that was correct and it tastedhorrible. Very soggy. Still the main complaint is that our other 4 items were not even right.

Rated this higher in the past, but my last visit was poor. If I'm going to £30 for 4 cakes (not including drinks), I expect a premier experience. The main issue was that the majority of tables were not cleared for the entirety of the time I was there. The pic included was the table next to us from when we arrived until we sat down. Id say 7 or 8 other tables were in this state too. Also, 2 of the cakes arrived several mins after the initial 2. These were slices of cakes, so not waffles etc that needed more prep. This my sound like the staff were busy, but they were standing around. My guess is that they had no manager on shift because it was a bank holiday. The place is also in need of renovating.

Food was ok but the staff was terrible. We had to wait at the till for 15 minutes and while they were all moving back and forth, nobody bothered to greet us or at least let us know that someone will see us shortly. Eventually one of the girls came in and gosh she was rude! Just wanted to get done with us and kept sighing! Don’t think we’ll go back again.

i order a milkshake and ice cream to come with my crepe and it’s didn’t come ask the delivery man and he showed me inside his bag and he didn’t have it

Firstly, the tables looked messy and weren’t clean. Secondly, we waited in the queue for quite awhile before getting served and thirdly I said I was allergic to nuts and they sprinkled nuts all over my ice cream me thinking that it was caramel chips. I had to take medication, I started to get itchy mouth and my lips were swelling up, so I had to ask for tap water immediately

We tried their gelato scoops and enjoyed what we ordered! Atmosphere is like what seems to be like an American diner dessert place ! They have got a huge variety of sweet treats like waffles, crepe’s, sundaes , milkshakes on their menu !

Gluten free option tasted amazing. The same can’t be said for the caramel frappe - was terrible. However, the chocolate frap and smoothies my friend got where very good. Staff where great and the vibe was perfect. Would return … maybe I just wouldn’t order the frappe again

The milk cake is frozen. Not worth at all. It was like brick. We had to put the cake in microwave in order to eat.

Unfortunately, I was disappointed. I asked for extra white chocolate topping on my waffle and I never received it even though I was charged. I asked for it and they said that they cannot add more. I do not recommend this place whatsoever.

Hands down the worst in my trip. An overpriced, dry, I don’t know how many days old, slice of cake. Definitely a poor demonstration of a typical English dessert. Really awful!

Very dissapointed today. The bubble tea was way too sweet and the flavours were horrible. Many orders were mixed up. I dont know what happened to this place but we are never coming back.

Went there in July 2023 during the late evening after a long day of touring the city. This was the perfect place to relax while having gelato with my friends. The music was great, the workers were super friendly to us American tourist and the gelato was fantastic! When I come back to Liverpool, Kaspa's is definitely where I'll be going to at the end of my day.

One lady was very friendly. However, the other one struggled to even smile (I will never understand why you choose to look this miserable and make customers feel guilty for even ordering with their own money, and this is coming from someone who does not smile often). Again, the other (thin and darker skinned) lady was much sweeter. The desserts were great but the place was was not that clean. Tables were wiped haphazardly and there were so much disgusting strains of hair on our table when we first sat down.

I place an order through Uber Eats at around 22.30 on the 28th September, I shortly received a notification from Uber Eats telling me that the restaurant had informed them that I had called them and cancelled my order; this is not true. As Kaspa's were dishonest and told Uber Eats I had called and canceled this meant that instead of the instantaneous refund you would normally receive when a restaurant cancels the order, instead I am forced to wait 3 - 5 working days as Uber Eats views it as a fault on my side and not the restaurants, which is due to the restaurants clear dishonesty. This resulted in me having to spend further money on a different restaurant to satisfy my pregnant partner's cravings for sweet treats. Instead of costing me 30 pound I have now spent 60 and am forced to wait for my own money due to this restaraunts sheer dishonesty. I would avoid placing any pre-paid delivery orders with this restaurant as you cannot guarantee whether they will even bother to fulfil their role within the transaction. The customer service was also terrible when we called to challenge the restaurant over their blatant dishonesty, we were met with the phone being put down on us the first time, and the second time the staff refused to acknowledge the issue and just sat on the line talking amongst themselves.

Went in twice and had great experience with Leoni both times. Very polite and lovely and drinks were great. Even noticed was wearing a birthday badge and give us a free milkshake even tho we said its okay not to have one. Will be back again😁10/10

Very disappointed. Ordered 2 milkshakes and one apple crumble with ice cream. Waited over 30min for crumble, (in the meantime a later arrival received their 2 waffles!) and then another 5min to be told they were out of the chocolate bar for one of the milkshakes so had to choose something else. It didn't even seem overly busy, the staff were just unorganised and didn't seem to know what they were doing. Gave a 2star because the crumble was lovely.

Many missing items from orders. Service has declined majoryly. Never ordering again, and a complaint is being made to head office.

Staff were not welcoming. When we went in they looked like we were a hinderance to them. It was 20 min waiting time to get two ice cream sundaes. The place needed a good deck scrub and mop. They only thing I enjoyed was the ice cream which really was delicious!!

Not the best kaspas I've visited....the crepe was rubbery and barely warm.

One waits around 30 mins to get something soooooo delicious that gets finished in 5 mins. So you usually spend 35-40 mins here 😅 I tried cookie dough and it was really rich in flavor, worth the wait. I think they should work on reducing the waiting time.

Really good desserts, but waited over half an hour for our order while sitting in on a not very busy Tuesday evening.

Literally waited for 1 hour for 3 crepes and an icecream. But shocking like it’s only a Monday night. Deserts were ok and ice cream was nice but won’t bother coming back to wait for an hour for a desert. Wouldn’t say it was busy inside but delivery drivers in and out.

Great Service! Quiet atmosphere and cool music. Loved how they serve their pistachio nut sundae- huge and delicious! Not for one person though!!! Their cookie dough was hot and delicious. Loved every bite of it. Thanks you♥️

The cookie dough was too sweet to eat. The floors looked like they hadn't been swept for days and there was dirty trays and plates left on tables from day before as we were the first customers when they opened the door

Looking for somewhere for coffee and desserts/pastries around 8 pm and most cafes were closed. Came upon Kaspas via Google, which was open. It had pretty good reviews so we decided to try it. My son and I had warm triple chocolate fudge cake with vanilla ice cream. My wife had mint chocolate chip ice cream. The mint ice cream was very nice and nicely presented, but one supposes it's difficult to go wrong with a scoop of ice cream. However, the fudge cake was a different matter. When it arrived it seemed as if it had been through a nuclear reactor! Half of it was melted onto the plate (see photo) and looked as if an elephant had stamped on it! Also, we ordered a scoop of vanilla ice cream with the fudge cake and we weren't informed there was already ice cream included with it. So we ended up paying for extra ice cream we didn't need. Presentation skills need a big improvement with the fudge cake! I also ordered a small Americano but I got a large coffee which looked suspiciously like a filter coffee to me. The fudge cake tasted fine (although not nearly as good as it can be) if one could ingest it without looking at it. Kaspa's has 70/80s themed decor, which is fine, but unfortunatly the menu has also. Bill was £25.00 which wasn't exorbitant but also not particularly good value.

Must have changed management! Absolute disgrace..... Staff too busy shouting at each other to take orders .... Four of us and desserts all came separately with a 10 minute wait between each . Our drinks still hadn't been brought to our table and we had finished our desserts 😡😡 absolutely outrageous service ... Used to be fabulous but I won't be visiting again !

Delicious triple chocolate fudge cake with ice cream. Very filling. Friendly staff and quick service.

Great range of desserts and drinks. I had the biscoff cookie dough. Was delicious although not sure that it should have been served on a piece of grease proof paper rather than the dish beneath it. Seemed a little odd. Service was fairly slow despite there being hardly any other customers.

Kaspa’s was such a cute place to get dessert. 80s themed diner with every dessert you could imagine. I got the peanut butter cup crepe and it was mouth watering. Definitely get some water or coffee with dessert because it is SWEET!

We went to Kaspa's tonight (23rd June 2023) looking forward to a lovely dessert. We got it served on a dirty plate with dirty, sticky spoons. The vanilla cheesecake I ordered must have been out all day, as it looked rather dry at the edges. I wanted it plane without any toppings or cream or suchlike but when I got it on a clean plate it was covered with a topping, which I definitely wouldn't have chosen. All meant to make up for having served it initially on a dirty plate. It didn't taste all that wonderful and the topping couldn't mask the fact that the cheesecake wasn't fresh. I definitely would not recommend Kaspa's nor would I call it the King of desserts.

I went with my nephew and niece, the menu was filthy needed a good clean, table was a bit sticky, no such thing as service with a smile, we ordered 1 ice cream pudding and 2 cookie puddings, the ice cream pudding was brought over after 10 minutes but the cookie dough puddings took 40 minutes. So buy the time the cookie puddings were brought my niece had finished hers, it was also very very hot in there, no air con of any kind. Quite over priced if I'm honest. Wouldn't go again

Horrible! While ordering a member of staff couldn’t tell the difference between bananas and strawberries, the order got taken wrong. Out of 4 things ordered only 1 arrived correct. The food was brought for us for takeaway although we ordered to sit down. And the wait was waay too long for how many people and staff they were. When we said that we want to eat it here the member of staff brought us dirty cutlery that got bits of chocolate cream on it 🤢🤢 disgusting experience

This was a lovely place to be. It wasn't quite 'Puffle Waffle' but it certainly made up for it. Served effortlessly and the food was of a high standard of flavour and presentation.. Will definitely be returning..
