Kaspa's Desserts in Kingston upon Hull, City of

we was at your Hull store today and not only was the service extremely poor and slow, we waited almost 35 mins between the first dessert reaching us to the last one reaching us so we didnt all eat together, which is what we expect on a family day out. every one of the four orders was wrong and missing items, my partner had to change what she was having twice as you didn't have what she wanted. my daughter ordered a hot chocolate which was forgotten all together until reminded, and when we finally got the waffles they was cold and I had to ask to have them warmed up. just an absolute awful experience, all for the pleasure of almost 50 pounds on desserts. to top it off it was cold and rainy outside and the air con was set to full and it was absolutely freezing the whole time we was in there. just absolutely awful.

Great atmosphere, had the warmest welcome and the greatest service. They really went out of their way to make sure we were happy with everything. Ice cream and cookie dough tasted amazing.

Went here last night 21/6/24 for a dessert staff where very welcoming and very pleasant the desserts we got were very nice and the prices are very reasonable 10 out of 10 for the staff

Easy to find. 2 of the desserts I ordered not available. Disappointing. Daughter ordered alternative, which she did not like. Disappointing. Staff polite. Slow service due to lack of staff. My waffle was cold. Process reasonable. A medioce experience. We won't rush back.

We have been before and it was lovely although a bit pricey but we wanted to treat the kids, the place is looking a little tired around the edges, atmosphere was a bit dull as no music playing, service was good, polite and pleasant, desserts came one by one and had to wait a while for the bubblicious smoothies, food was lovely but I still say it’s still quite pricey.
