Kaspa's Catford in Lewisham

We came into Kaspa’s and were served by lovely Hema. She was very professional, lively and kind with a smile on her face. Aurelia at the till was also very nice and aided us when trying to select an option on the menu that was suitable. Nuwan served us hot chocolate and was very helpful. The service here is very good and we will be back again! Thank you Hema and team.

We were served by Anna who was very kind and friendly! We felt very welcomed. Customer service skills was great, and we were assisted by Mohammed who also had great customer service skills . It was a pleasant visit, and with this kind of customer service by Anna and Mohammed we are sure to visit again! Keep up the good work👏🏽👏🏽

Slow service, staff have no sense of urgency, lack of organisation behind the till, losing orders. Single Oreo milkshake took over 30 minutes to make. Sorta service I will be avoding in the future.

I would like to start of by saying that I have had very good customer service from Adriana. She has always made our service here at Kaspas very delightful and I really enjoy her company. The order is always correct and she never misses out, she is also very nice and polite and is always patient with orders. She is the reason we have come Kaspas every week🤣.

Natalia was very rude and was very dismissive and bad bad customer service I ordered my 2 year old a I’ve cream and it has bits in it and asked if she could please exchange for one Without bits she spoke in a rude tone and did not even try to understand or help with the issue very rude bad service I will never come back to catford kaspas
