This is the only pizza hut that delivers to my area. In 15 years they have never ever delivered to me a pizza that tastes anything like you get in any other branch. It's a franchise I assume and the staff just don't care.

I made an order only for them to tell me that they have delivered and also got payment for it when no such thing happened. There was another time when I rang up and the operator could not speak English well and did not understand what I was saying. The phone line was also terrible. I ordered for an Indian instead

I order from this store pretty often, normally they are just fine. Today the driver was very rude and this one incident is enough to leave feedback and warn others about it. When you spend 20 pounds for pizza + delivery fee the least they can do is to have drivers with basic people skills.

AVOID!! Been waiting over two and half hours for two pizzas. Phoned up twice and they haven’t got a clue what they’re doing. First told us the driver was on their way, then put us on hold for 5 minutes second time. They don’t seem bothered in the slightest. Ruined our night. AVOID!!!

Waited almost 2 hours and was told it was on its way 40 minutes ago and I live across the road. Called 3 times the guy on the phone didn’t understand a word I said replied to everything I said with yes its on its way, yes traffic like hello I can walk to you in 3 minutes what traffic at 8pm still haven’t received my order

Do not order. Order never came but was confirmed that it did. Driver never showed up and when I called them, they never picked up, apparently some technical issues, there is no good way to contact them. DO NOT ORDER. Very disappointed.

Just ordered a 2 pizzas for delivery and the pizza were so good! Still hot and was delivered quickly. The actual pizza’s were cheesy and had plenty of toppings. I needed to add something to my pizza so I called the hut and spoke to Ahmed who was so quick at sorting out my query over the phone! Defo order again!!

Our pizzas were wet with grease to the point they were falling apart when trying to pick it up. There was a bubble on the box it was that greasy. They also didn’t give us the extra dips we payed for🤷🏻

Very very bad services give by staff also without confirmation our order given to some else n we have to wait another half n hour for making new pizza.

The customer service was very good and the food was great and was prepared very quickly! I was served by a very polite and friendly young man named Mushtaq who made the overall experience very enjoyable! I will definitely be ordering from the Lee Green branch again :)

I don't know who made my Pizza but I will definitely tell one thing the taste was out of this world and I can easily sense all the flavours of the toppings in it, simply superb. Thank you PIZZA HUT, LEE GREEN for this wonderful pizza, I will be ordering from here more frequently.

Excellent customer service. I got a call a bit after I ordered saying they didn’t have the cheesy triangles that I ordered so they gave me potato wedges and free extra chicken strips. The pizza it self was warm and delicious and arrived quicker than expected.

If I could give half a star, that's what they will get. What ever you do don't order for delivery. Waited over two hours for my pizza. Had to cancel my order, make my way there and get a refund. Customer service is appalling. They will keep you on the phone whilst their taking orders as if you ain't even there. The worst service ever. They should never lie to customers. You have families putting their trust into you, waiting for a service to deliver. They should just close that pizza hut down or definitely rehire new staff. I will never be ordering for there again.

I had pizza from this specific location more times than I could count and it was alright. Unfortunately my last order fell short of expectations. The pizza was completely inedible, with a strange soapy/perfume-y taste. Huge waste as it all had to go in the bin.

Terrible service ordered pizzas after a long day at work for me and my son told would take 90 mins I phoned after 1 hour 20 to be told I dont have a driver it's coming the guy who answered was very rude. I called to make an order for my kids and I was told they do not deliver to my address when I get thousands or flyers posted through my letter box specifically from burt ash road, so technically I’m cleaning up after their mess every-time but I can’t even place an order with them, ridiculous!!! I live a 4 minutes drive away from the restaurant?????? How does this make sense?

Very poor customer service and slow delivery. Over 2.5 hours wait for a pizza, with no up to date information on the website when ordering as to delivery waiting times. Shift manager also very rude.

I ordered a Gluten-free Pizza through deliveroo. When the pizza arrived it was a Gluten pizza instead. We called up Pizza Hut in Lee Green and the manager himself did not once take responsibility! We told him if they were unable to cater for Coeliac Disease they should have declined the order or informed us. His excuse was that deliveroo were the ones to blame because they delivered the food. Which is a ridiculous excuse as Pizza Hut were the one who cooked the pizza. People with allergies should be taken seriously as that night could have ended up with a visit to the hospital !

My last visit, the delivery man at the till folding boxes was extremely off putting that I ended up throwing the pizza away when I got home. His hands were extremely dirty and he obviously had an old cut with dried blood on his finger. I just couldnt get the image out of my head and as a result could not eat the pizza.

I'm surprised by the rating, I've used this hut about 8 times and always had fantastic service. I tried Eltham coronet today and they messed up everything and were so rude. This one is definitely the best one in area

I was surprised to see this rating on Google as I have ordered twice already from this branch and have had the best experience so far in pizza deliveries. Food arrived popping hot and the pizzas were full of fillings. I couldn’t catch the drivers name but he was super friendly and kind.

If 0 stars was allowed I would certainly give this as 1 star is honestly even too nice. Very poor service my pizza was delivered and it was burnt. The worker laughed in my face when I expressed my frustration. AVOID this Pizza Hut!!!!

Food arrived, as I went to tuck in we found the pizza was raw, the dough in the centre was completely raw and uncooked. I called the shop and all I got was an answer phone saying due to a technical fault they can't answer and to order online. I gave it 1 start as that the minimum I can give. I would have given it 0 starts.

This Pizza Hut in Lee is atrocious waited over an hour for my delivery kept checking my status all of a sudden it disappeared like I had not made an order dont waste your time trying to call them the phone line continues to have an automated response telling you sorry we are unable to connect best advice order elsewhere or go and pickup your pizza elsewhere forget the convenience of delivery from here

Never had problems from here before, but recently it's not been great. This time we ordered, 25 minutes after delivery time no order and said its been delivered. Called up and the women was rude, said she rang the driver who said its been delivered. Then she hung up on us. When we rang back she said she was the manager and that she was scared of one of the delivery drivers so she didn't want to do anything about it. DON'T ORDER FROM HERE!

Ordered food scheduled 1h from placing the order. ETA 20:00, food doesn’t arrive till 21:00. Tried calling the hut not once but 8 times, no answer whatsoever! Never am I going to ever order from here again!

Great service and good pizza, we had an issue with our online order so rang up the store and they were very helpful and upgraded the order for us. The delivery was really quick and the driver Abdi made sure everything was contact free/covid friendly.

I ordered a pizza today and the status showed delivered (when it hadn’t been), I called the branch and the manager acted promptly and got a hold of the driver. The driver called me and was at a completely different location than my address l. I explained to the manager my pizza arrived 20mins later than expected and it is cold. He said he’ll send a new one and he did just that. It arrived pipping hot with a complimentary drink and garlic bread. Top service !!! And amazing quality pizza!!!

We went to buy two pizzas. First of all the pizza was very bad and I felt that it was uncooked. I couldn’t even recognise that it was a pizza.

This is the worst pizza hut franchise there is. Me and my partner ordered multiple multiple times across 5 YEARS. Many orders were WRONG when delivered and several times they sent BURNT food. One time we waited over 4 hours. We tried to call and cancel but the store hung up the phone every time they picked up. They delivered AFTER midnight. The only explanation is terrible management. That's the only reason I can think of. The owners do not care for quality or standards. If you like Pizza Hut and live nearby - don't even bother giving them your money. Pizza Hut should close this branch or sack/remove everyone who works there. Awful, terrible, and every single other adjective you can think of to describe this place.

I know how hard people are working to satisfy everyone's needs but , i just made an order for one medium and one small pizza . Paid 36 pounds for them and not even one sauce dip from them . Makes me laugh . 😂. See ya

Don't bother going here. Staff are a joke. Lady making pizzas was eating ingredients whilst doing people's food!!!! COVID 19 is still around!!! Cross contamination or what! Service is so slow I could of made my own pizza from scratch.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!! I ordered 3 pizzas and 2 different sides from this place for a specific time. The delivery came 40 mins late and the pizzas had completely different toppings to what I had ordered. Apart from this, one side was different to what I had ordered. Pizza wasn't nice either. 3 hours for a delivery! Rang when it was 1 hr 30 mins in and was told i had to call back in 30 mins as they will only help when its been 2 hours late.. 2 hours in and im told they have just changed to 3 hours so she would not help me untill 3 hours ! . By 3 hours they were closed no answer nothing i assumed i would not be getting my food. 12:30 at night and the driver buzzes my door. Everytime theres problems. They staff are untrained and will ignore you as much as they can. Drivers are rude. Food is not good ! They always forget your items and refuse to refund you .

So they took our money and never completed the order. When we try to call they don't answer or hang up immediately. Worst delivery service I've ever used. Our food never arrived. We phoned a few times to get answers and they kept saying "another 20/30 minutes". They clearly can't cope with the volume, they really should've stopped taking people's money if they can't cope. I would at the very least expect my money back with minimal fuss.

Delivery time supposed to be 85-95 minutes which is terrible in the first place. Two hours later still nothing. Cannot contact them by telephone. Either no response or phone gets picked up and hung up straight away. Will not use again

I have ordered from here a few times recently &the pizza was good! I did have an issue once where my drink wasn't delivered but the management were really professional & had my drink delivered the next day with a complementary salad which was appreciated.

I ordered some pizza yesterday and they said to come in 10 minutes , so I did. On the receipt it says cheese and tomato pizza but they gave pepperoni . Another thing the pizza was freezing cold

Worst customer service ever!!! When you order online they take your money and then you fond out they don't have your order on their system. Only happens with the lee branch for some reason. Also tried to place a deliver only to be told to call back in an hour and half?!?!?! Since when do restaurants opporate that way? Never again.

Ordered 2 stuff crust pizzas, 40 minute delivery which is fine if they’re busy. Food arrived, tear and share garlic bread, slightly over cooked, ok. Husbands pizza cooked fine but stuffed crust? Barely anything in the crust. My pizza, same barely anything in the crust but my pizza was cremated!! How can you send out one ok pizza and one black? Did not enjoy mine and it ended up in the bin!

This pizza hut is the worst ever! Do not order from there as the staff are absolutely appauling and rude as anything. This is the second time they have taken over nearly an hour to deliver our food and all now we still dont have it. My husband phoned them to ask to speak to the manager and they didn't put him on the phone. The guy said the order would be there in 5mins but that's not what my husband asked for and he asked to speak to the manager again and he put the phone down. Pizza is decent enough, just make sure you make use of deals as it's an absolute ripoff without them.

This place is a joke. Manager Umar needs sacking. His fingernails are dirty , just looks like a scruff pot who'd put his toenails in the pizza accidentally on purpose. Delivery takes AGES even when you are 5 minutes drive away. Pizza ALWAYS cold and basically inedible. Surprising they haven't been closed down yet Gave it 1* because I couldn't give zero. Avoid at all costs.
