Large donner with chips, excellent! You can't beat the price, and the quality is always great! Can't eat a large without sharing! Still a struggle then!

Absolutely shoddy service. Advertised as 30-50 minutes. After the order was accepted it went up to 90mins. Almost 2hrs later rang for an update. Told they where really busy, so at least another 30mins for delivery. Told them to cancel the order at which point the delivery driver came on the phone. Offered two cans of Coke and improved service for the next order. Not happening. Dont offer a delivery service if you can't complete within the advertised time frame. Im waiting on a refund. Shame the service isn't as good as the food. Always collected previously but couldn't tonight. Joke.

Really good curry, I had the lamb tikka madras with keema rice, it has to be one of the very best curries I have ever had, the taste was excellent, fat free meat that was really tender, and the garlic and chilli naan was perfectly cooked and tasted just as good, will be going the Kashmir continental again and again and again, the only issue is because the food is so good there is a little bit of a queue so be prepared to wait, but at least the food is worth the wait.

Ordered a calzone. Doner meat like plastic the mushrooms were freezing. The dough was undercooked on the bottom. This was apparent from when I tried to break a slice off and the cheese was like it has just come out of a fridge. The same for the chips and onion rings. The only warm thing about the order was the flat can of coke. Delivery took 1.5hrs. I called up to complain and was told that the reason was due to them over filling it and said if I wanted another one sending they would make sure it turns out the same. Honestly never ordering again

Use quite regular but always collect but got my order delivered absolutely stone cold won't use again

Tomato Bread was brilliant and that’s the 2 stars, the kebab meat was borderline edible, both Currys we ordered were horrid. Curry Leaf next door is head and shoulders above what these guys gave us, for some reason there was a slab of garlic butter in one of our curries which ruined the dish and whilst I’m no expert on cooking curries, I’ve never before had garlic butter melted on top, it was really weird? The pizza was worse than a frozen one, really poor. Not been before and wouldn’t use again.

This place used to be fantastic, but it's going downhill fast. I've rung orders through and gone to pick it up to find that it's not what I've asked for. Tonight, I asked for a donner meat pizza with chilli and garlic on it (usually chilli sauce and garlic moyo). What I got was a donner meat pizza covered in garlic butter, which made the pizza wet and sloppy. GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER KASHMIR

Always good food but your always waiting 2 hours for delivery. Another 2 hour wait tonight. Still no sign

I never usually have any issues, but this evening part of my order was missing, I rang up and was told they'd send it ASAP. Yeah almost an hour later, I'm having to ring up again and see where my missing food is.

Food is always excellent from Kashmir but twice we have waited over 2 hours for our food delivery,the 2nd time being 2 and a half hours,

Food was two hours from order and we are 5 to 10 mins walk and yet still arrived stone cold with dry kebab no sauces as ordered .was offered free garlic bread oh joy after 2hours wait. spoiled our night .don't deserve loyalty

Ordered online as soon as shop opened food arrived over an hour late of my delivery slot . Delivery driver clearly had an attitude and was dismissal of my concerns when i expressed my food was only luke warm complain to management without much empathy .... time delivery has no reference unless you have to microwave your food like I did . Definitely a no when it comes to delivery service .

Tried tonight 10pm Orderd chicken burger and chips I would be really interested to know how you cook them as it was icy cold mot raw but freezing cold

Food was awful I used to love a Kashmir kebab but it was horrid they have changed it.

Pizzas are always unreal as I’ve never had a bad one yet, the curry sauce is great and the foods always ready fast and piping hot but the mixed Kebab for £8.95 was the biggest rip off going as there was nothing ‘mixed’ about It as It was basically just a tray of donner and the lack of Garlic Sauce was depressing

Waited 2 hours for food! Got fobbed off on 3 phone calls, then the food arrived uncooked Clearly lied on the phone. Young lad on the phone, his communication is less to be desired!!! Change your staff!!

Lovely food as always, but having to wait an hour and forty minutes is just too long, I will be looking for another Indian takeaway from now on.

Absolutely outstanding food, we did a small order for us large donner, garlic sauce, chilli sauce and chips. I fancied chips with salad and a tub of garlic sauce...well you have to xx The food was absolutely blooming outstanding xx the portion size was massive and honestly well worth every penny. Delivery guy's are so so friendly I wish we could give you more stars cause you deserve it xx

Lovely food, huge portions (especially for the Kebabs, a single medium kebab is more than enough for two, with leftovers), and very cheap prices. What's not to love?

Arguably the best takeaway in Hull. Chips are perfect, pizzas are great, curries are good and the donner meat has to be the best. Its a tiny bit more expensive than some other takeaways (not very noticeable difference) but it is so worth it. My only issue with this place is don't get it delivered always collect. Place is to busy for its own good and the food normally goes cold or horrible from how long it takes to arrive after being cooked. Probably proves how good this place is. But ordering instore doesn't take to long either, so don't worry about that. And the portion sizes are unreal, perhaps maybe even to much especially with Kebabs.

Messed kebab orders up twice now dry kebab with no chilli on one and both had hardly any garlic sause salad missing had it with this place now ruined the night

The food is outstanding, but they get the order wrong way too often. It’s getting so bad I thought to stop using them, before remembering how good the kebab is (when they get it right). They really need to sort it out.

Medium Donna ordered for collection 40min , got there 15mins early Donna already in bag waiting for chips? Plenty of meat, but cold, added salad to order and got white cabbage and onion? 2 weeks previous had a curry and was only ok Been using Kashmir for a few years now but somethings not quite right at the minute?

Ordered a margarita pizza tonight and it tasted like oven cleaner. It's hard to explain but it tastes like the smell of an oven just been cleaned. Absolutely gutted as it looked really nice just a shame about the taste. Kids meal was perfect. Ordered online as I have no minutes left until gone midnight or id of called.

Delivery was almost 2 hours when said about 40 mins when ordering. Staff when rang was rude. And to top it off chips wasn't cooked properly amd pizza cold never again!!!!

I drive over the humber bridge from Barton to come and have a Kashmir doner kebab. Great food and good portion sizes. These guys are smashing all other takeaways in the area. Top place. Keep doing what you're doing! Cheers!

Food tastes great, they miss something of our order quite often even though we order on line

Wait time is quite long but usually you don't mind because the food is nice when it arrives but at least last 3 or 4 times we have ordered wrong items have arrived or part of our order missing and end up eating at separate times. Worse thing is we have used this place for 20+ years so shame it's started going wrong all time now. In response to your reply, I do have the app and order directly through it but it still goes wrong, I never mentioned the cost because prices are OK, only 4 weeks ago I actually came into the shop paced my order asked if everything was there and then still had to drive back to the shop because it was wrong when I got home.

I have been quite a few times, each time I have had something different, I can definitely say whoever chefs here knows about putting spices together, and turns out consistently great tasting food, I am from Huddersfield and can say a few things about curry's etc as our asian population is pretty big there, Kashmir is up there with the best of them, if not above some of them, keep it up lads. A+++

We've used these for many years and have always enjoyed it, but the last 6 months they've got 3 out of 5 orders wrong, this time no main chief special sent and the kids scampi and chips was burned, how dare they send out a meal in that state is beyond me, never mind a kids meal, disgusted with them, so I guess we won't be using them again ever.

Spaffed in the burger. Not pleasant. Ordered a Bolognese pizza and it was covered in what appeared to be cow pat. Driver threw food on the floor then right hooked the missus. Definitely would order again

Fourth time they've sent wrong order with missing food or overcharged .ring to get it resolved and you just get attitude from the person answering the phone,no offer of sending missing food or to give the cost difference back of the wrong orders where they've sent the cheaper version ..chicken korma isn't ment to be spicy either unfortunately this has become regular thing with this particular take away so after 30 years of using I won't be using anymore

Best kebabs and pizzas in the Hull area.

Ordered a donner meat with salad came over 30 mins late and realised it came with no sauces, so phoned up and was told he would send a new one out, still waiting and it’s 2 hours later not the first time this has happened. Been using this place for over 15 years will be the last time unfortunately. Wouldn’t mind it being late if it was the right things I’ve ordered. Pretty disappointed

Nice food, always has been but really miffs you when they loose track of quality for quantity… missed the naan off a kebab and then had no interesting in rectifying once we were home. Shouldn’t have to unwrap and check your order but would advise you to do so if it’s busy especially!

I ordered a medium kebab in naan. Wow I mean portion size would feed four people easy! Food was on time! However, not to good on the old stomach.

Food is good don’t get me wrong but the delivery times are embarrassing, I like the comments from the restaurant saying they would of sorted issues out…. When you ring up all you get is we are busy! Understand a busy takeaway but who takes 2 hours to deliver food?????

this order was placeed a t17 . 15 and it has still not arrived 2 and a half hours later . i am cancelling this order and expect a FULL refund of £12.20. food quality unknown.i am not paying for delivery.

Never had a bad meal and great value.

Surprised when I heard a knock on the door, pizzas were fantastic. The bases were spot on, light but thickish. Will deffo order again..

Ordered from here after reading the many reviews of people receiving the wrong order, but we took a chance. Low and behold our order was wrong, they sent us a plain naan instead of a garlic naan which isn't a big deal really but it didn't get eaten as it was just bread. Wasn't worth calling up for because it would have taken too long to redeliver the correct item. Shame the staff aren't more attentive to items on the orders. Food that we did have was okay, I would say the tikka didn't really taste like a tikka, but wasn't bad.

Always had very good food and service from the Kashmir Continental, but on this occasion not the full order was received. Salad was ordered with one dish but did not receive it. Beginning to get very frustrated ordering delivery through Just Eat, as several takeaways recently have missed items. I may go back to collecting myself so I can check the order myself!

Donner meat was tasteless and texture was like chewing on paper, I had to keep checking I wasn't eating the soggy paper it was wrapped in, I'm not joking! Dansak and Massala where begrudgingly partially eaten by the Mrs and Daughter, it was bad, very bad. You lot can have it
