One of the nicest woman I’ve met. Came in with only Apple pay and the lady gave me a roll and told me to hand in the money whenever I pass. Very nice of her. Will absolutely be back. Roll was absolutely amazing. Thank you very much!!

Just tried a new line Karen is doing ..salt n pepper chicken....was fantastic...if you like a a wee kick to your lunch then this is the one for you.I was told I was the first person to order it as today was the first day she had put it on menu....i defi won't be the last...served with a cheeky wee dip and a smile ...go try

The woman cooking was very rude to me and my friend... but the cashier was nice so we left her a good tip. Me and my friend both ordered the sushi rice base. She is Japanese and we were both disappointed because it was incredibly dry and crunchy rice!! Not cooked properly. Wouldn't recommend the rice at all as it took up most of the bowl too.

The room did not get serviced and had to remove all our own rubbish and get more bin liners from reception. Mouldy curtains in room, someone had shaved in the bathroom and there was literally hair all over so obviously the bathroom hadn’t been cleaned and the carpet not vacuumed. Was told someone is supposed to check the rooms after being cleaned but told they must have been too busy to check! I will never stay with any Premier Inn again and would not recommend to anyone.
