Just been to Kaptain Korma and I thought to give my review straight away. The food was exceptional and staff was very welcoming. The portion size were perfect and well presented. Everything was reasonably priced. Overall, a very excellent and positive experience. I will definitely be going back. I would highly recommend Kaptain Korma to all.

My partner and i sat in Kaptin Korma was an insult to indian food...butter chicken was awful. I would never go there again. Thank god i know what nice indian food taste like. Minus 10 would be my rating

First time here. Didn’t know they don’t serve alcohol, but was able to get it from a local store.

First time here, my honest opinion it was just okay. The Mocktails and the masala chips were the best part 💯 The food was mediocre, ordered a mixed grill which ws disappointing, lamb was tough, chicken tasted burnt (not chargrilled) and seekh kebab was not great. The naan was dry even though we asked for extra butter. The service was decent, the man that served had to come back 3 x as he didn't bring enough takeaway bags for us to leftovers home. Would I go again probably not, as was not busy and the overall experience was a 6 out of 10.

Can honestly say I am really impressed with the curries , large portions , lots of ingrediants used in the curries eg tomatoes spinach etc , most places just have about 5 pieces of meat swimming in sauce, and the cheese nann is to die for, will only be getting my take away curries from here from now on ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Takeaway, delivered promptly, special byriani was ok nothing more,veg curry and madras sauce totally lacking flavour, they both tasted like base gravy with no additional spice,disappointed it's usually decent

Delivery time was okay but driver didnt follow instructions we left. Food was hot on arrival which is a good thing but lamb was super chewy and rice tasted like a cardboard

A lovely place, very well furnished we went for my best friends birthday last night. The waiters are attentive but not overbearingly so and even when a friends samosa has accidentally been given a meat samosa instead of a vegetarian one they were extremely helpful and let us keep the meat one for someone else. The food was absolutely gorgeous and I'll definitely be back

Requested a table by the window which the staff saved for our party of six. The service was really friendly and helpful on areally busy Friday night. The food was excellent tasty hot and good portions. My only one negative comment is that the garlic and cheese nan bread had too much cheese but that's my personal taste. Would definitely recommend this restaurant and will definitely be going again.

Having spent over £20 was expecting a high quality meal but was disappointed. Rice not fresh and prawns over cooked. Not their usual standard.

Always a friendly and fantastic welcome and service. Great food made right and just a great atmosphere. Look at the Haldi Lamb... It is by far one of the best dishes around. Wolverhampton has a real diamond here. Eat here. The recent accolade they have a received is a long over due recognition of the work these fantastic people do. They not only produce some of the best food, but some of the best hospitality too. Check out their awards. These are a recognition of something we knew years ago. These guys are consistent.

First time trying tonight and has exactly what I like that many other restaurants do not provide- salmon with a choice of different dishes- AMAZING!!!! Did not disappoint. Salmon was delish and cooked perfect and the traditional dish it was prepared with was amazing. So glad I found this place. Will definitely be ordering again. (And again)

Kaptin Korma never disappoints. Our go-to for Indian food wherever we are in Wolverhampton. Fast / early delivery, piping hot on arrival, and delicious meal. We even saved some for breakfast this morning!!!

I’m normally very fussy when ordering a curry takeaway. However, this was the best I’ve had. Curry tasted amazing, food was still piping hot and portion size was perfect!

My first time here although I had been to their previous restaurant not too far away. To be honest I thought it had 'gone' but came across their new restaurant by accident on my way to somewhere else. After noticing this relatively new venture it would be rude not give it a try. It's extremely rare that the wife and I rave over a meal but we both thought our last Friday visit was faultless. It's a nicely presented dining room, although a couple of the seats need a bit of attention. The service was very friendly and attentive, if there's an issue with the food they will be more than happy to put it right. Even on our busy night the atmosphere was relaxed The star of the show was the food. The onion pakora was a great start, tasty and crispy without being overcooked. Each to their own of course but the wife loved her balti and I really enjoyed my very tasty naga, the chicken and chicken tikka in both dishes was superb. All the sides dishes were better than your usual. The pictures speak for themselves. Then there is the bonus of being able to take your own alcohol, this does not extend to soft drink and nor should it. The prices are very reasonable especially if you go for the traditional dishes. We'll be back. And we did, very similar experience to the above but obviously went for different dishes. The North Indian curry was great, but the pathia was far too sweet for me. You may disagree. The service was consistently excellent.

Very disappointing. Chicken Pakora - bland. Vegetable Samosa - bland and not home made, garlic chicken thing - greasy and bland, special madras - tikka meat, I hate tikka meat, portion had a paucity of meat and was not madras hot. Great shame.

Food is always perfection, always warm, always on time or early, never missing anything, literally never fails me. I was wondering what to have and chose here(as I have many times) because they always deliver and I'm never left disappointed. I know I will get stunning food and quickly and you can't ask for more than that!

Always my go to curry lounge and never had an issue but tonight’s meal just didn’t taste the same. The rice didn’t seem fresh and the chips had been double fried (I’m in the food industry). Hopefully next time they hit the previous standards.

My first time here as my partner had eaten here a couple of weeks ago and said how lovely it was and he was right. Food was delicious and really tasty and hot. Nice to try new dishes. So full halfway through the main but we bought the rest home with us. The cost was reasonable compared to other Indian restaurants in Wolverhampton. Service was amazing. Really friendly and helpful over dishes we hadn't tried before. Definitely be back soon. Thank you for a lovely evening!

We have been coming here since it opened about 5 years ago. The food and the service is always first class. The owner is friendly and welcoming. We are lucky to have this gem so close to where we live

Have been searching for ages to find a new regular Indian restaurant....and now we've found it. Visited yesterday based on a family recommendation....and it didn't disappoint. Owner was also serving and it was clear he took pride in the restaurant and the quality of food, and with good reason. Excellent food, great portions and service. The Naan bread are a real highlight.

Food from here is exceptional every time!! We always have takeaway and always arrives quickly, hot, correct and delicious! I went to the restaurant for the first time today for my mom's birthday as she's been many times and always loved it there. All staff are wonderful, the owner Harry is the most kind, friendly, humble, accommodating person and serves customers alongside his staff and does an exceptional job! Cannot say enough good things you would be missing out if you didn't visit here! Thank you so much Harry and your team for having us you deserve the world! X

I’ve always really enjoyed the food from here but yesterday’s offering was pretty poor. Madras looked and tasted like tomato soup for some reason. Was absolutely swimming in fat and oil as well. I tried to blot off as much as I could and ate some of it but it was just completely off. I’ve felt awful all day today after it. Completely put me off, won’t be using again.
