Kamakura Sushi and Ramen in Belfast

Our first time in this Japanese restaurant and it’s local! Can’t believe I hadn’t been here before. The sushi was so so fresh. The chicken so so tender and the flavours were just incredible. So much choice and I can’t wait to go back. One of those restaurants where you are still thinking about the flavours the next day. Also it’s BYO. Staff so friendly. If you get a chance, go!

I was really surprised to see there are so few reviews of this restaurant as the food and service are both first class. There is a good range of Japanese food for all tastes and the staff were really patient and helpful as we struggled to decide between the different options. The restaurant is very small so it was full when we were there. Definitely worth booking in advance. It is BYO as well so the bill was really low as well. We'll definitely be back.

Yesterday evening we went for dinner with my partner and our daughter! This is our second visit in Kamkura and definitely not the last! We had the Tempura King Prawns for starter and Sushi platters for mains! The service was perfect and people so friendly and patient! I don’t like raw fish so I asked if I they can include only smoked fish in my plater and they made me special platter which was the best Sushi platter I have had in my entire life! If I can give 10 stars review , I definitely would! Highly recommend this restaurant for every Sushi lover! ❤️

Booked at the last minute on a Saturday evening, really just to try it out with no expectations. Complete surprise - nice atmosphere, friendly & efficient service, but (most importantly) absolutely superb food on all counts. Best we have been to in the last 6 months, can't say more than that!

Absolutely the best sushi and ramen I’ve ever had! Definitely one of my favourite places for life and will be back for more!

First visit menu extensive and lovely starters and two main chicken/prawn dishes great flavour highly recommend try something different - we will be back

First visit to this restaurant tonight and it was outstanding in every respect. I was a bit worried that I wouldn't find anything on the menu thst I like as I don't really like fish but I had no problems at all. Really extensive menu. Would definitely recommend it
