Brilliant food. Lovely staff always so friendly and food sorted in reasonable amount of time even when they are at the busiest. Answer the phone with a couple of rings and always so polite and helpful and happy to make any changes to your meal. Always have food made with plenty of time.

Love the food absolutely beautiful

We've had deliveries from Kais for the last several months after moving to the area. This Chinese is one of the best we've ever had! My little changes to the menu ..no problem! Our calls are answered promptly even when they are busy & the staff so friendly & helpful. Even the delivery drivers havebeen great. Over all a highly recommended takeaway worth 5 out of 5 stars !

Same old,same old everything tastes the same,and when their babies an toddlers are in the back ,where your food is being prepared,,not a good look,put me right off ordering again,

Delivered on time but food wasn't hot enough

We called for takeaway tonight 6.07.21 I had barbeque spare ribs with fried rice the ribs were terrible the meat was hard like they had been warmed up and so salty I could not eat them and the rice was cold the chips we had with the omelette again seem to be warmed up very poor not impressed

Big chunks of chicken and onion not cut up normally great but must be different cook

The food is good but short changed with a 1/4 crispy duck instead of a 1/2 and no answer when trying to rectify, check your delivery before you pay!!!!!!

Excellent service, took a little longer than 45 mins to arrive but well worth the wait. Nice fresh tasty food. Will defo make this a regular thing.

Not happy with the service at all as a long standing customer I expected not be called a Liar. I placed and order and forgot to order crispy seaweed . Rang back a few minutes later and they put on the order I had them confirm how much extra it was on the phone . It arrived but no seaweed and I paid extra when it was delivered . When we realised I phoned to ask where the seaweed was and they said I hadn’t paid for it . Total lye as I know I paid I double checked before I handed the cash . I wasn’t happy with the service on the phone or being called a liar . If you order a delivery to your house I suggest to check the bag before they leave otherwise you would find yourself short . Day light robbery . I will not be ordering again from here .

Good choice fresh food. They will change dishes if you don't like something or have allergies. Go regularly when we have takeaways. Not had anything we haven't liked

Just had our first takeaway from Kai’s and it was beautiful, probably the best Chinese I’ve had so far! Came quickly, well priced and friendly staff.

Great food always from this place, my pal sausage would love the food from here, but he lives in brighouse and will get lost.

Not good for fish and chips. They use oil from other cooking that taint the flavour. Couldn't comment on the Chinese food but would hope it would be better.

Quite nice food all Curry's taste the same. the people that answer the phone are very rude and speak to you like crap even though your are the customer they need to sort there attitude out. Other than that all good. + they change there prices with the weather.
