I created a Tripadvisor account purely to lavish Kaf with praise. I go out of my way to get coffee from them any time I leave my house, confident that they will consistently make me the best coffee in Glasgow. There are some amazing coffee shops in this city, but Kaf is truly elite; the staff are lovely, welcoming and take their time on their machine regardless of the queue size, ensuring that I am satisfied every time I rock up for my fix. Bravo!

I've been coming to Kaf for a few years now and have enjoyed all manner of things - From affogatos and bear claws, to cookies and the best coffee in Glasgow BUT on my latest visit, something caught my eye... something spectacular. At first I thought it was the light reflecting off one of the glistening twisty rings (a must have Kaf staple). I was wrong, it was in fact, their new scales that feature a high tech LCD display and stainless steel top that make the scales super easy to clean. Wow, I can't believe it. I thought I had seen it all in this modern world but Kaf and their scales have shown me just how far we've come. Love this place.

Delicious coffee (oat flat white), followed by a fried chicken sandwich and a hash brown. Huge portions first of all, which is great when the total for sandwich and a coffee was £17 something. But the amount of oil used for the hash brown, and the fried chicken was too much. Only could manage a few bites before feeling full. Chicken was very fatty (the piece I had was), and a ton of sauce. Chicken much too large for the small bun, and hard to eat. Wouldn't order again, but I'll come back to try some pastries another time.

Kaf is simply perfect - a humble little place with pleasant staff. Personal favourites of mine are the cardamom buns, tiramasu and the scandi bowl (although I did hear they don't do the latter anymore which is a shame!) as well as the delicious coffee. I don't think I'll ever stop going here.

I’ve had at least 20 Chilli Babkas now, and dabbled in about 5 of the pork hush puppies. If I left Glasgow tomorrow I would miss Kaf as much as much as anything. A real gem. My go to place when anyone visits as I know it won’t dissapoint. Hats of to you guys, if I ever had a place of my own I’d want it to be like this. So much thought, passion and creativity. It’s just superb. Wish other Glasgow brunch places with huge followings were half as good and we weren’t all so willing to support average food and elevate those that profit from it. If you do one thing in the next month go to Kaf and order the chilli babka. Buy a coffe too. This post will then make sense.

I go to Kaf on a semi regular basis and every single time they blow me away! Great food, friendly service and fair pricing! The feta babka is my favourite but there are great vegan options and sweet treats too. Only downside is that they're so good it can be tricky to get a table, however it is definitely worth waiting for! Can't say enough good things about Kaf, will forever be my favourite brunch spot in Glasgow!!

Diet coke arrived flat, sent it back and the next one wasn't much better Got the black pudding croquettes which were very nice We got the garlic chicken and Balmoral chicken mains, both lacked sauce. There was just enough for the chicken but not enough for the accompaniments so the veg was a bit sad Got the apple pie and cranachan for dessert. The apple pie had sultanas in it which I don't like and doesn't mention on the menu- I picked them out of half of my slice before I got bored- but the ice cream was nice The cranachan was all cream and sauce, there didn't appear to be any actual raspberries in it and it lacked oats Altogether for a birthday meal that cost just over £100 we were disappointed
