K & C Takeaway Kebab Burger & Pizza House in Conwy

I was staying in pensarn on Saturday night and went into the takeaway just as they were about to close for the night and asked could you still serve me, no problem they said what would you like, I had lamb kebab with salid and chips it was absolutely delicious and a really good price the best I've had will definitely use again , and I highly recommend.

My partner likes to have his pizza with a jumbo sausage chopped and put on top...here, they prepare it to perfection! We pass several other takeaways on our way here but we know that our food will be great from here

Changed the donakab sorry but it is not good same again

It’s gone from my favourite kebab shop in north wales to my worst. It’s Really gone down hill the last couple of months. Kebab meat taste cheap and the chilli sauce is disgusting

Good food and good portions unfortunately the 'homemade' chilli sauce is disgusting and made the food unedible, especially with the added garlic in the 'chilli sauce'?more like bolagnaise with extra garlic , is not want everyone wants on there food especially if theyve got allergies to garlic

Usually very good service and food from here. Ordered on Saturday Easter bank holiday weekend and still hadn’t received food an hour later so I phoned and they said they were snowed under and only had one delivery driver and I would receive it within half an hour. 40 minutes later and still havnt received it and have resorted to cooking my own food. Really disappointed!

The staff were rude and arrogant. Food was not cooked properly. I ended up with 🤢🤮 sickness and diarrhea. 3 days feeling ill and having to stay close to a toilet. TOTALLY RUINED THE KIDS AND MY HOLIDAY. Avoid at all costs

The wait here is excessive. The chicken kebab was dry and over cooked. The staff were rude and unhelpful. My son wanted sauce and salad but wanted it separately. The rude manager wanted to charge £2 extra for separate salad and £1 extra for sauce. I tried to reason with him and explain it was the same outcome but he said it wasn’t his problem and if I didn’t like it I could go elsewhere. I wish I had done now as the food was dry so it was a complete waste of time. There’s much better kebab houses if you drive the other way towards Rhyl

I didn't bother to order as they are greedy £5 for 6 hot wings, delivery charge fare enough. But a service charge as well.

The meat here is always fresh and tasty. The lamb shish is the best in the area with so much flavour, highly recommended. The manager/head chef is very skilled and I've never had bad food from him.

Used to be my go to kebab shop. Guessing they changed owners last year?. Portion sizes arnt the same as they used to be. And they don't open as often as before. I've changed where I eat as they've been closed for all of jan for Xmas?? Doesn't make sence. Thats a few hundred they've lost of my custom as I ordered from them alot. let alone any1 else who would of gone. Won't be using again unfortunately. Can't comment on the food. As there still not open. Shouldn't leave a bad review just for not being open. But can give good comments when I can't eat there.!

I couldn't recommend these people enough! Food is lovely, fantastic prices and their service really is second to none. I wouldn't use anywhere else. For 5* food and incredibly top notch service this is the place to go!!!

We had 2 chicken doner kebabs and a chicken doner wrap. The so called chicken doner was awful and more like a mush. There was hardly any salad on the kebabs, the lettuce wasn’t fresh and was brown. The chicken and salad had all been pilled on top of the pitta which made the pitta wet through. We’ve been using K&C for years but definitely won’t be using them again!

Ordered and paid.. (xash only!!??!!🤔🤬). 10 minutes before our order was cooked... and even then it wasn't what I asked for... 1st and last time I will go there!!!! Go 2 doors down or phone AJs!!! Or even starve !!!!!

Not sure what's happened in the last 2 years, this place has gone somewhat downhill. Meat now always gristly, staff not especially friendly and rather disinterested. Please buck up and get back to what you were pre-Covid.

First time used this place since new owners took over. Not a patch on what it was before. Doner kebab meat dry & cold, chips over cooked & hard. Garlic sauce missed off kebab & also the chips. Not impressed so will be going elsewhere next time.

first visit after moving to the area.i had calzone,wife had kebab.food fantastic,plenty of delicious filling.one criticism the food was just warm and had to go in the microwave to warm up which was a surprise as we live less than 5 minutes away.if the food had been hot this would have been a 5 star review.when the food was ordered the person on the phone was very pleasant and friendly. the food arrived within 15 minutes so why was it not hot? would definitely use again because of the quality and amount but hope it would be hot.

I had the salad kebab with chips, I can honestly say it was absolutely delicious! Cooked to perfection! The chilli sauce was perfect! 😁😍, My new favourite takeaway😎🌶️👌💕.

We visited from Manchester on bank holiday Monday and were struggling to find a decent place to eat, until we found this kebab house. The facility was operated like a well oiled machine, despite being extremely busy, the staff were very friendly and polite and the food quality was excellent. The food quality was so good that we visited a few times before leaving. Definitely 5 stars

K&C is one of the best kerbas we have tasted for a very long time. Well packed full of meat and lots of salad as well. and a good amount of the chilli sauce. Always clean and always greeted

Second time in 4 weeks we have had the wrong food. Last time it was a koftie kebab instead of Donner meat.And now no pitta bread just Donner meat and salad.

Good food, but they forget your whole order. Even if you have told them repeatedly.

Ordered 2 large pizzas for 7pm at 6pm it arrived 10 minutes later at 6.10pm! The most expensive special was more like a vegetarian pizza covered in sweet corn, onion and chilli peppers and the ‘hot shoot’ was also missing pepperoni, between both 12” pizzas we found 5 pieces of pepperoni! When we rang to complain were told that’s what they are. Have used this place for years sooo gone down hill ! Stay away!

Just ordered chicken meat and chips and more fat than meat and the chips were dripping in that much oil it couldnt have been eaten. Donner kebab meat was dry like it had been cut last night, have had food from here before but never again it has gone down hill big time.

We are regulars at K&C kebab, probably most weeks for our weekly takeaway for the last 6 years. We highly recommend their chicken shish kebab which is their own recipe, fresh chicken breast cooked on a skewer over the hot grill with salad and extra garlic sauce! They are always more than happy to fulfil special requests such as amount of sauce we prefer etc and usually always remember our order without having to ask. We like our food and any other kebab shops we have tried have never come close to us becoming regulars!

After traveling 20 mile to get our food from the chippy “Robs” on the same road to find it shut 😩 We decided on going here to save driving round looking for others. Being from Manchester I no a “Proper” kebab when I see one, asked for it on nan hoping it would be bigger. When it came out it was no bigger than a sausage roll, prices are shocking £7.50 and £3.80 for chips 😡 I wouldn’t mind the prices if I was getting proper portions!!! Food was crap and staff were rude and arrogant. Don’t waste your money 🤮🤮 I don’t expect to end up at another chippy driving home because everyone was still hungry. Gutted as we were looking on here before we left for somewhere nice to eat, If I would have seen the reviews before we pulled up I wouldn’t have bothered!!

Been trading for 18 years and still can't make a tasty kabab..will charge you to 1.25 if you want the free salad they include wrapped separately..I eat kabab all the time and there kababs and cheap sauces are a 2 out of 10 rating.I will take my custom else were.

Food is always outstanding from here , if I've had a problem with a order they've always sorted it out there an then ... well recommend

Phoned and asked if we could make an order for delivery which the guy on the phone seemed fine about, but just to the end of the order which consisted of 7 different meals they put the phone down. After about 6 attempts of trying to phone back they eventually answer and then say that they can’t do the order! extremely rude people that have now lost some business.

*please read & I am going to report them* HIGHLY ADVISE nobody to order from K n C kebab house in Pensarn. I’ve been going there since I was 9 years old, even lived in the same block of flats as them at one point, and they are so rude every single time went go in, but we just got used to it. Tonight I went in to make an order and when they came to serve it up they got it wrong and accused ME of THEIR mistake!!! I told them it wasn’t and I couldn’t have got it wrong as I told them 4 times AND I told the only English worker there too AND the delivery driver (who heard every thing I said) and they were still adamant I was wrong. They were shouting in my face that they would get the cameras and prove to me I’m a liar, all 4 Turkish men working there shouting at me in my face all at once telling me to shut up!! When I demanded a refund they wouldn’t let me have one, as they’d made the food already and even the person who answered the phones came out the back and started telling me to shut up to for arguing my point!!! As soon as my partner came in to see what was going on one of the staff started to look for a weapon under the counter to come at him with. They were literally shouting at us “I’ll f**kyour mother, I’m gonna f**k your mum” about 20 times when they could see our 2 babies in the car!!! Absolutely disgusting and shocked, all over the fact they got a kebab wrong and they couldn’t just rectify it and even had the cheek after them shouting at us for us to pay them £4.50 for the extra “skewer” they cooked!!! I’ve heard people say they’re nasty to women before, they’re rude which I knew but we still support their business and this is what they’ve done!! I was so scared until Jake came in and I’m so glad he was in the car outside!!

Ordered a donor meat and chips and a garlic bread pizza via the app and it was super easy and lovely!! App is really easy to download and use but just slightly fiddly to try and add the address, but not a hassle!Came so quickly which was fabulous and tasted nice and fresh!

Had a take out and out of everything we had the burger was the best and enjoyable. The chips aren't great so if you want these try the two chippys on the same road.

As I live locally I regularly eat from here and have always found it to be nothing short of excellent. The service is quick and professional even at busy times and the high standard of the food never changes. Highly recommended.

Order came wrong. I phone to tell you it's wrong.. delivery driver came back with an order which was going to another customer and said they got it mixed up... still wrong.. I phone again. Then you come yourself and give us the correct order and you do apologise for the wait...

Swearing at my little brother whos 14 years of age. When he called to order food then said he would put his address on here just because he wrote a bad review. Nothing but scum not even a apology for speaking to a CHILD the way they did.

We have been regular customers for years now, but will not be returning after the service we received tonight. Waited 1 hour 40 minutes for our food, I called twice and had the phone put down on me both times even though I was not rude or disrespectful and I didn’t swear at them like most would with how the conversation went. The first time I called I said we have been waiting 1 hour 40 minutes and he just said we are very busy so I said well is there any chance we can get a discount or anything as it’s a bit ridiculous and he said ‘don’t even try, I am busy’ how rude! I work in a takeaway myself, if anyone waits even 10 mins more than they should we offer them a drink or something for free and if someone has a problem with their food we give a refund or offer something for free as we feel terrible! This sort of behaviour is appalling and is not how customers should be treated in the slightest. Disgusting.

They sent us the wrong order. Then tried to give us our food that had been at someone else’s property. Very unhygienic. When we asked them to send out freshly cooked food they only sent us half of it. The staff at the shop very rude and also the delivery driver. Chips where soggy and pizza cold. I would most definitely advise you not visit or order from here.

We had everything, kebab was delicious kids loved the pizzas and a supersized freshly cooked burger, everything was cooked fresh in front of us, very good helpings, nice clean establishment

Watch out for this kebab shop was charged 2 pound extra taxes which wasnt stated on any part off the website or leaflet .. Ripped off an the pizza was burnt .. Not a nice kebab shop at all

Delivery time was great was right time for delivery food on the other hand was mainly flavourless and some of the food did teaste abit burnt good prices for food and drink but overall not good food defo won't be ordering again garlic bread and pizza were moldy worst food ever
