Llanrwst Kebab & Burger House in Conwy

I phoned the kebab house and I asked for some pizzas for my son‘s birthday party and I asked for 10 because there’s 30 people coming and they just hung up the phone and they told me to f**k off and in my opinion, this is not acceptable. What if I was with my son and he Heard that coming out their mouth, he would’ve lost it. I will not be returning.

Very nice people i ordered a few things and all were at top standards. Looked around and it was one of the cleanest shops ive ever been in not a spec of dirt on the floor.

Put mayonnaise on my chips when I pacifically said, no mayonnaise, my pizza was burnt but the service was excellent but I wouldn’t go back again.

As I walked in to this establishment my nose was blessed with the aroma of Doner kebab fresh of the skew, I slowly crept towards the counter and was greeted with a young man known as "Bossman Jr" He greeted me with open arms and kindly took my order of "One small doner meat and chips. 9in Hawaiian pizza, Cheesy chips, Chocolate gateux and a Doner wrap" This order was all for my beautiful family of 5 kids and a wife which I like to hit. After ordering this delectable meal I sat down on the creaky metal bench and 2 seconds later received my order. After arriving back home in Rhyl we sat on the sofa and ate our meal. I must say, I enjoyed it.

Very expensive!! Food wasn’t very nice either, chips were dry. Ordered cheese on all 3 kids meals, none had cheese on! Kids meals should have come with a drink, no drinks given! That’ll be the last visit, cheaper to drive to Conwy & get nice food from that kebab house!

As always, the food is first class along with the service. Fresh good quality meat, vegetables and pizza! So tasty and such value for money. Highly recommended

Asked for fresh chilli peppers on my kebab. Or Jalepeno’s. Was told I would be charged extra for a few little slices of chilli pepper which should be included in the price. It is everywhere else I go. Same - additional charges for naan. Extra charge for garlic. Extra charge for a variety of little things that should be standard Overall, very expensive. Food was nice. But the additional charges and feeling I was just being ripped off left a. Ad taste in my mouth. The staff were quite brass with it. No smiling. My own local a take away staff smile at me and say yes to a chilli pepper in my salad. That’s why I keep going back. This kebab house will not have my business again.

Over priced food . Ordered mixed kebab large x2 both came with 6 peices of small meat and a cardboard looking peace of flatbread and the worst salad I've ever seen. Chips were disgusting all in all its one of the worst places we have eaten from I just feel sorry for the local that have to put up with this rubbish.

We are staying in a hotel nearby and have used this takeaway twice, we have absolutely no complaints, both pizza and kebabs spot on, I wish we had a takeaway of this quality near our home.

Our second visit as we were staying in the area for another Great pizza, Possibly add gluten free base if you can for next year for my wife, Great price and quality of food and service

Hey whos cooking on holiday, dont think so !!! We had pizza from here and it was wonderful, called and ordered over the phone and was ready on time and very friendly service as well

I am a regular here and for good reason. The staff are extremely friendly and welcoming, and the food is good for the price.

Phoned in order, 1 shish kebab, 2 Llanrwst special kebabs and a portion of chips. When we went to pick up the food they repeated the order to us, but it was wrong. I questioned it, and repeated my order to him, and the guy assured me it was right. When we got home, we found that each meal was exactly the same, and completely wrong, just a load of unidentifiable chewy and dry meat. So basically they lied to me when I questioned the order, and just gave us cheap nasty crap

Really tasty food after a hard days walk up Snowdon. I'm a kebab connoisseur and would have to say the salad and sauces really made this mega tasty. Staff friendly.

We had not booked anywhere last night & as all restaurants in the local area were full & our accommodation restaurant was closed, we stumbled across this take away. Both the kebab ( which my partner had) & the seafood surprise pizza (I had) were both ery hearty & good value for money.

Id reccomend this place if your in llanrwst pop in had nice cheeseburger with sweet chili sauce sat on the riverside with my other half enjoying the weather we even fed the ducks and swans with the bread roll sorted time you can tell great place by how full it got inside while we waited great staff prices clean shop good choice nice and fresh ........

Stopped off here for Kebab and pizza, one evening on our way back to our campsite, The food was very nice and all made to order, would go to them again in the future, Prices where about normal for this kind of takeaway, the only down side was, they don't take cards, (cash only) but there is a cash point near by.

we have been in quiet a few times, theres always fights breaking out and the staff seem scared, we have avoided since not due to food!

We have been here on a few occasions and should have learned from the first time! We've had mixed up orders, been overcharged and had really (in the scheme of things) poor quality products served to us. Sadly this is now the only Kebaby in Llanwrst and nearest alternatives are a few Ks away.

Five of us had pizzas to takeaway from here - we had a variety of flavours and they were all nicely cooked and tasty. The order was ready in good time. Fitted the bill nicely!

The staff in here are always lovely - I have my pepperoni plus pizza without onions and extra cheese always no problem and delicious - same with the chicken kebab - no onions lots of Mayo and never any issues and is probably the best kebab I have anywhere - despite originally coming from Bedford where loads of kebab shops.

Lovely new family have taken over now and still lovely kebabs if not better than before. Bit disappointed finding hair on 2 separate visits in my food to which I had no intentions taking any further as it is hard enough placing your order with them never mind explaining

People everywhere are like come to us top kebab but there all wrong this one by a longshot is definitely the best kebab house ever

Phoned my order through , they said 20 min, went to pick up in twenty min but had to wait a further 30 min still without getting my food, people were coming in and ordering and getting there food while I still waited, walked out in the end and will not be ever going there again.

Smashing little gem of takeway. Would recommend to one and all. Good food good service. Enjoyed a nice kebab here

Usually have a take-away from here approximately once a fortnight. Very reliable service and a cheap food option.I don't have the chilli sauce because it is not nearly hot enough. Otherwise the food is lovely.

My lad (aged 13) orders onion rings and chips and was given chicken wings and chips!! He's a vegetarian!! He thought they were strange onion rings tore a bit off and realised it was chicken, took them back and was verbally abused by a male member of staff who then took his food off him and demanded he pay more money to get the correct order!!!Appalling!!!! I went in demanded the money back after a huge argument and being called liars in front of other customers!!! Disgusting attitude - appalling service and rude staff! Avoid! Avoid! Avoid!!!
