Every time I come back to the UK I make sure to make time to go to K5 lounge! It always the same, delicious! Start with popadoms and 5 dips and veg The chicken tikka masala is incredible along with pilau rice and garlic naan Sag aloo (potatoes and spinach) was delicious too Would highly recommend!

Don’t order in! They are always late and Hang up on you when you call. We have waiting 40 mins after our predicted time and they still won’t tell us if/when it will come. Their response is we are very busy so you have to wait! Don’t know what it’s like eating in. Shame really because the food is decent.

Yet another amazing takeaway from this great establishment! Speedy delivery service too for a Saturday evening !

Enjoyed the meal there with a large family group. The meal I had was nicely spiced and at a reasonable cost. The only thing I had a gripe about was the sparkling water was not chilled and they only had small bottles available. Other than that it was an enjoyable evening out.

Had a take-away from them a few times over the lockdown, the bloke on the phone was well spoken, smart, proficient, professional, friendly and spoke fluent English WITHOUT any accents. Also the delivery driver was also just as friendly, quick, sweet and professional. Their food is great, staff are professional and friendly.

This is a wonderful place to be if you’re interested in curries. The staff is amazing and very kind. The poppadams and Salmon Fish Tikka is my personal favourite and I cant come back without having that. I stay very nearby and it is my go-to place to satisfy my cravings everytime. Well done to whole team.. 100 percent recommended!!!!

Paid £50 for takeaway which was 2 curries short. They denied I’d paid for them & suggested I pay again!... very rude ,arrogant service and probably filthy inside, I would approach with caution especially in the current climate, definitely would not order again or recommend

Well cooked Indian style food with a menu largely based on familiar favourites but with one or two less common dishes. Good friendly service. Feels clean.

Great value for money, friendly staff, quick to react, Abdul is great and loves a chat. King prawn dishes are not a rip off as with other restaurants. Reasonable prices and food delicious too. Highly recommend this restaurant.

A classic friendly local Indian restaurant, with a few bespoke dishes. Very reasonably priced - one of our go-tos for a laid back mean in our out. (The mushroom pilau is particularly good).

This was my favourite curry house, until we visited today to be seated. We ordered our food and drinks then told 5 mins later to come back in 20 minutes as there was now no room. Felt embarrassed and humiliated. Really strange as they know us well.

Cant give more stars as I'm still waiting for my table even though I booked for 8pm...its currently 8:15, I might up them if these drinks are free

I enjoy the food at this restaurant plenty of variety and tasty choices. Waiting staff very attentive too. But we were overcharged on our bill and we did question it but then not sadly challenged it with the owner. I’m not impressed and it’s why l have given it only 2 stars. We were offered a complimentary drink on the house but we were overcharged considerably and gave a tip. Not impressed

Favourite Indian restaurant in Pinner. Fantastic tasty food, good value and lovely friendly service by all the team. Especially recommend chicken byriani, tandoori mixed grill and tarkha dhal. Popodums always come with delicious accompaniments which are plentiful.

It’s great to be welcomed as regulars at K5 lounge by the friendly management team. The food is always fresh and tasty with an excellent choice of fish dishes. It was a friends birthday and he appreciated the complimentary dessert with candle. Good value too.

Excellent atmosphere - we were at home! As our usual curry house appears to have closed we gave K5 a try as they will deliver. The food was of a very similar standard to that from the former curry house - which we had been using for our delivered curries for several years.

Pretty good for a mid week curry, mixed jalfrezi a favourite. I think the sides are a little heavy with "thickening agent" though and I avoid these "saucy" sides and stick to naan or dry style side.

K5 Lounge never disappoints and tonight was no exception. We received the usual warm welcome from the owner and enjoyed a wonderful range of tasty dishes. The fish dishes are the highlight and a great find for non-meat eaters. Recommended.

K5 never ever disappoints! By far the best Indian in the area, Abdul and his team are so warm and welcoming and the food is top notch. Always a lovely experience with fantastic food. The seafood starter platter was delicious and the curries are always fantastic. Superb value as well.

We had a family birthday, and were looking for something a bit different. This restaurant had come recommended so we thought we would give it a try. The food was excellent. We had the seafood platter starter followed by a fish main course. It was absolutely delicious and there were some excellent choices on the menu from the usual sorts of mains, starters and sides to the chef specials. I definitely will be visiting again. Highly recommend.

Great food. Tarka Dhal and mixed grill is especially delicious. So much chicken in my curry too unlike other restaurants. Service was brilliant. Very friendly and attentive without being intrusive. Our new favourite Indian restaurant. We will be back and would highly recommend.

I’m still a fan of this local Indian restaurant but was a little disappointed after my recent visit. My main reasons were that the service was sloppy, for example the waiter knocked over my glass of fizzy water but didn’t offer to replace it. I could be wrong but I think some of the portion sizes have got smaller. For example the tandoori mixed grill was served on a large rectangular dish and tonight was served on a smaller round dish. Conversely the price seems to have gone up. I can’t remember paying £25 per head before to include a few beers. I’m sure we’ll return but it’s important to me that standards don’t slip further.

This isn’t even about food this is about the SHOCKING service I received tonight. After ordering my food I was called back as they had my card details wrong. I gave my order they read it back and charged me for that food. When it came it was missing a dish I was rudely told I’ll get it next time and had to connivence them to bring it although I had paid. Then went it was delivered they told me they were going to charge my card again which I told them they can’t as you would need my security code and I won’t authorise that. THEY CHARGED MY CARD AGAIN AFTER WITHOUT NY CONSENT AND I DO NOT UNDERSTAND HOW THEY DID WITHOUT SAVING MY SECURITY CODE. Which of course they could use after for whatever transactions they like. Food is actually nice bar the raw dish they brought back in a rush. Will never use again based on service and the way they speak and treat “customers”

I have used this restaurant for eat in meals and take aways for 8 years. Tonight i ordered a take away to find some of the order missing, i phoned the restaurant to be told eat the bread we are busy!! I am absolutely disgusted with this response, especially as i am a regular customer. Its a sad day when a restaurant business treats a regular customer like this. Preety much sums up there is zero loyalty or respect to their customers. Think twice before you give them you money!!! Utterly disgraceful, is this your idea of customer service.

My wife and I stumbled across this restaurant by accident a few months ago when we were looking for an Indian meal in the area. We were delighted with the food and the staff that we have since returned with friends and am delighted to say we were equally thrilled with the experience, so much so that we intend returning over the coming few days for what we consider one of the best high street Indian food we've experienced.

This was originally a take away only establishment that is now a restaurant in so doing the changes there has been some problems mainly that the toilets are open to the customers. I'm sure that the situation does not comply to planning as there is no vestibule. However they need to fix this as the food was very good but the service needs to be upgraded. Under pressure the staff were at best rude and unhelpful. I will return but I'm unwilling to give a good rating at this time.

Placed an order for delivery at K5 lounge via just-eat at about 19.30 and paid online. Time for delivery was given as 20.35. It hadn't arrived by 20.45. Rang the restaurant they said they would find out where the driver was and hung up. I assumed they would call back but didn't hear anything. Called again at 20.50 they told me the driver had left 2 mins ago. At 21.10 still no food so we rang again, the guy was quite rude and said he would find out where the driver was and hung up. We rang back 5 mins later, the guy was very rude again, couldn't tell us where our food was and hung up. We contacted just-eat who rang the restaurant themselves at 21.25. The restaurant told them they didn't know where our order was and hung up. Eventually we cancelled via just-eat and made pasta instead. Really disappointed with the service and the way the way we were treated. 100% would not recommend. Bring back Pinner Tandoori!

This place is surprisingly good. Tucked away down Love Lane in Pinner a really good Bangladeshi restaurant. Most "Indian" restaurants in the UK are actually Bangladeshi and it's great to see one that's promoting Bangladeshi cuisine. Fish curry is a speciality.

K5 lounge is our go to take away for collection or delivery. I’m vegetarian and the staff will always make anything veggie we ask off menu - which makes me really happy! Polite, efficient, Onion Bhajis to die for...what more could you ask from your local Indian restaurant?

Visited here many times and the meals have been very good on the whole with just the odd glitch here and there. Service can be a bit patchy - waiters always seem to be rather quick to remove plates - but generally okay and friendly. Also a little lacking in atmosphere. Wednesday and Sunday evenings offer a 2 for 1 deal which is very good value, particularly if you want a mid-week break from cooking at home.

In between all the charity shops, tucked away on love lane is a lovely Indian restaurant. Visited for my granddaughters birthday with family. Service was polite and welcoming. Food was flavoursome and nice and hot. At the end of the night staff sang happy birthday, which was a nice touch. Food reasonably priced and 2for1 on main courses on selected nights is a bonus. Well worth a visit.

We dropped in here for a business lunch and were pleased to find fresh tasty dishes served quickly. The restaurant was quiet which made it easy to have a good conversation. The food is consistently tasty with a good range of fish dishes which is quite unusual. Service is welcoming.

I had read several favorable reviews about this restaurant so my wife and I decided to give it a try. We were more than delighted with the food and the staff treated us like long lost friends. a really warm atmosphere making it a delightful evening, can't wait to return and do try the Butter Chicken and Prawn Biryani, just wonderful!

NO TASTE CARD! So here is my first ever review. I told the person on the phone I am coming with my 3 year old son for the 2 for 1 offer he said fine and and took my order over the phone to eat in so by the time i get there the food is ready. He informed his manager for some reason. When I get there he said his manager has now gone home and said I can't get that offer because my son is under the age of 14. But it's ok my son wasn't too hungry which allowed me time to go to our local place instead. But I have been here once before the service is ok the naan bread is really good, lamb tikka was a very small portion and not properly cooked lamb madras as main was bland and again very small portion so maybe I can understand there offer of by 1 get one free as that most likely makes up for a full portion. The fact I was told it's ok and come is what annoyed me. Good thing my phone records all calls voluntarily so maybe it's something I would like to send over to the manager so he understands where this all went wrong but on a re not I won't be going back again.

After my favorite curry house closed down - I was recommended to try the K5 lounge, so I did and it was awesome .... I was recommended by the chef to try the tandoori salmon and it was cooked to perfection. The staff were welcoming and friendly and I would definitely recommend to any one visiting Pinner to try it.

Went here when our restaurant of choice messed up our reservation. This was a good all round curry house. Really enjoyed tandoori starters and butter chicken main. Service was good as well.

This local Indian restaurant is consistently good. There’s an excellent choice of fish dishes for non meat eaters. Service is friendly and the decor is modern and smart. Recommended.

I’ve been here quite a few times but only because it’s easy to get to in Pinner to meet friends the food is nice enough it’s not terrible. It’s actually some of the staff that let this place down. There is one waiter who actually does not smile. I asked for a glass of water the look he gave me was damn right rude yes it’s water but that’s what I drink and the rest of the table had pints so he wasn’t losing much money. His attitude needs to change otherwise it will be putting me off coming here. Could do with a few improvements and if that happens could be a lovely little indian restaurant.

Booked a table on a busy Friday night around 7:30pm.Staff were friendly though ordering was a bit patchy and disorganised but not an issue,wine and drinks received quickly with papadoms and relishes.The food however was bland and disappointing!.I had a greasy and rather tastless veg samosa to start,followed by a rather chewy lamb karahi with an ok sauce.I think they were introduced to each other just before hitting my plate.Pilau rice was flat, fragrance and fluff free and allow Gobi had no real flavour or bite or waxy texture on the potatoes.Peshwari naan was flat without fluffiness inside,some coconut and not a single sultana as I would expect. I asked my family about their dishes reply was okay but bland.It was inexpensive, overall the service was friendly and we were offered complimentary after-dinner drinks which was nice but I would rather have eaten supermarket takeaway.What a shame I cannot recommend this food.

Me and my family decided to venture into eating out yesterday night. Went past K5 Lounge and it was completely empty (should have got the cue) Anyways the council car park was right next to it, so we decided to try it. A mistake which we later regretted. A few observations: 1. The starters are not meant to be eaten, but just to smell as the qualtity is not adequate for anyone over the age of 3. - Chicken Tikka was 2 small 1.5 cm cube pieces. You don't need to be a Mathematician to guess the size. - Lamb Chops were uncooked. - Credit where due - Paneer Tikka Masala plate had 4 pieces and well cooked (This is the only one of the 3 good things at this place) 2. Main course was a disaster - Don't order Lamb Balti as you might as well pick up uncooked lamb and chew on it. Not something that bothered them. We left it. - Food is very bland, in spite we asking for it to be extra spicy. - Butter Naan was very good (like I said only 3 things good here) 3. The staff were very courteous, so maybe the chef is the only one that needs a sacking or re-training. Needless to say, we won't go there again.

I have left a review for the K5 before and been there many times. Went last night and there were a couple of items which left us feeling disappointed. Firstly, the 2 for 1 main course offer, which is still advertised on their website as being valid Sunday to Thursday, has now been reduced to only Sunday and Wednesday evenings. So don't get caught by that one - and Abdul, amend the website pronto in order to avoid misleading more people.

Our visit began badly when we showed up after making a reservation and there was no table for us. Soon after a large group turned up and same story for them. We all ended up waiting outside for about 15 mins until a table become available. They did give us a glass of house wine free while we waited which was nice. Once we were inside things improved - food very good and service was relatively speedy. It’s a very small space and was very noisy but I guess you might expect that on a Friday night. I would probably go again but they need to rethink the reservation process during busy periods!

Best ruby in Harrow area. Starters are the dogs danglers (Mixed grill sharer). The Lamb jalfrezi in here makes my willy tingle!

Great restaurant, the best in Pinner now that Titash/Saffron Lounge has gone. Only complaint is that a lot of their popular dishes aren't suitable nut allergy sufferers.

I've been to the K5 many times over the last few years and, sadly, there are very few occasions where I've come away feeling that going there was the right choice. I've had good food and bad service, bad food and good service and bad food and bad service.
