Un'ottima colazione! Went here for breakfast coffee and a sweet pastry,(cannoli). Friendly staff, great coffee and a lovely genuine Italian feel to the place. In Italy you would be generally standing up to partake of a breakfast pastry and coffee but this is the UK so no extra cost to sit down! You will be pestered by dogs at the other 'Italian' coffee house in town so pay less, get more for your money and leave with a smile on your face ;-)

Disappointed, been using just so for many many years, from when it first opened, pop In regularly for lunch and the deli. Popped in today bought a few drinks and bite to eat, my son who’d been speaking to the owner in Italian politely asked for a takeaway cup and was rudely and brusquely replied to, good manners cost nothing sadly it appears they were in short supply today. Shall not be back.

Loved this place but the staff have changed and the new lady is so off putting!! Loud, only interested in the men in the shop, can’t make a decent coffee and has no knowledge of the produce!! Sorry but not what you want from your friendly cafe /deli. Everyone from my office is of the same opinion.

Went with parents who had been before. Small place so we sat at separate tables, but didn't mind. Had a mixed platter of lovely meats, cheeses and antipasti with aperol spritz, followed by coffee and pastries. Enjoyed the lot and the ambience of the place. Busy, but not crowded and the staff were friendly and efficient. Very good value and somewhere I'd go again if back in town.

Having visited Rome twice, My wife and myself thought we would venture into this little piece of Italy on home soil. We travel from Bedworth, so it's a little bit of a journey, so while we visit Market Harb, we venture in. The place is always busy. Staff have always been pleasant and eager to assist. We usually have coffees, sometimes a little snack, but always take home a box of cakes. Shop is well presented too. What's NOT to like? For a little escape from everyday life?

Focaccia cooked from the freezer, coffee isn't great but not bad. Had a toasted ciabatta sandwich and it was pretty basic and not massively flavoursome. Nothing to complain about but certainly nothing to rave about. Staff were not particularly friendly, but not rude. All in all very average.

This place is simply wonderful, even on a busy Saturday you feel like you’re coming into a friendly family living room. The staff are very friendly and the lovely gentleman who appeared to be in charge today was kind, considerate and thoughtful to his staff as well as putting customers at ease and having time for everyone there. With tips to help you pic exactly the right food as well as the odd translation for the more “lingually challenged”, we would highly recommend this lovely place. It wasn’t our first visit and it certainly won’t be our last - it gets better with every visit!

Tucked away in a quiet area, you will find the best coffee - I mean the best. Not like a Costa or a Starbucks in any way ... friendly, attentive staff and did I mention the great coffee? Incredibly reasonably priced - plus they have a superbly stocked deli counter and a wide range of Italian foods. I had family visiting from Paris and I took to Market Harborough for the day. In the afternoon we discovered a lovely small restaurant/cafe called Just So Italian and all of us (four children and three adults) went in. Alison, who works there, is an absolute star. My niece (four years of age) asked for avocado. Unfortunately, the restaurant had none. Alison gave my niece the avocado from her own lunch. My son’s straw fell into his drink packet, and Alison gave him a new packet. She also blew up balloons and gave these to the children. She engaged in conversation with the adults (just the right amount of conversation). Did I mention the food and coffee there is great? And that Claire also provided great service? I was very proud to show my French cousins the hospitality of Leicestershire, reflected greatly in this gem of a place. I will definitely be going back. I suggest you do when you’re in Market Harborough.

Then around 4 other customers came into the shop and went to the coffee counter and she called colleague to come out. He was obviously unaware that I was the next person to to be served so after a couple I tried to get his attention when the owner said something along the lines we queue in here , considering I’d been standing there for 5 mins why didn’t ask me to move along ? I have visited Just So Italian on 4 occasions. Twice to buy from the deli, once to have coffee on a quiet day and my most recent visit was on a busy Saturday morning. There are some great things about this place including lovely coffee, tasty pastries and staff that seem to be trying their best. The deli is popular and has a wide choice. On our most recent visit I sat with my husband in the corner, near the window. It was busy and people were queuing for both the deli, or to place a food and drinks orders. It feels like a deli that has grown into a coffee shop and it has a cramped layout. Tables are set closely together and I observed one customer trying to hold her plate on to the table as someone in the queue accidentally knocked things off with her shoulder bag. I needed to use the loo which is at the back of the shop. In the sink area there were coats piled high and various boxes stacked randomly. It was hard to get the soap dispenser to work (almost empty) and I couldn"t see anything to dry my hands on. It felt messy and chaotic. They have a system where you queue to place your order and then you queue again to pay. I think this is inflexible. On a quiet day it works well for staff to encourage you to pay later - it's quite a nice touch. However, when it is busy I would prefer to have the option to pay at the time of ordering. When we finished our coffees and snacks we queued again to pay. When it was our turn the lady became confused about what we needed to pay. We were asked where we were sitting and she started flicking through a note book through several pages, but couldn't see our order. It was because so many people had ordered things after us and it is understandable that notes will get mixed up. I'm not even sure if we paid the right amount. It seemed expensive, but I didn't want to place the young staff member under more pressure. I said to another member of staff that we had enjoyed our coffee, but that it would have been better for us to pay when ordering (in fact my husband did try to). She said no, because people might like to order more things - she was dismissive with me. I accept this, but I don't undestand why they can't be more flexible if it's busy. As I said previously there are some good things about Just So Italian and I can see that you could have a great experience. However, our experience on a busy Saturday was not great and I think they could do a lot to improve things for customers.

I went to the little cafe for some Authentic Italian deserts... at first the staff to surprised to see me and I asked how much things were... then to their surprise I ordered quite a lot which the service seemed to get better and better as I kept placing more orders. Happy with the quality of food along with the service these Italian deserts went down a treat with the family. I like supporting local businesses specially like ‘just so italian’ because it is a niche to get authentic Italian foods at your finger tips with a wide variety. The prices are on the high end but then there isn’t much to compare to as I can’t seem to many authentic Italian cafes with this much choice. Happy customers, thank you.

My tip would be to order a sharing platter - there is no menu as such, the staff will ask you for any particular likes and dislikes and then put together a board or treats from their deli counter, talking you through their choices as they go. What a surprise this place is. Friendly staff, the best coffee in MH, lovely atmosphere, great deli produce and sweet treats. Come on Harborough, simply cross the road from the chain coffee shops and try Just So Italian - in fact don't then I know there will always be a seat for me!

I discovered this place by accident, and what a gem it is. A very welcoming independent deli that is predominantly online but with this amazing coffee shop too. We had coffee accompanied by some delicious little Italian cakes , bought some delicious cheese and at last proper Italian sausages . Its a great little place and a welcome addition to Market Harborough. A really nice friendly welcome too

We were in Market Harborough just looking around and walked behind the main shopping area and saw this little Italian takeaway / eatery. The food looked inviting so we went inside and were well greeted and shown the choices available. All the food looked inviting and when ours arrived it was. The service was excellent and I would heartily recommend Just so Italian.

This is an amazing Italian deli!! I just love their coffee, so much better than any of the massive chains - just as you'd have it in Italy. Make sure you have one (or more!) of the lovely little pastries as well! Great service with a smile as well :)

I normally grab a focaccia here with spicy salami, grilled veg and a balsamic vinegar dressing. The salami is pretty spicy, I believe it is called spinata cabra or something similar and leaves a nice kick. They sell pear juice which I've been looking for it since I first went to Italy. If you haven't tried it I recommend it.If you like Italian food, you are going to like this place.

Ordered. Waited for 90 minutes. 45 minutes after expected delivery. Call to ask where the order is and they cancel the order. Update: 110 minutes after order the pizzas arrive with a voucher and apology.

Zizi food is always great but have noticed that customer service isnt always of the standard. This was definately not the case at Zizi Market Harborough the staff and service were excellent from start to finish. Thank you for a great night.

It’s one thing to have good food made fresh, but to have it alongside amazing customer interaction/service just makes it better! Especially for a joyous wedding function - honestly Jonnie and his team are fab - will definitely be using the pizza shack for more functions in the future!! P.s still thinking about the cheesy garlic bread
