The owner the guy is the most unkind person that I ever seen in my life. He thinks about his business only and very low humanity. I visited there many times there and I never find him as a kind person.

Ordered 3 meals and got 2 people in the shop need to be able to count to ten not 2 absolutely a joke in service

After ordering and waiting 30 minutes for 2 burger and chips, we go home. Which is a 10 min walk , Tucked into our unseasonal block of cheesy chips. A burger that had more lettuce than a rabbit would wany. No cheese or mayo put in the burger. And a portion of onion ring that I can only hope we're refried a 2nd time. Used to go there 20byears ago and it was the best. Now I think I'll stay at home and make it myself. Would be just as bad at a 1/3 of the price

Rang in order , guy said be ready in 25 mins, so when I arrived I still had to wait 10 mins , but no Biggie. Food very good, been a while since I was there, as last time they wouldn't take plastic,

Ordered 10th of February through just eat. Just burger plus called me and told me to cancel and resubmit the order as just eat deal hadn’t come through. Did as asked. Received me order. All was good. Checked my bank and I got charged twice. Contacted just eat who told me they don’t refund as the restaurant has been paid for the order. Thought I would contact just burger plus and got absolutely no response. We’ve regularly ordered from just burger plus as the household loves their burgers but for £42 they’re going to lose another 6 years of loyal orders.

Great tasting juicy burgers always

At 16.10 pm 15th feb 2024 ,I ordered . While waiting the young lady touches the raw meat and continues to use her hand without washing them😡🙄 she said” we always do it this way “ omg I could not believe it. She definitely does not have food safety certificate. All utensils are now also contaminated .

This place used to be a lot better, prices have risen quality and quantity have dropped, Shame.

Apparently closed even though i visited within opening hours (@10pm, closes at 10:30pm), Staff were rude.

Served straight away, food came fast and was really cheap what more could you ask for. The food tasted great.

Absolutely delicious. Food cooked fresh and tasted very nice. I had the dixi chicken burger and chips. Although I will add they should ask if you want salt on your chips but I will know to ask in future. I will be back in the future.

I recently had their most popular monster burger after years and the taste is just as I remember it. Juicy tasty and fresh burger quality. Staff were also very accommodating. Will be coming back often!

Been a regular customer for over twenty years, and I can honestly say that the burger I ordered tonight was shockingly bad. Manhattan: - Buns burnt - burgers overcooked/dry/tasteless - mayo hardly any - bacon undercooked - cheese THERE WASN’T ANY This is my second dissatisfied visit in three months. There are similar reviews of burgers being over cooked, cheese being omitted and insufficient sauce, so this is clearly not an isolated incident.

We visit just burger today 07/01/2023 about 3pm. Come inside and wait long time for service, than we saw at front counter lady but she was drunk. She can’t speak with us , we can’t order anything. Very bad experience

Either I became too picky over the years or this food from here is just not good enough nowadays. I was living in the area in 2016-2017 and was a regular customer at this burger place for almost a year back then. Now I am back in the area and was initially excited to find out that this burger takeaway still exists here. So I ve ordered from there today for delivery. Very disappointing experience. The Monster burger I've ordered barely had any burger sauce - just a tiny bit of burger sauce which is why the burger tasted so dry, the cheese was missing from the burger I think - I didn't check at the beginning, so half through the burger when I was looking at the amount of sauce they put I noticed there is no cheese inside - this burger was supposed to come with cheese as it says on their menu. On top of that, I ve ordered garlic mayo sauce but instead of garlic mayo sauce dip that I was planning to eat with my chips and onion rings, they, for some reason, decided to put a portion of mushrooms in batter in my order. So garlic mayo sauce was missing from my order and instead I recieved a portion of something I did not order. Luckily, I do like mushrooms, but the whole experience was ruined because I had no sauce to eat those rather dry mushrooms, dry onion rings and fries with. I definitely did not enjoy the taste of the burger, fries and onion rings nor did I enjoy the portion of battered mushrooms they forced on me instead of garlic mayo sauce dip. Although I am back living in Bedfont area, I will not order from this place again - not in person at the shop like I once used to nor through online delivery.

I'm not vegan/vegetarian but while on a trip I decided to experience something new. So I tried soy burger for the first time, with cheese and bbq sauce. It was very very good. No weird taste. Very satisfying.

Just Burgers Plus is now under new ownership and thankfully they haven’t changed anything. This place has a really good selection of burgers at a very reasonable price. The regular staff are still there and will hopefully keep the new owners in check. To summarise I have never had a bad meal and always have a good laugh with the staff.

had a takeaway as have done for many years,from phone to actually getting the food 40 mins Sat evening,plus had aload of attitude from one of the staff behind the counter,spoke to another couple as was leaving they said not as good as since changed hands got to agree,shame used to be so good.

I'm presuming this is under new management.. i have been going to this place for years but today was not the one. the quality of the food has gone down hill. Don't think I'll be returning unless the old staff are on.

Just ordered two Bronx 1/2 lb burgers from Just Burgers.. They were excellent. Very tasty and very quickly service. The Bronx burger is burger, pepperoni, American mustard, cheese & ketchup. All burgers come with fries. As an added bonus Just Burgers participates in Hounslow's Evoucher scheme.

Attended last night to have new staff behind the counter. Speaking to one they said that the previous owner had sold up and gone after owning for over 35 years. Prices had gone up by 50p a burger ( not a major issue in grand scheme of things as trying to recover the economy), however two regular staff remained and had cooked my burger and the standard was still good and enjoyed it, however let’s hope the new owners don’t change anything too much as been going to this establishment for 35 years since it opened. As they say, if it’s not broken, don’t fix it!!!!!!!

Great tasting burgers, good menu selection, really foie price. Only trouble is deciding which scrumpy to have. Friendly and helpful staff too. Highly recommended.

I have been a regular visitor here for a long long time, over 10 years at least. Usually I have chicken fillets sprinkled with Cajun spices and fries but occasionally have a burger. Sadly on my most recent visits the burgers were far too overcooked to be enjoyable in any way whatsoever. They’re just too thin to be cooked for that length of time, I don’t like my burgers raw but I don’t mind a bit of pink inside at all. Soft and melting is how they should be. The fries too were a bit vile, they were of a lower quality than usual. It was an indigestion nightmare. I do hope it’s just a blip. My mate swears by his burgers here, but I’m struggling to get enthused by it all. Next time I will ask for a less well done burger. So only three stars from me. Your burgers may vary but disappointment twice in a row isn’t impressing me.

Absolutely the BEST veggie burgers going! They are consistently AMAZING and I cannot fault them at all, especially with the choice of toppings you can have. Bar far the best I've come across, I can't comment on the meat alternatives, however if they are as half as good as the vegan soy burger, you definitely are in for a treat. I also cannot rate the chilli sauce higher! Just Burgers Plus really does do the best chilli sauce you can try! The staff are so warm and friendly, always professional with great customer service, cannot fault the shop at all. Beautifully run business with beautifully tasting burgers, chips and more! Just simply the best!

Can’t believe how down hill it has gone. Had chicken burger and chips , if that’s what u can call them. Burger was over cooked and crunchy and chips were so small 😕

I ordered pizza from this take away restaurant. Ordered 2 deep pans and on arrival it was thin crust which was dense and hard. Was not very I expect pizza dough to be like. The burgers and other food may be better but I cant comment on that. I definitely do not recommend the pizza

Visited one evening prior to closing. My husband and I were staying at an airport hotel and found this burger location was nearby. It was about a 1.5 mile walk each way but we didn't mind the exercise at all. Such a quaint part of town! We arrived to be greeted by a very friendly server. Just a short wait for our hot delicious burgers and fries! This is the place we plan to go every time we stay at the airport!

Nom nom. This just came up on my Google feed saying I was there a year ago. Nope!!! I was there a week ago as well. Fabulous burgers ( seriously, get the chilli burger with extra chilli), perfect fries, very nice staff. Vastly superior to your high street burger chains. VASTLY SUPERIOR. If you want a burger, go here. Really, really yummy. Great.... It's 0930 in the morning and now I want a burger!

Had a no carb burger last night..basically no buns or chips. Just meat and salad. Was ready within 5 min. Perfectly cooked and very friendly service. Will use again. Might see if they do lettuces wrapped burger next time.

The finest burger joint in the area. I have been a proud eater at this burger place for many years (nearly two decades if memory serves), and let me tell you that it's the greatest tasting burger around. Their signature Monster burger with bacon, lettuce, tomato, onions and burger sauce is absolutely flawless and a taste sensation. But for me the Manhatten with melted cheese and mayo is godly.

Amazing! Just amazing! No waiting for long periods of time, lots of stomach filling food with both a good price and delicious taste. Chef and the person over the counter dealt quite well with things setting as they kept getting phone calls for orders I presume,but what do I know. Heaven for taste buds. 5/5 star recommended! (Manhattan with fries and double bacon was amazingly good!)

This place is 10x better than that wise guys in feltham high street.... the place looks clean great service and to top it off the food I just ate was amazing.... 👌 always recommending these to friends that visit as everyone in the area already know this is the burger place to go

How did this get a five star rating. No taste whatsoever . Racist staff with zero personality. Fries taste of cheap oil like petrol. Sauce had congealed by the time it was eaten. Threw it away after two bites. Nasty. Vow Never to go back

Just Burgers is one of Bedfonts oldest established take aways. Good size portions and consistant quality - Chilli burger is recommended.
