Great food, the Singapore chow mein was delicious and the salt and pepper chicken wings were amazing. Staff are lovely and super friendly, you can tell they enjoy it. Will be back. Update: Don't know how they cook their BBQ spare ribs but they have to be the best I've ever had. They are so tender, and the meat comes easily off the bone. Perfection.

The food is good and with big portion. The staff there are all really nice and helpful.

The owner and chef are amazing people, extremely friendly and welcoming!

Edited a previous review. Phoned on Thursday ( menu and website say it's open. Website is also still taking orders so they seem happy to take your money) to be told its closed. No explanation just lots of silly giggling and told its open tomorrow. Been a customer for around 8 years but won't bother from now on. 0/10.

Ordered for collection for the first time tonight. Service was great, timing was perfect and the food was really enjoyable. Will definitely order again

Used for the first time since under new management. We ordered our usual. Arrived within half an hour, however it was dyer. Chips looked like they were the frozen type. There was nothing about the special fried rice only more peas and rice than anything and the bits of meat looked a funny colour. It tasted off and salty I couldn’t eat it. My husband had been up all night with stomach pain and the runs !! I won’t be ordering again and wouldn’t recommend… not a patch on the previous owners food

My 1st time ordering from Jumbo. Staff are very friendly. Prices are reasonable. Took 15 minutes to wait for take out. Food was cooked fresh and tasty. Generous portion sizes. I ordered chips. Sweet and sour chicken balls which the bag was full and chicken fried rice. Beautiful. Place is spotlessly clean. Definitely recommend and will visit again

Orderd last night 21st Oct told an hour 2 hours later still no food even tho we phoned and was told it was out with the driver 20 mins later I phoned again to be told they couldn't find my delivery what a shame absolutely rubish bag of crisp it was then as it was around 9pm by then

Used this place for over 20 years (never had a issue) and IT’s recently changed hands, tonight 20/10/23 we placed a order at 6:15 it eventually arrived At nearly 9pm after several phone calls and the phone been turned off I finally got through, it’s very apparent due to advertising on SM that they have bitten off more than they can chew with only 1 chef cooking that can’t cope with the capacity of customers, the food isn’t upto the original owners standards although they have a more modern menu, on speaking with staff we did get a discount but unfortunately it’s very unlikely we’ll be returning , totally appreciate that’s there’s blips when taking over a new place but waiting nearly 3 hours is beyond reasonable Can’t fault the delivery driver or the girls that man the phone who’s clearly took the rath from upset customers

Amazing! Tasteful and the salt and pepper box was jam packed. Was absolutely loads and all of it was hot to the last bite. Staff were lovely and friendly, very welcome and felt comfortable inside! This will be our new choice of Chinese takeaway! Well done new management!

This is the only chinese takeaway we use as none of others tried measure up. It recently changed hands and first time we have used since so was a little apprehensive. No need because it was not only just as good but dare I say even better! Portions were generous and food was delicious. Would highly recomend.

Excellent food, good menu choice, reasonable prices and friendly staff. Recently taken over and while it was always good I have to say it's even better now. The new owners are a delight and the food is tasty and well cooked. Excellent all round.

Terrible food - tasted nothing like it usually does. Has it changed hands?

(£35 order)The prawns were off! The chicken balls had clearly been cooked twice, the batter was soggy, spongy and full of fat and the chicken chewy. My mum was met with attitude and the young Chinese girl was just out right disrespectful. Refunded for the chicken balls and prawn chow mein but it's the attitude that has lost you a regular customer of over 10 years.

I’ve used jumbos for years and the food has always been good…. HOWEVER they have put their prices up massively and it’s not worth it! Make sure you have their latest menu prices before you order…

Very disappointed with this Chinese. Ordered my takeaway at 10pm, I waited an hour and my order still didn’t turn up so I phoned back up, no answer. They’d closed early and totally forgot about my order. Wouldn’t recommend

This is by far the best Chinese in Greasbourgh! However after being told by the person that they don’t open while 6 (which is completely fine) so call back then. So I called straight back to pre order for 6 I was told he’s “too busy”. Customer service is key in such a small village. Especially when they aren’t on the ordering apps and customers have to phone up and speak to people that are working. It’s a shame

Had a great meal delivered Friday evening 10th July 2020. We really enjoyed our first meal from here and will be ordering again Soon. Recommended.

Missed items from the order and weren't willing to deliver them within the 45mins even though we had already paid for them and waited an hour and 20 mins. Food was absolutely terrible. Won't be using this takeaway again. Very disappointing.
