Joy Sushi in Enfield

Waited long after I had been seated - before my order was taken! Nearly walked out.

Ordered for takeaway. Driver turns up saying he forgot the card machine. Driver said he didn’t have any change either. Says on the website you can pay with card or cash. No apology . Portion sizes are incredibly small. I’ve eaten in the restaurant and had a much better experience. Not worth the takeaway experience ,you honestly get better value from Asda sushi. I e mailed my concerns and was totally ignored. At the very least an apology for the pathetic driver service of not card machine or change or option to pay on line. Service like a back street takeaway. Please don’t bother.

The food and experience here is amazing! Our favourite restaurant by far!
