Popped in for an early lunch but decided just to have a coffee as the service was very slow and unfriendly. No atmosphere whatsoever.

Our first visit to this cafe and we certainly weren’t disappointed. Staff are very friendly and very clued up about Gluten Free. My husband is Coeliac and was very confident in them after they explained they had a separate toaster for the gluten free bread and separate pans for bacon. Food was delicious too with good quality ingredients. We’ll certainly be back.

Very accommodating, we dropped in without booking and there was 20 of us. Food was excellent! Hot, fresh and very reasonably priced. Service was friendly and fast.

Jo catered for my dear Mother-in-laws wake. The food was beautifully presented, reasonably priced and delicious. We are regular customers at ‘Jo at The Lion’ and highly recommend the food, service and atmosphere.

Had a very tasty tuna and cheese toasty and my hubbie had a tasty sausage sandwich. Lovely surroundings. Prices very good only £1.50 for a coffee and £1.50 for a pot of tea. Hubbie also had a couple of Welsh cakes as well. Young lady very friendly and polite. Thank you. If you wanted to make the experience even better a little back ground music and a he fire on. Will definitely revisit.

What a great place this is. Popped in for brunch which was excellent value for money. Everything was freshly cooked, well presented and the staff were attentive. Although we had a delicious brunch the cakes/brownies/cookies looked very tempting. Would thoroughly recommend.

Lovely coffee. Good and hot. Nice airy atmosphere on a hot day. Lots of parking. Nice outdoor space but quite near to a busy road. Only negative really was no demerara sugar for coffee.

We popped in for a lunch and really happy with the whole experience. The food was beautiful. My daughter had jacket potato- absolutely delicious, you can tell its cooked in a jacket potato oven. The sausages are proper butcher sausages. BBQ chicken wrap was amazing too. They have a fantastic selection of food at a very reasonable price. Alternative milk was also available. The cafe itself is a lovely environment and super clean. Several areas to eat in, outside and in. And all the staff were really polite and helpful.

We spotted this place on our way to mid wales and called in for coffee and we’re taken with how clean and well presented it was. So we called in on the way home and both had an all day breakfast. The food and the service were amazing. Definitely worth stopping for, plenty of parking, although could do with better signage as it could be easily missed.

Called into “Jo’s” cafe yesterday for our weekly Friday breakfast treat. We both ordered the mega breakfast which (I’d rate 10/10) comes with a complimentary fruit juice. The cafe/pub itself and service was excellent and great value for money, we’ll definitely be returning.

Great hot food, reasonable prices, quick service, very polite, nice seating area, definitely worth the visit, clean and friendly, plenty of parking. Overall well worth the visit definitely will be back :)

Definitely worth a stop, right on the A470 through Mid Wales in Llandinam Village with big car park. Food great value and delicious, I couldn’t finish my portion (which is almost unheard of). Breakfasts come with free orange or apple juice which is a lovely...

Beautiful, modern and spacious. It's great to go out for coffee and not have to sit close to other tables and people. We ordered the all day breakfast and a toasted teacake, both really hit the spot. Lovely food. Lovely staff. Definitely worth a visit...

Stopped in for a breakfast as doing dad taxi duties. Had the Mega Breakfast cooked perfectly no grease quality bacon and sausage. Nice dark yoke eggs excellent. Highly recommended.
