Food and service here is always outstanding even when they have queues out the door they always have a smile on their face and are always very welcoming

Love a Jollies, good pricing fairly consistent with nearby carverys. The food is fine, the potatoes are great for both crispy and fluffy lovers, the peas are delicious. Love the option of a sausage, stuffing pairs well with the gravy. What really makes Jollies stand out is the staff, always lovely, always attentive. Good option, really good takeaway.

It's a lovely place I really like it here although it is pricey here.

Booked it as a last minute and the food was amazing, it's was a proper carvery is all about. Was quite a wait for service due to the size of the bar and how busy it was and got a bit annoyed when I was ignored for what appeared to be the bar maids friend who was served before me (behind in the queue). However, we will be back!

The Sunday carvery was so delicious, will definitely be making a return visit 😋

Just picked up a takeaway Sunday dinner from here. My wife is coeliac and all the Yorkshire puddings and gravy are gluten free. What a win! Their takeaway roast option is superb and run like a military operation. Thank you! We will be back.

Fantastic meal. Steak and chips for £10 and the steak was cooked to perfection and the chips were like upgraded chippy chips and they were so good. A nice little date night for a bargain price.

Always a pleasure going here. Staff are friendly and really helpful.. Food is delicious, can't fault it. If you fancy a good carvery this is the place.

Visited jollies hilltop for a family birthday Sunday lunch - my god. I have never seen such chaos and unorganisation. We arrived and greeted with attitude when waiting for our table. There was no such thing as table service, had to join the 25 minute long queue just to get a drink. I tried to give the waiter a birthday cake to serve after lunch, and greeted with lots of attitude again!! Food was delicious however the atmosphere and the chaos of the place was just so off putting. After lunch, I asked if the waitress could serve the birthday cake however once again received lots of attitude stating they were too busy. So had to serve the cake myself. I am sure if we ordered desserts, we wouldn't have been made to serve ourselves - and it takes 2 seconds to drop off a cake?? The whole table would have liked to order desserts & more drinks however the queue was never ending, out the door, and just wasn't worth it with the attitude and service we were receiving. Seems like the business can't deal with in house service & people visiting for takeaway boxes at the same time. Poor management. Food was excellent but the unpleasant & unwelcoming service was enough not to return.

Excellent value for money Sunday lunch.

Great little pub serving top notch food and drink at reasonable prices. The staff were great. Pictured is the buttermilk chicken burger with amazing chips. The steak was also excellent and cooked to perfection. Highly recommend stopping here for some food and drink

Carvery lovely but Swede and mash could be better. However most enjoyable. The Scottish lady was very helpful and courteous.

Sunday carvery The choice of veg was very good for the carvery carrots were under cooked and so was my colly cheese the rest was very good .amazing beef and roast spuds The staff were all.over the shop and took ages to do everything. . It would have been nice if some families controlled they kids to screaming for no reason other than being out of control don't make eating dinner that pleasing would come back to give it a second go

Only ever had Sunday carvery takeaway so can't fairly give 5 stars as I've never sat inside. All the team members are friendly, one woman inparticular goes out of her way to help me to the car ( haven't asked her name sorry). The food is fantastic and you can have large potions if you want which reflects the price of food. Over all a great place definatly recommend:).

Had a lovely tasty meal at Jollies , meat tender , great selection of veg . Gravy out of this world .( Nothing like pouring Gravy over you food and is tasteless ) .

Sunday lunch here is amazing and the staff are lovely. Very accommodating to our large group. Only downside is lack of parking on site but there's plenty of street parking.

The food was delicious and the staff were excellent,only one small criticism the room was a little bit cold.

Food was outstanding and great value for money. Really tasty and plenty of choice. Staff are really friendly and really good vibes here. Downside drinks are EXPENSIVE. £2.50 for practically a can of coke (330ml bottle) And £5 for a pint. Everything else is great just drinks were a tad expensive for somewhere around this area.

10/10 for food, service and staff Sunday dinner was the best, I could’ve eaten the whole lot, I will definitely be a returning customer :)

Nice staff, brilliant food, and a nice beer garden, the lime green van is a bit of an eye sore, but there are worse views I suppose.

Friendly service, Sunday dinner was OK, i like to try different places every week, if I was being completely honest can't see me going again there for dinner, as there are much better places to eat in the area.

The carvery is out of this world. I could eat the plate to be honest! Also these share boxes are something else! You must try one!

Looking for somewhere to go for a Sunday Carvery. Why don't you try Jollies at the Hill Top in Llanelli, lovely friendly staff, food is delicious, and plentiful. These people look after you. My family took me there for my 65th birthday, it wad the best birthday ever.

Lovely friendly family pub. Great carvary, with the slow cooker beef the best I've had in Wales. Nice gravy too. There's a main menu also.You can even take away a carvary. Nothings too much trouble. Highly recommended.
