Excellent pastries, sandwiches, breads and other treats. Good selection and really friendly service. Everything was fresh, tasty and affordable. I greatly recommend this place for both a savoury snack and sweet treat. Please note, that they sell to go only.

Crazy place, food lovely like usual but particularly quite cold from this Jenkins, some staff lovely but others are so cold and talk to you so bluntly and cold when you ask them questions, not sure i enjoy going here

Jenkins is a West Wales institution and has been around for over 100 years. That in itself tells you how much it is enjoyed. The staff are friendly here and the products maintain the high standards associated with the company.

This is the original Jenkins. So the historical home of this iconic range of bakery shops. You have not lived till you have had a famous Mrs Jenkins bakery item.

A lovely bakery. The new chocolate doughnut with dark cherry is the best. Great staff.

No matter which bakery I visit there is always a good selection to choose from, but it is a case of first come first served. Once somthing has run out, you're left with whatever is on display

Overall the best bakery around.. Although there are 5 to choose from it all depends which shop to go in.. Some of the staff can be rude misable and have an attitude and get orders wrong but some are great.. Always happy and friendly and will do anything for you..

My wife and I had a lovely meal here. We were looking for somewhere dog friendly and were fortunate enough to stumble on The Ship Aground where they allow dogs in the bar. They fit us in without a booking, despite being quite busy, the food was great and the staff were all very friendly and attentive. The price was also very reasonable considering how nice the food was. Would highly recommend a visit if you’re in the area. We will definitely be coming back when we are next down this way.

I recently stayed at the Whitehall Hotel in Llandovery, Wales, and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is cozy and welcoming, with friendly staff who go out of their way to make you feel at home. The rooms are comfortable and come with en-suite showers, and the breakfast is delicious. The location is perfect, right on High Street, close to Llandovery Castle and other local attractions. They offer free parking and high-speed internet, which is always a plus. The on-site restaurant serves great food, and the bar is a nice spot to relax in the evening. Overall, it’s a great place to stay if you’re visiting Llandovery. Highly recommended!
