Jolie in Kensington and Chelsea

Had an amazing Bottomless Brunch at Jolie Chelsea. Received excellent service from Cat, delicious drinks from Joshua, what might be one of the best burgers I’ve had from the chef and the DJ was spinning some tunes. Mrs and Ii had a wonderful time, we’ll defo be coming back ☺️

I don't usually write bad reviews, but we have had such a bad experience that I feel I need to warn other future customers. Don't go there! We paid a fortune for terrible service and dinner, left hungry and the music was really disappointing.

Poor quality food and vibe, lousy service. The staff was not very friendly, never smiled and only talked when asked. We felt like we were disturbing their otherwise peaceful Friday.

Where to start.. from the beginning! I booked a table for two for dinner and we ended up being seated upstairs. Which looked more of a club vibe than a restaurant ( could barely see the menu due to the darkness, loud music..) I ordered the vegan “steak” that claimed to be a beyond meat burger.. it wasn’t. It arrived without bread or chips (Yet specified on the menu). After complaining to two different people it was served 20 minutes after. With bread that I don’t call bread (I’m French) and half empty bowl of chips. Simple disaster. My friend had the “pithivier” which is a pie, it was good apart from the fact that the baking paper was still on the plate??? Real issue from the kitchen. That’s a shame. At least the waiter offered us the food which was the minimum professional gesture.

We had an absolutely incredible time at Jolie today!! The value for money is insane!! Would recommend this place one million percent!!! Our server was called Sam and he was absolutely wonderful! He provided us with an excellent service and he was just a lovely guy to talk to! If you book and end up with Sam as your server you are in for a lovely afternoon!!!! Myself and my partner visited Jolie over the weekend (Saturday eve) as we were on a weekend away in London. The place had appeared in several popular 'must visit' lists for couples, so we thought we'd give it a go! There was some initial confusion when we arrived at the restaurant that resulted in us heading up and down all the stairs to the different quirky bars in the building, only to be told by each member of staff they didn't have our names down despite booking a month in advance. A table was eventually found for us luckily, and we were seated at the side of the restaurant, and we spent the evening eating our food side by side as opposed to opposite one another-which was a fun and quirky twist! We ordered a selection of 5 plates of food, a nice tapas. The food was french and very delicious, there just wasn't very much of it. It was more like nibbles than a filling meal, and we were expecting the latter. The kitchen is open plan and we did thank the kitchen staff on our way out for the tasty food, the duck was our favourite. The cocktails and wine were all lovely, as was our waitress who was warm and friendly and made up for the initial confusion when we arrived! We like to chat to serving staff and she was certainly up for a chat too, she's a credit to you. Overall, a memorable evening in a beautiful bar.

Visited this places with two of my friends over the weekend for their bottomless brunch. On arrival we didn't feel welcomed we were kind of just pointed to the closest table to the door which looked like a really uncomfortable table with a couch and a little stool for one of the people from the group. The table was very low and uncomfortable to eat on and it was right by the door, so it was freezing. We think the whole venue was very cold on the day as pretty much everyone was in their coats which was just super uncomfortable. Food was very tasty and the prosecco was good as well. Our waiter kept on taking our plates when really it looked liked we are just catching-up and taking our time with the food, so we had to tell him three times we aren't ready while he was already reaching and picking up the plates. It's also not like we were in the venue for a long time - we left within the two hour mark. I don't think i would go back as i think there are a lot better places for brunch around the area and as I mentioned service wasn't good and venue seating and temperature weren't comfortable.

Loved It! Food was high quality, beautiful, Parisian, fun decor, a light mood. Appreciated the many vegan options, think we tried almost all of them. So tasty! Credit to the kitchen staff.

Such a fun evening with delicious cocktails and food, plus some great music to have a boogie to later on!

Really great French sharing plates - we shared about 10 plates between 4 of us which was a good amount. Didn't try the famous Cote de Boeuf so will have to go back and try it soon!

Three of us came for brunch on Saturday and had a fab time. Staff were great, so attentive and helpful. Food was delicious! Especially the chicken truffle minu sliders....wow! Thank you!

Went for my friend’s 40th because we wanted somewhere special and it didn’t disappoint! We had to move the date back because the birthday girl got Covid and the booking staff were so accommodating. When we finally got to go, the place was stunning (very instagrammable if that’s your thing!), the staff were attentive and helpful and the drinks and food was amazing. Definitely the best bottomless brunch I have had - they were not stingy with the cocktails and the cocktails were yummy. Would definitely go back again!
