I have visited the restaurant on the Christmas day, had the 5 course, the fish was half raw and i had the food poisoning. I tried to contact the customer service by email twice, but they don’t see a necessary to get back to me. The service was poor as well, brought a glass of red wine which was all liked on the outside.

Made a booking via email using the timeout offer, turned up and it was closed.

It was Christmas Day so expectations were high. We were not disappointed. Very pleasant ambience. A cheerful atmosphere without being too boisterous! Service was attentive and efficient. We chose from the Christmas Day menu and can honestly say that everything we ate was delicious and presented very well. Wine and drinks list was extensive and interesting too. The location is a little further down the Kings Road from the main 'hub' but certainly worth walking just 10 minutes further to eat there. Very pleasing decor with contemporary but comfortable layout and design.

Walking by walking my dog and two women called Charlotte and Mariam called us over. We thought it was someone we knew. We didn't. They insisted on us going inside. Charlotte wouldn't stop touching me. I told them not to give my dog treats and they gave him treats. He vomited twice outside when we left. Charlotte said her husband of 5 months was in Dubai because he punched someone and she paid 18 grand to a solicitor. She said it was because of his coke addiction. She said he beat her for give weeks but she can't get a divorce for another year because she needs an annulment from their wedding in Las Vegas. Outside I spoke to a staff member and raised my concern about her trying to spike me or my dog and that I don't like drugs. He said its Chelsea , they are all on drugs. Sad, sad rich, miserable, waste of space, trivial superficial people with Fish lips. It looks a mess. If you naturally have big looks it looks fine. But both or filler or whatever they use looks terrible. Can the customers leave the vulnerable locals walking their dog. I don't want anything to do with Charlotte the coke head or her stroking my arm or giving my dog treats when I've told her not to.. I don't want to hear about her marriages. These pathetic shallow rich soulless people need to mind their own business. We don't want your lives. Latimer Road is nicer than Chelsea. Rich or poor , they are savvy and polite enough to work out who are into the same things as them and not intetefe where they are not wanted. Im a trainee solicitor and teacher not one of these coke head drunken money seeking horsey crowd. Please keep your customers away from the locals. I don't go to any of your pubs locally. This woman and your customers have no manners. Why is this strange woman telling me all about some husband? If I was into women, I would go for a natural lookin one not a drunken coke head with a plastic face and a bad attitude.

Had a good Christmas Day dinner. Food was tasty but not presented well, atmosphere was really good and waiting staff great. Only negatives, forgot to take deposit off our bill and the dinner was served in a pasta bowl would have looked more appetising on a standard dinner plate. Good job

Wine we wanted was out of stock. We had to go for a second best. A main dish was brought to one of the persons as a starter and the waiter argued this was requested. Food very avarage. Generally left the restaurant with an unpleasant after taste

New lunch menu. Pumpkin tortellini were flavorless. Needs a sauce or cheese or something. Everything else was delicious. Service charming. Do recommend.

Love this place, often pop in for a meal. I love the way they change the menu, and there is always something to share. Everything is delicious. The staff are always friendly, and the service is very good. The sommelier loves to recommend a wine, great vibe and location.

Booked a table for a late lunch using the Fork restaurant booking app which gave me 50% off the food on the a la carte menu which was a great offer. The restaurant was quite but then I guess it was late afternoon and by the time I left the restaurant was filling up and had a great buzzy atmosphere. The menu had a good choice of food which was served by very friendly and attentative staff. Cocktails were amazing and the Rosa wine was chilled and went down a treat with the meal perfectly. All in all a great restaurant and worth a vist especially if you have an offer on the app or the offer that is advertised outside.

GREAT RESTAURANT!! We had a lovely celebration of our anniversary here. Everything was great. Great wine, super delicious food and great presentation of food (like what you expect from a French restaurant). Staff are so friendly and they check-in with you to make sure you are well-served. We loved the atmosphere, so fancy and romantic. Highly recommend it ☺️

Quiet but it was a Tuesday night. Delicious food and excellent service. Limited menu but everything we chose was brilliantly presented and we made great choices.

I went here for my partners birthday back in August and we were served by Daniel who was absolutely lovely. They were out of something we wanted to order and he dealt with it seamlessly. Thanks 28-50 for making it a brilliant celebration!

We had very hight expectations from this place. The wine was great, only the food was bland. The stak was good, not great. Everything needed salt, and this was comming not only from me. But after pimch of salt it was good. Clams were great though, even not all of them were open on my plate, which means it was dead before cooking and should be discarted.

Good selection of dishes for the lunch menu and fairly quick service. I went in the summer and particularly enjoyed the salad for starters. Very good price for the lunch menu which includes a glass of wine.

My parents and I had the loveliest lunch here. Food was incredible (the set menu is insanely good value). We were served by Shakira, who was the best host - super kind, considerate and attentive. Will 100% come back!

Went on Thursday after 3pm for the September Oyster and wine offer,the person told me it's only available for Friday to Sunday, so l believe him and order something from the menu, after l ordered, l checked their website, the offer is available every day, when l confronted the waiter,He told me the offer already finished. The information is a bit inconsistent .

Fantastic in every way, and that’s a rare accolade these days! A warm welcome, able to choose our preferred table, first class service throughout, excellent food and really delicious wine! Nice vibe, honestly couldn’t fault the place. Too notch!! Hope to return and planning to try some of the other branches too!

28-50 is a great place...located on Kings Road, close to Chelsea Football Club, London. Great food. Amazing moist plus tasty burgers plus Most succulent chicken dishes. Great service - Shakira has a great personality, sense of humour plus throughly enjoys looking after 28-50 customers.....which should encourage repeat business plus profits. Keep it up.....ALL at 28-50.

It’s right behind our friend’s house in Chelsea. Have been seeing it for years but this time decided to try it. The chef was kind enough to make a chicken burger (don’t eat beef). Great burger. The wine selection by the glass is exceptional and has a small serving size- enough to keep on trying and affordable too. Had 4. Steven the manager/person attending was super helpful and patient. Excellent place.

Delicious food. Best I’ve had in a while. Super friendly and knowledgable staff

Restaurant is cute and cozy with fresh flowers on the table. We started with the Saffron Rissotto which was underdone and way to hard for our liking (However, that is the intention of the dish. The flavour was there, just too hard of a texture for us personally). Eve is a great host who accommodated an appetizer swap to the Cured Salmon Dish. The Sea Bass was massive, crisp skin, moist texture, and the charmoula was delicious. Worth a stop for the entrees, 28-50 has been in operation for approx. 2 years now .

Fantastic bar. Popped in for one drink and ended up spending about 7 hours here! The staff were excellent and couldn’t have been more accommodating. Will definitely be back next time I’m in town. Special thanks to Steven and Ram (sorry, probably spelt wrong!).

We held our post wedding dinner and we couldn’t be more satisfied with the result. The team was lovely and they let us decorate the place as we saw fit and they had beautifully set up the room for our celebration. Food was impeccable and top quality. Service was amazing and personable. Also they do carefully cater for people with food allergies. Thank you once again! 🙏🏼

This restaurant was highly recommended and it did not disappoint us . We had The garden sharing platter , fries and croquettes for stater , we enjoyed the variety and unique flavours, The presentation and plating was a piece of art and a feast for the eyes . The staff are friendly and they are constantly available to make sure that your are comfortable and this made our dining experience vey special, Radu was extremely attentive and helpful , he gave us lots of advice ,made adjustments and catered to dietary needs . He spent time discussing the menu with us that further improved our experience, He is exceptional , experienced and patient and provides outstanding customer service and I wish there were more servers that had this passion to please and took great pride in their service,

Rib eye steak was nothing incredible considering price, as well as the pigs in blankets which weren’t generous in portion size. But the beef shortrib was delicious - definitely would go back just for that! Sticky toffee pudding was fine, we also got a bottle of the Montepulciano which we had mixed feelings about!

Good food as usual, you should be open longer when there at 23:15, 4 couples arriving one after the other was refused to be served cause of 23:30 closure ? Can’t u be open for drinks longer ?

I booked the restaurant because of the 50% discount offer and because it is a dog friendly restaurant. My family and I ordered the Ribeye steaks, trout and mussels. All of which was nicely cooked, but the trout was very small. Other than a piece of steak and chips being on the plate, I felt it was somewhat bare and could have benefited from perhaps roasted tomato or a mushroom on the side! We also had 3 chocolate torte's and a cheese cake. The cheese cake was nice but the pasty case of the torte was rock hard and filling was very runny/unset which made it difficult to eat. The waitress also dropped some of the contents of my mussel sauce on the floor and over my husband, and all she said was sorry, mopped the floor and felt it at that. I silently indicated to my husband not to make a fuss, but actually she should have been more attentive and made some compensation towards the error by perhaps offering another drink on the house or a coffee! It wasn't as if we were drinking alcohol , we were drinking sparkling water!! She simply ignored the fact that my husbands head, face and jumper now smelt of garlic!

Went to try out this restaurant as it was 50% off on The Fork. Terrible idea. We ordered the trout and the beef rib as mains and skinny fries and pigs in blankets as sides. The trout was not of good quality and felt extremely fishy. The beef was better than the trout but was a bit over cooked and under seasoned. The sides were great, especially the pigs in blankets. Service was ok, was a bit difficult to get anyone’s attention as restaurant was quite busy. If you don’t mind a so-so lunch while it’s half off, go for the restaurant. At full price? Avoid as it is not worth it at all.

We have dined in many other restaurants in Chelsea and Knightsbridge when we visit London but this is one of our favourites. They offer truly top quality ingredients - The steaks are some of the best we have tasted anywhere and the prices very reasonable for Chelsea. The staff try hard to make the experience enjoyable and succeed! We were back in London for 3 days this week and visited this restaurant for a lunch and a few days later for dinner. Both were excellent. Five stars all round!!!

We held a dinner for 13 in the private dining room: everything was wonderful. The wines suggested were beautiful, the canapes were outstanding, the food was delicious and the service was immaculate. Nothing was too much trouble, even dealing with rather complex dietary requirements. The evening was a huge success - thank you!

Awesome cocktails. Shakira the bartender made the best Pornstar cocktails that I’ve ever had. Her customer service skills, professionalism and knowledge of making cocktails exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend and will definitely return on my next visit to the UK. Thanks Shakira!

Had what was - on its face at least - a "fancy" dinner here. Food was discouragingly average for the upmarket prices on the menu. Dry, stringy chicken main as the centrepiece of the beigest plate of food ever served. Also had garlic prawn appetisers, caesar salad, bread and uninspired dessert. Ambience was nice which is the least you would hope for at these prices. Got VERY SICK from the meal. Really very, very unwell. It then took weeks for the restaurant to respond to my messages to them. They fobbed me off on a third party who investigated the incident and found no other complaints from that sitting (great!) but couldn't be certain the cause (clue: the dinner that strafed the loo all night long from both ends) without me providing a stool sample. Can you imagine? I'll remember for next time. Have not heard a peep from the restaurant since. Jennifer won't answer my emails. Hi Jennifer! When someone craps and pukes all goddam night because of the bland food you served them, it's just good business to offer them a free creme brulee or some fricking thing. Otherwise they come on TripAdvisor and tell everyone. So bring your fat wallet and very low expectations. You are guaranteed to overspend on an eye-wateringly average meal. Ignore the warning at your own risk... I'd give it a miss - I wouldn't wish the experience I had on anyone else.

Expensive bland offering. Completely chaotic service. So much better value available elsewhere. Strictly for those who'll pay fine dining prices for a Harvester meal. Avoid.

The service, ambience and quality of food was impeccable. 2850 Chelsea is a warm candlelit restaurant that's the perfect size for a date night or to meet up with a friend. Although it's on the busy King's Road high street it definitely still has that favorite local neighborhood restaurant feel. Our server, Ram, was excellent. He was so pleasant, on-the-ball and helped us make our choices. As for the food...10/10. I had the steak fillet and Ram kindly switched out the thick chips for an amazing baby potato dish. I paired it with a Shirley Temple mocktail. My friend had the salmon starter with 2 sides (chard salad and skinny fries). The potatoe and cheese croquettes were the perfect starter... delicious but light enough to leave space for the main. The Rhubarb crumble dessert was a lovley hot and sweet ending. Please just go and then you'll thank me later. 💕

We enjoyed a lovely meal at 28-50 Chelsea who accommodated us after the Kensington venue had to close. Meals were great and well cooked, staff lovely and friendly and cost was reasonable. The only negative was that we had to wait a while for service, but the food came out quickly once we ordered. Would go back again.

Really lovely place, we were moved from South Kensington to Chelsea branch and it did not dissapoint.With a lovely mid week discount as well. Really chilled setting , well presented dishes and quality wines 🍷

I attended for a work dinner recently. I ordered the passion fruit alcohol-free cocktail and it was delicious, bursting with flavour and very more-ish. It was also nicely presented. For mains I had the 28 day aged rib eye steak medium - it was cooked absolutely to perfection and the richness in flavour and light smokiness was such that I wanted to shove the whole thing in my mouth in one go. It was well rested which meant that it was not swimming in its juices. The chips served with the steak were chunky and crispy on the outside but light and fluffy on the inside. The Swiss chard was very fresh and beautifully seasoned. I would absolutely visit this restaurant again based on this experience.

Attended brunch here, good menu options. 3 items starter, main, dessert and beverage for just £41. Atmosphere was fair no botanical plants etc lol. Had egg Benedict then salmon. Oh yes they allow pets I.e dogs .

Great service, and the food was excellent.

We reserved a table. After a 15 minute wait at the bar we were finally seated. Then after another 30 minutes of waiting to be served, we left. If you fancy waiting and never being served, this is the place for you. Excessively expensive for the poor level of service. Won't return.

We went there for the Christmas day dinner. Our reservation was at a different restaurant but they couldn’t seat us and long story short, we were transferred to this place. They covered the transfer fee which was really nice. The restaurant was really nicely decorated and designed. We preferred to go with the 5 course meal option. Main dish and the dessert were just so delicious! However, it didn’t feel like a 5 course meal comparing it to the pricing. Not every “dish” was equally designed (prawn cracker with not really good roes, a plate of just smoked salmon and a slice of blue cheese were 3 of the dishes). End result was pretty high 💸🥹 however, other than this (pricing and the performance of every single dish) it was a lovely night!

Went with family and partners to treat Mum for her birthday. We ordered two of the garden platters and a prawn cocktail to start. Garden platters were ok but the prawn cocktail was awful. Prawn Marie sauce seemed shop bought and it was all slapped...

This was unfortunately the worst meal I've had in a long time. It took 2 hours for an eggs royal and a burger to arrive, food was cold and poor quality. Toilets looked like they hadn't been cleaned in days, awful smell with tissues overflowing from the bins. Overpriced and poor service.

Completely disorganised, food takes forever then arrives cold so they put it back in the microwave and by doing that gets soggy, gluten-free bread ordered then they don’t have any - seems like the staff was all over the place, kitchen didn’t cope and so many people complained amongst the guests. Would not go there again - sad Christmas lunch - guests talking to each other what a - I quote “disaster” their lunch was.

We were welcomed nicely with a warm smile, but the food was really disappointing, we ordered Caesar salad as starter which was a disaster, just 6 lettuce leaves with a couple of chicken slices with tiny tiny amount of sauce that you can hardly taste ( and guess what , it costs £16 ) The main was the biggest disappointment of the night, I was looking for a tasty French Bouillabaisse , but I got something that taste nothing related to sea food really, and the 2 prawns in the plate weren’t even fresh ( to be fair the 3 mussels were okish) The other main course was: Ribeye Steak, not cooked well, meat quality is not great ( although it’s expensive) but chips was good This was the first time to dine in that place ( which has nice vibe with cool music , but not a tasty food at all ) and definitely would be the last time

A brasserie style establishment, can get quite busy. Food menu is not complex nor extensive.

Great night here last night - really good wine list, good food and staff were excellent!

Excellent service 5/5. Pleasant atmosphere 4/5. The kitchen is not at the same level 2/5. Food is okay for a simpler and less fine restaurant. It is not bad but it is not good value for money. Bad note: I have ordered Fettuccine (in the menu) and I have received Spaghetti without any notice. That's quite disappointing.

The food was really good but the service was really bad. They brought us the check when we did not ask for it. There was a new guy as a waiter which was really kind and polite, but the Italian guy was really rude and impolite. I’m not going to come back cause he made us feel really out of place.

Very decent restaurant with good quality food. Slightly pricy if not used with the Fork discount. So highly recommend to book through the Fork. Nice interior and good choice of wine also. The seafood linguine was slightly disappointing for me as it was a tad too sweet. It's personal preference though. 4 stars
