Very young staff are very friendly and helpful, and of course, Joe's ice cream is unbeatable.

It's hard to be Welsh and not love a Joe's ice cream. It's definitely one of my favourite vanilla ice creams and tend not to go for any other flavours as feel if you want flavoured ice creams there are lots of options around Swansea. It's always busy but staff do their very best to serve quickly. A few smiles wouldn't go a miss though.

Scrumptious ice cream. Bought several tubs to take home in England. Real shame there's no Joe's ice cream in England but is an excuse to travel across the Cchannel.

Great ice cream but no seats and toilets. Everyone eats outside in their cars!

An absolute wonderful ice cream for decades! They also have all their flavors marked very well for vegan/allergens. Mango and Blackcurrant vegan flavors available during our visit. Parking lot was busy, as was the store, but was able to get in and out quickly, even on a warm summer day.

Parking can be challenging and the queues are often long. The staff are polite and helpful, but the high volume of customers and orders can sometimes lead to confusion, resulting in occasional repetition or minor mistakes. The store is takeaway only.

Not sure what all the fuss is about. The ice-cream is nothing special and the vanilla tastes powdery.

I've been all around the world and Joe's Ice-cream is the best I've ever had. Don't ruin it with too many flavours, plain Joe's with choc sprinkles and you're in heaven.

Joe's Ice-cream is obviously loved by a lot of people but I think it needs a bigger parking area and maybe more staff, qued to park and when finally found a spot the que to be served was out the door and down past the other shops in the area, was way to hot out to wait in the que.

Homemade ice cream made in Swansea, if you haven't experienced Joe's it's a must. Creamy ice cream on a warm day mmmmmm

Quite an interesting place Women working hard with a queue out the door; the men stood around talking. Wait wasn't too long, but it could have been quicker. That said, Joe's is the best ice cream in the world. So, I'd wait a hundred years for it!

Loads of people love Joe's. Only problem there is not enough parking for all of the business there.

Seeming I asked for chocolate sprinkles and sauce I had 4 bits of nut in it. Not a very good service if someone has nut allergies, very poor

As a life long eater of this ice cream it’s the best I’ve ever tasted Thankfully Joes have 5 outlets as well as numerous shops that sell this superb ice cream My all time favourite is the strawberry marshmallow sundae numerous other flavours are available as well as toppings This award winning ice cream has been in Swansea for over 100 years and now has 3 shops in Swansea as well as Llanelli and even in Cardiff The ice cream I had in this photo is a new edition to the menu A blueberry crumble flavour with lashings of ice cream

Spent over £25 one purchase being the largest tub asked for loose wafers and was given 2 . You would think that when you spend that much they would give you at least 6 wafers. The worst one for doing this is St. Helens Road

I visit St Helens Joe's regularly as can be seen on my bank (3× week) as my partner is obsessed with the ice-cream and each visit we spend over £20. On this occasion I visited the Llansamlet one due to being in the area and found that their items are different prices and descriptions from the other branch! When I asked why they menu is different and more expensive the girl looked at me stupid. We ordered a special Sunday and 2 small thermal containers, then had to pay for toppings and when I asked for the wafers that I normally receive, the girl advised we do not get them! Considering you give them out for all ice-creams regardless of price and I just paid a lot on a single visit I was disappointed with the lack of service provided. The product quality is amazing can't beat a joes ice-cream shame about the inconsistencies in menu and prices. Plus the lack of customer care, I shall not be returning to this store again.

Had 2 sundaes here and they were horrible. They tasted like plastic which is unusual because we love Joe's normally. My sister who was with me at the time goes almost every week. When we raised this with a member of staff and he made brand new sundaes without a question. Opened new products etc. But the second batch tasted the same. When we asked for a refund, the manager spoke to my sister like she was a liar. She spoke with accusation and defensiveness saying "what do you mean it tastes plasticy? We all had one at lunch and none of us think that" Ultimately, it doesn't matter what the staff thinks, if a customer has bought a product they are not happy with, they are entitled to a refund. A week later we drove by without getting one. Sure, the ice cream may have been a one off, but the poor customer service from the manager tasted worse than the off ice cream. I won't go again

If you don't go to Joe's, heaven you really been to Wales. Been my favourite since I was a kid 40yrs on and every visit feels like the first

I grew up with Joe's Ice Cream and always make sure to come here when I visit Swansea.

What can I say, a smooth and fluffy ice cream that us full in flavor. Such a perfect way to end your day in Swansea and chill with a cold treat in a cold rainy weather. Loved it!

This is clearly a very popular place in the area, but the quality of the ice cream explains why. The Turkish delight tasted just like Fry's while the vanilla is creamy and not overpowering.

Since a child I've always loved Joe's. The best Ice Cream in the world!!! This Parlour is always so clean and welcoming. Was served by a very friendly, knowledgeable member of staff, Daisy. All the staff here are always so friendly and welcoming.
