Joe & The Juice in Kensington and Chelsea

DO NOT GO HERE AT ANY COST! We were very excited to try this but we were hugely ripped-off. The staff were rude and unfriendly, the tables were so dirty, the bins were overflowing, the toasties were cold and the tea was rank! Never coming here EVER again!

Total joke of a coffee shop. Don’t bother to waste your time. Went to the one near Zara just off Oxford st. Waited 20 minutes for a sandwich and coffee. Then it tasted crap. This ‘chain’ used to be really good. Great staff, good quality coffee and now it’s all gone rubbish. Staff don’t give a s—t and could it care less. The guys that set this up should be ashamed. But I suppose they just sold out so don’t give a crap. I remember one of the first ones off Oxford Circus was the best place to go. Now they have just got greedy and used too much socials to get more business and that has made them just a rubbish place to go for decent coffee or juice.

This place is so overpriced for what you get it really is shameful. 7.70 for a juice drink with three fruits. It's disgusting. Alongside the price is the wait for your drink and I eventually went back and asked them to refund my order as my drink was not even started.. Uber eats people were being given their orders and staff was overwhelmed. This is the Rathbone Place off Tottenham Court Road location. My coworkers warned me that Joe's is rip off and now I know as does our entire office and student body. Do something about the costs and your service.

Poor service and staff think their time is too precious (8:30am hardly any customers at shop). Sandwich not hot enough and delays in service. Staff arrogant and they they own the shop and have no time for customer service. Need better management.

Been to the location in Bond Street two weeks ago where the service was not only crap with miserable unfriendly staff but I also got charged twice because the guy said it hadn’t gone through when actually it did! After I checked I went back to get a refund and was assured it had gone through. That refund actually never went through and I made a complaint on the same day two weeks ago to customer services and I am still waiting for a reply. I’ve made complain by email and on the app and nothing!!!!! Disgusting service and I will be making sure to spread the word to not waste your money at joe and the juice!!!

Terrible!!! Dirty - indifferent, really rude staff - and worst of all after ordering multiple items I asked for a cup of hot water. I was struck by a smell of mould - which was coming from the water. I took it back - was told that it couldn’t possibly smell of mould ( ie myself and the other two I was with who all smelt the same thing - were delusional.)as they change their filters regularly. They begrudgingly replaced it with the exact same thing a cup of steamy mould smelling yellow water. We walked out having wasted money on drinks we now couldn’t drink - and exceptionally rude treatment. This was handled by the only male on the staff at 11. Am 27/04 and I really wonder how Joe and the Juice could allow for such low hygiene standards - such indifferent- rude staff and to loose loyal customers.

They always forget the muffin. Careless and uninterested staff They take advantage and take your money without giving you what you ordered

It’s got great food and really friendly staff but the music is so loud! Not friendly to neurodivergent customers at all or children! We don’t need the music that loud please it makes me think twice before I go in!

Horrible coffee shops at Battersea power station ,shop was dirty and staff were rude and very unhelpful , coffee was luke warm , I won’t use chain again

I have ordered acai bowl with extra peanut butter and Serrano sandwich , they sent with no peanut butter and no sandwich, is not the first time this happens with my order in joe the juice. I made the complain in Deliveroo about the peanut butter first and when I try to make another about the sandwich they didn’t allow me to be refunded, second time this happened. I have to order another sandwich and I am charged 38 pounds for a breakfast this morning ! You made my day ta terrible start. Thank you

Went to joe and the juice in Kensington. Ordered two juices and took around 10 mins for them to make it while it. In addition the staff just have this superiority complex of them thinking that they’re better than you. Judging by the majority of reviews you may have to rethink who you hire in future. Please don’t bother replying saying you’re sorry and come back again. I’m doing you a favour by not typing it because you guys must have hand cramp by now.

Ridiculous offensive music played extremely loud. Staff openly rude. There is a picture of a man with two middle fingers raised on the wall. This is a pretty good representation of the place — both idiotic and offensive. Coffee quite good lol

This is a good place for social reprobates, criminals and juvenile delinquents. If you have even a modicum of class then avoid at all costs. You've been warned.

I come here a lot, it’s on route to my gym and I love a good juice. The juice is lovely and the decor/music is my vibe too - it’s just a shame it’s all ruined by rude staff. Every single time I go there it’s the same. Long wait to be served while they chat and joke, finish what they are doing before even acknowledging that you are there. No eye contact and talking to you like you are a nuisance. There’s is one young man who is good, he actually looks like he wants to work there, unfortunately I don’t know his name - the rest ruin it.

Stopped here for some breakfast, the porridge was average but the smoothie and tea was great. The staff were good but they are mainly driven by app orders which can take over customers in the shop. It’s a shame but the way most things are now.

Visited on the 28 Feb 2021. Place looked nice and the interior was cool. As we’re currently in covid restrictions I opted for a takeout juice. Firstly I asked if they did orange juice and was told plainly “no we don’t have oranges” it was as if I’d insulted him, without being offered any alternatives I looked at the menu and chose something else. I paid for the drink but to my surprise I was told to wait outside when there was ample space inside to wait for the takeout (I was wearing a mask and there is ample well ventilated waiting space). So I walked outside only to have my name screamed from within the juice bar over loud music twice. This isn’t the kind of experience or service one would expect when forking out over 5 pounds for a juice.

Even if you’re sitting-in you have to order through their app. Why? There’s literally a member of staff stood behind the counter not doing anything, I’m sure they’re perfectly capable of taking an order the old-fashioned way rather than waiting for us to download the app, get it to work (it crashes a lot), and then order. I genuinely can’t see the advantage of making customers order in this way except to send us third-party marketing materials.

I love joe and the juice but today I had a VERY heartwarming experience! A very special thank you to Mohammed made this visit very special.

Good quality of coffee but the order takes so long to be served and the staff at times get distracted with conversation between themselves. Loud music and it is quite a small space which can easily get cramped.
