Joe & The Juice in City of London, Westminster

I ordered a very expensive coconut milk shake with banana and raspberry but could not taste any banana at all. It was a bit and tasteless overall. Not sure if they forgot the banana but they call it energy shake? It gave me disgust shivers. u Not worth going!!!!

Took my son yesterday and although it wasn’t very busy the service was A- slow and B- sooooo rude! We stood at the counter waiting for 5 mins before he even acknowledged us standing there before he took our order!!! But the worst bit was the loo.... talk about filthy! I doubt the floor has ever seen a mop and the sink is so full of limescale... paying £6 for a cup of juice you’d think they could afford to pay a cleaner!!!!!

I liked the idea of this juice bar, seemingly fresh ingredients, comfy seating, and good drink selection. However, the guy serving didn’t manage a smile the whole time I was there and unfortunately the toilets looked as if they’d never been cleaned! There was soap just about, but no tissue or a working hand dryer and it was just filthy. If I hadn’t already eaten, I wouldn’t have stayed there as it made me wonder about the general hygiene.

sadly despite the sandwiches here being delicious, it was so slow and the staff were rude. we asked whether our sandwiches were almost ready after ten minutes of waiting, only to get a half-warm one, and one with an ingredient missing. We were then told the ingredient was missing because we had rushed them. Bit disappointing.

Used to be brilliant but not enough staff - service is so slow. I have regularly been buying my morning coffee at the Watling Street or Cannon Street branches but will stop doing so going forward because of the slow and rude service. It took me 20 minutes to get a flat white this morning, and when I asked for a refund I was told the machine isn't able to provide one. This has been happening for the past couple of months - something in the organisation has changed. Disappointing as the coffee is great, but not worth the agro.

Tasty sandwiches & good juices. The customer service was so good and the guy helped us was so friendly. Prices are good to.

Ok juices, but terrible terrible customer service - slow to serve (even when completely empty), no verbal engagement - just stare at you expecting you to give your order and then just point down at the payment machine to indicate how much to pay! Will not be visiting again!

Stopped by here craving for a cold drink on a hot summer day. Menu is extensive with lots of different combination of juices. There was only one customer ahead of me however my juice wasn’t ready until 10 mins later. Nothing special about the juice.

Just knowing what will be in u my juice u wont think it will make a good taste but it does, nice creative juices and liked it

Everything was great! People behind cash were hipster and nice! Cool vibe and healthy we enjoyed it a lot

Just added a photo for your venue as it had no picture. First time visit and your juices are superb! It was a flying visit but the atmosphere was great with some kicking music. I like the way the shop is set out with the nice orange lighting and the location is prefect, which is only s few mins across from the new Bloomberg HQ.

Super jus de fruits frais mixer en direct Bon café et cappuccino. Tres bon accueil. Cadre sympa. Bonne musique.
