Went here today for lunch and had a fantastic full English and iced coffee, they have a little area full of toys and bits for young kids too to keep them occupied so you can actually enjoy your coffee. Will definitely visit again next time im in Hereford. :)

Food crammed into small box, food looked like it had been thrown in! Bacon covered in a white foamy layer which was so so salty, eggs both so overcooked and hard, soggy hash browns, sausages were stodgy and tasteless, black pudding was so soft it was spreadable :( waste of £12.50!

Nice staff, friendly atmosphere but was a little haphazard. Food was a little cold and overcooked. Wasn't bad but didn't seem to be much more than reheated probably defrosted.. I think what was most disappointing was how much they charged for the food. Food has to live up to its price tag. I would be inclined to rate it higher if it didn't have to justify its price tag so much. Take for instance the signature dawg, this is a sub £10 dish that cost £14 yet frozen fries slightly cold and basic processed Frankfurt, in what I suspect was tinned chilli. Sauce was basically a mixing of off the self sauces. All understandable in achieving a sub £10 dish, but not a £14 dish. Portion sizes didn't make up for it either, quite small. Then instead of using ceramic plates or bowls capable of absorbing heat under a lamp and keeping food warm they survived food a glossed baking dishs. These things dissipate heat quickly meaning you're serving cold food by the time it reaches the table. Finally it wasn't obvious when you walk in if you can order at the table like a dinner or at the bar like well a bar. That was the other thing, when charging over £12 a plate dishes it's customary to provide table service. It's fine for sub £10 dishes to offer orders at the bar style service. Also confusingly the place claims to be a dinner, American dinners have very table service. Basically the place lacks a professionalism and understanding of catering business, lacking also a appreciation of cost to food quality ratio. Gives the impression of confusion by its ill mixed approaches. Once again the staff seemed friendly which is a saving grace.

Time for a real review. This place is very trendy and does a lot, possibly too much! Breakfast all day, vegan breakfasts, dog treats, ice creams, smoothies cakes, cocktails you name it. Staff are very friendly and welcoming. Dog friendly and plenty of seating both inside and out. Lovely kids play area and lots of space. I tried the breakfast wrap which was fantastic. Kids had dirty dogs and finished with smoothies and milkshakes, all very good! Prices are very reasonable and you order at the bar!

Had an amazing time tonight with our cub pack. The staff were really friendly and helpful and the cubs really enjoyed making biscuits. We enjoyed the cake too!

I recently celebrated my daughter’s christening here and it was absolutely perfect. Nothing was too much. The food was amazing, all the guests commented on the look of it and the variety and taste. The location was perfect, The sun was shining and the outside area was just right and plenty big enough. The service and staff were also fab, so helpful and even took some pictures of us all!

Put no tomatoes as can’t have them and they put it on the food they was squashed into the rest of the food.making both meals uneaten

Unfortunately I have nothing to review as nothing turned up. Really disappointed waited over an hour for nothing to turn up and say it was delivered. I don’t know if this is a restaurant issue or delivery issue but really disappointed

The place itself is lovely, decor wise. Prices high for what they are serving, had a cheese & ham panini and it come with plastic cheese in. We had a group booking of 12 people which we pre ordered for. They still managed to get it wrong. Generally the food was ok, nothing special. Also payed a deposit which you got taken off your food, but unfortunately was overcharged by a few £££. Really wanted to like the place, but it’s so hard to when they mess up the order that’s pre ordered by us & we was the only ones there. Pros- they was nice enough to stay open extra so we could have a get together for my daughters birthday.

Nice little place to go, especially with little ones as they have a play area. The food was fine. Cakes looked lovely, although we didn't try them.

The amount given isn't very generous. Although it states 'cake of the day', we all would have preferred a fruit-based one. Although the portions were small, we had to pay £22 for 3 desserts because of the delivery charge of £1.49 and the surcharge on top. Packaging varied. Waffles were nice, but it advertised them as being white chocolate and strawberry. I had milk chocolate sauce and milk chocolate chips, white sauce, Which was not written in the description. The waffles were very sweet.

Very greasy and overpriced, burgers were cold, corn dogs were under cooked and full of dry flour inside so we ended up cooking instead won’t be ordering again

Held my event here. Fantastic atmosphere, very helpful staffs, delicious food. Especially Karen and Stephen made a special effort to make my event run very smoothly. I would recommend this place not only as a event venue but also as a very nice place to grab some delicious food.

Amercan Stack breakfast was lovely, perfectly cooked, a real treat. Delivered hot, in good time. Polite driver.

The burgers tasted a bit bland, the buns were nice. The fries were good. The churros were quite soft and spongy, almost undercooked. Our order came to almost £50, and unfortunately I don’t feel this reflected the quality and quantity of food that was provided. Delivery was quick.

Driver left the restaurant with only half my order and fair play restaurant was straight on the phone to me and brought me the rest of my order straight away

Had my hen night here. The staff were so lovely and helpful. Room was decorated beautifully...music was our choice and the grazing platter was amazing!! So much choice for everyone. The houmous is best I've ever had and can't wait to return. Thanks zara

Ordered through uber eats... nothing turned up, happy to take the money and then don't answer the phone, can't rate the food as nothing turned up so a big fat zero for that as well, careful folks, big money for a hotdog and nothing arrives, let's see how long this post stays up

Really lovely little Cafe. Beautifully decorated and very family friendly with a good kids menu and a play area. Very friendly and welcoming staff and delicious food. Highly recommend!!

Dirtiest place I have visited in a very long time, staff standing around while floors covered in cake etc, spilled drinks everywhere and sticky tables. We were given dirty glasses, one with lipstick mark and the other with dust and dirt in the bottom. Such a shame.

Went to collect my order, and the sign said it was closed but luckily was able to walk in. I had a notification saying it was ready for quarter past 7. I had to wait around in the restraunt for 15/ 20 minutes, with no ignoligment from staff. Overall, the food was very nice , but I had to reheat when I got home as it was cold.

Food cold on arrival and needed microwaving.Driver did not come to front door, they were a couple, they phoned twice but we couldn’t hear them as poor phone signal. My son had to go out and look for them.

Awful, milshake tasted of just milk with some cream for 5 pound which is ridiculous,the cookie was dryer than Gandhi’s flip flop and cold. Wouldn’t have been so bad if you didn’t forget the cream

We love JJ's. All the staff are always welcoming, friendly, courteous, and attentive. The food is some of the best in Hereford. Also, the vegan range here goes far beyond anywhere else. This is somewhere we highly recommend, and its a great place for kids, too - with a small indoor free play area.

The food is out of this world. The service was good. It’s not a cheap meal, too feed a family with out dessert was £46 but as a once in a while treat it is totally worth it. High quality ingredients cooked to perfection. You get what you pay for. Will definitely buy again

Bit over priced for what you get food was average

Visited here recently with my daughter during her lunch break. What a lovely place. Food and milkshakes were really nice and it was a delight to see that they catered for parents with younger children.

Amazing food, big portions and piping hot on arrival. Have ordered from here a few times but tonight's was extra nice with what felt like massive helpings of sauce and jalapeños. Fantastic all around

Lovely food can't wait to order again

This was unfortunately the worst order I've had yet, hugely undercooked fries (quite a common issue) and lumpy instant gravy on the poutine unlike the authentic gravy from previous orders. I'm pretty easy to please but I'd have returned the meal if at a restaurant. Overall I've found consistency can be patchy at times, hopefully the quality control picks up moving forward because I'm a big fan of JJ and Little Dots generally and have recommended it to several people.

Without a doubt, the best breakfast bap I have ever had. Lovely cheerful place. Fast and friendly service. Great selection of food and drinks, with plenty of vegan options. Lovely coffee! 10/10, would highly recommend.

I wouldn't say it was the best ice cream dessert I have had in a while.. It was a little sickly for me. However, it was a very warm day, so almost all of ours was melted including the chocolate eclair.. Mostly tasted of biscuit and syrup. I think I may have to ask for a little less syrup next time. Perhaps. And hopefully it'll be to my taste. I'm unsure if its soft scoop as it was more like a cream texture when it arrived. So will try again on a cooler day. Perhaps.

I've ordered the Burger before which I found very dry but this time I ordered the hot dawg with chilli but unfortunately because of how the dawg was placed in the box at the back alot of the chilli seeped out the little hole but what was left in box was very tasty .

JJ's and Little dots is phenomenal, the food is amazing the coffee is amazing the play area is amazing the staff are all amazing I couldn't recommend this stop any higher. Individual props go to Charlotte (sorry if I've spelt your name wrong) but she is absolutely amazing with our daughter every time we go in. So helpful and just an amazing place. Thank you.

Delivery , the food was messed up spoiled it for us either it was squashed or drive to fast 😥

Tried to go here today, it looked really nice but is tiny and there was no space for us so we just got ice cream for the kids and left. If you want to go then book in advance cos apparently they're "really busy on Sundays", which we were told like we should have known, not that it says that anywhere on their website. A shame cos all the food did look really good.

Love JJ and Little Dots, the food has been perfect every time, super fast delivery and the prices are decent too. Special shout out to the Poutine as well, very few places do it the right way and use proper cheese curds but this place nails it.

What can I say - hot dogs to absolutely die for! Vegan ice-cream sundae so good I couldn't manage it all (fantastic vegan cheesecake too)! Plus my granddaughter was happy playing in the play area all the time, lovely place and great people.
