We live close to Jingers. They took care of us through the covid months - by that I mean, we didn’t want to lose a local hot-spot & they home delivered, to keep their business alive. We use them often, for cakes, afternoon teas, Halloween, Easter….you name it, we’re there!! Jane is a superstar!! On 1st April, Jane was in charge of the special cake for my husband’s 50th. It’s now had over 1,300 comments & likes on Facebook! I had these two special birthday delights made. Jingers will never disappoint!! 👌🏼💕🍰

Ordered a birthday cake for my nieces 21st - it was absolutely stunning & tasted delicious- this is the 3rd birthday cake we’ve ordered from Jingers - all brilliant. So helpful during the order process & cakes always ready on time - good value for money too!

Ordered an afternoon tea package for 2 to be delivered at my friends place who stays locally to this superb bakery/sandwich bar - What a first class service, it was so easy to organise and pay for without having to pop in. And the feedback on the afternoon tea - they absolutely loved it!!! The food was absolutely delicious, great selection and beautifully packaged. I absolutely highly recommend this gem of a find!

Food is fresh and unique, cakes are amazing, and staff are consistently brilliant. I have just ordered an afternoon tea for a friend for her birthday and Jane has sorted this from start to finish within a day or two. Very professional and yet with a uniquely personal touch. Looking forward to the day I can just pop in again for a takeaway lunch!

i highly recommend Jingers. i can not find fault with this business. the quality is superb. scones amazing, cakes amazing, milkshakes sensational - i think you get the picture. The staff are very friendly too. i don’t think i have seen another business make such an effort during all these lockdowns to keep being so fabulous and keeping us going with superb treats. x

Ordered a sandwich and cake platter for my birthday, everything was lovely and freshly made, would highly recommend.

Excellent selection of cakes and sandwiches in store. Would recommend the chicken tikka baguette. They do different specials every day to add a bit of variety. Also do great afternoon tea platters and birthday/celebration cakes can be made to order with customisation. Great staff who are always willing to help. Can also order in advance via what's app to avoid disappointment.

We have visited many times and have never been disappointed. Great coffee, fresh sandwiches, cakes and meal deals. The afterschool tea tray is a nice treat for children. The milkshakes are the best in the area. I also ordered a birthday cake which was very tasty and well presented. The South African curry is delicious. The menus are rotated a lot so there is a lot of effort put into food choice. The Mossgiel milk (with reusable glass bottles) is a great addition. The staff are also friendly and helpful. Well worth a visit.

Great coffee & fresh made food. Reasonable prices & tasty cakes. What more can you ask for? Recommend the tuna mayo be it in a wrap or roll etc as very nice, have also tried the egg mayo which was equally as good. Great service from friendly staff.

Order an afternoon tea platter to celebrate My mums birthday during lockdown (We are staying with then just now!). Platter consisted of two trays, one with sandwiches and one with cakes. They were delivered exactly on time and by someone taking the upmost care with regards the current circumstances. The sandwiches were good but the cakes made it. Superb! every single one of them. If you are looking for this kind of thing then do not hesitate to use Jingers. We will be using them again.

Wasn't impressed with this overpriced shoe box.... first and last unfortunately... I eat out in local area often and was hoping for a bit more effort considering the bistro prices. 🙄
