Jimmy's, The O2 in Greenwich

Wonderful service! Specially from the young man named Amari. He was so helpful and also so polite and the supervisor lady with the wonderful hair was just so on the ball it was impressive! Husband also enjoyed his first visit! 3 rounds and he said the chilli con carne was better then mine!

Visited before a show, was far too crowded and cramped. Felt like you had to be on high alert to get your food and get back to the table without getting barged into. Was also a bonus if you could get what you wanted before it disappeared, fresh pizza came out while I was waiting and disappeared in a matter of seconds. I know this is a buffet so wasn't expecting much but honestly the choice was average at best, the pizza was passable as was the naan bread, the rest you can get much better else where. The pudding selection is tiny but that could be down to staff not being able to keep up with the demand. Sent some pepsi's back as they were flat, the replacements were just as flat. Honestly with the selection you have at the o2, I won't be returning

Amazing hospitality from the waiter named “ Binil”. The food was great, ambience and service were good and we loved the desserts.

Such a lovely place a very wide selection of all kinds of food definitely caters to everyone will without a doubt be returning and the owner of this place is so friendly and welcoming could not ask for better food or service

We wasn’t sure if to visit jimmys but we gave it a chance and I am afraid it wasn’t the best experience. We were visiting the 02 for a show. The restaurant is far too busy. The tables feel like you’re on top of each other. The food was okay. For my fussy child was she okay with chips and chicken nuggets. Me on the other hand along with my partner the food was okay, and the best food involved queuing up for some time to wait for it to be cooked, ie noodles or naan bread. Personally I think they have far too many customers in at one time. It is a bit of a trek up loads of stairs to the toilets which my child struggled with. The staff one word rude! Forgetting our drink orders, being silly, eating whilst working, on their phone- one being on FaceTime to someone, very unprofessional! I won’t be visiting again, and that is a big shame.

The food was okay but lacking in flavour ,would've been much better with more options aswell. This can easily be fixed with the right amount of flavour added to the food.

Fantastic place for variety of food. Friendly environment. Food worth every single penny . I was served by well trained staff but thanks for sahib and amari for amazing hospitality/service .

I went with my family to Jimmy restaurant and the food quality was very bad. They dont have much variety and they charge alot for drinks. I would not recommend this to anyone else.

10 of us booked here for a meal before seeing Peter Kay. There was so much food to choose from, something for everyone that’s why we chose it as 10 of us, our servers Simram and Amari were very good, always there for us for drinks etc.
