If you like a Sunday Roast carvery, try the Rose inn on Rosehill Bank. Never seen so much meat on a dinner plate. All fresh veg, roasties and yorkies were lush aswell. 👌

ordered dinner about 1 o'clock estermated delivery 2.40 then got meal delivered then meal did not turn up till 3.10 they should not put meal delivered until they have delivered it

Not my first time ordering and won’t be my last time either. Everything was just too notch. The Lemon Cheesecake tasted EXACTLY like the one we had in school (simpler times eh?) and I’ve never had the taste replicated until I had this one - well done to the team for giving my tastebuds that bit of nostalgia!

I love the Sunday carvery everything, homemade, absolutely delicious also tried salted caramel cheesecake, again home-made and tasted delicious, if you've not tried Jilly's Bake out yet, she also does a midweek carvery, best carvery in the northeast

as usual top class wouldn't go anywere else for a sunday dinner. jilly is a top class cook. 10 out of 10.

PHENOMENAL GRUB! Last 2 times we’ve ordered the beef & turkey baguettes with roasties. So much food & delicious. Wish I could order a portion of roasties separately as well they are that nice & the best I’ve ever tasted! Keep up the great work Jilly! Unreal!

Ordered mince and dumplings for collection and it was absolutely gorgeous. Plenty of good there all of the veg was so fresh and the mince was perfect 👌… gravy was unbelievable as well

Really nice selection of vegetables and good amounts the plate was packed. I had the beef which was cooked to perfection it just broke apart. Could certainly recommend this restaurant.

Been a few times and it never disappoints. Today was no exception with huge portion of beef and gammon, in fact ended up taking some home for bait! Staff are so friendly and helpful and Jilly even popped over for a chat. Brilliant home made food without having to do the dishes what more could you want! Even took some cake home to have later with a cuppa in comfy pants!

Ordered two beef dinners , one had a decent amount of meat on , the other was virtually all veg and one tiny piece of meat so was disappointing , veg and gravy was very tasty though , hopefully this was just an oversight as usually there is plenty of meat on the plate .

I get their Sunday dinners delivered when we can't be bothered to cook and they are absolutely fantastic. Proper home made dinners, the beef is amazing. Because i'm fat i also got some cake which was delicious too. Highly recommended.

Perfection as always beef is just to die for and not to mention the cheese cake! Very generous portions, only thing missing was the mint sauce I ordered but completely understandable as I can imagine how busy it must be on a Sunday! If I could give more stars I would :) just what I needed as a very tired new mammy.

late delivery . ordered 2 turkey , 1 beef and 1 gammon recieved 1 turkey , 2 beef and 1 gammon. pointless ringing as waiting time to begin with was running late .

Sorry to be writing this as I’ve never had issue with your beautiful dinners but today I had to reheat it as it was cold beef very fatty and the broccoli was gritty
