Apparently taking orders when they’re not even open. Placed and paid for an order for collection last night and when I turned up the restaurant was shut. How I get my money back I don’t know. I’ve tried ringing the number but it says call failed

Don’t bother. Staff couldn’t fulfil order and was rude when I complained

Food was so tasty, ordered the fried jerk chicken and rosemary chips. Really good prices especially for students. The woman was so lovely and welcoming. Best jerk place I’ve been to in Liverpool.

Waited an hour for a chicken jerk wrap rice and peas jack fruit wrap and Fries only then to be given the wrong order wouldn't of complained but had to go and pick my daughter up ended up late 🤬 and had to leave Mrs still waiting on the order while I went to pick up my daughter then drive all the way back to pick up the order so eat in then became takeout When I finally got it home my sauce was missing. SHAMBLES

Ordered takeaway here for the first time. Was delicious. Mac and cheese was a little different, a bit sweet but very very tasty. I also got the rice and peas, fried chicken and festival with the mild jerk. All delicious. Will order again!

Cancelled my order 10 mins before pickup with no reason after reserving it 5 hours before. This is not good enough.

Unfortunately we all had a negative experience. All jerk was bland and extremely mild. Slow service and bland flavours left us extremely disappointed. Mac&Cheese was flavourless.

I ordered £17 worth of food (their valuation) on too good to go and I got a plate of rice with with thigh and one wing

Can only rate the service as they cancelled my order when I was in store to pick up, needless to say I'll not bother in future, wasted trip!

Got the boneless box lunch special. Food is packed with heat and flavour! The homemade Smokey bbq is delicious as is the fruit punch. So happy this place has opened up!

Really wanted to like this place as there’s not many decent jerk places around but was throughly disappointed. Sauces tasted horrible frankly, no idea what they were going for but they didn’t taste ‘jerky’ or hot. More like Worcester with a slightly bitter twang. Ordered the fried chicken but they brought jerk. No option to order rice and peas on the uber eats app either which was a shame. Left most of it as it just didn’t hit the spot. The one bright spot was the plantain but they rationed the portion size, got 4 little slices. To be fair they were delicious though.

The food was great, but they left us waiting for 45 minutes before telling off that they have run out of chicken. I asked them to wrap it in tinfoil they did not.

Ordered jerk chicken didn’t have any so sent fried didn’t want that refused to replace it bad customer service

Jerk chicken rice & peas was nice but the Festival was the worse I have ever tasted. It was tiny overpriced & soaked in oil , didn't look , feel or taste fresh. Quite shocking as I have had many Festivals in my time.

There's no doubt this is real and authentic jerk, the flavours are exactly what I remembered from being back home in the carribbean. The owner is lovely and so friendly with all the customers. Highly recommend coming here, the food is just so good, also the festival is just so addictive 😋

Really enjoyed the jerk chicken, rice & peas, got coleslaw as well, chicken was really tasty and well seasoned nice and hot how I like it. The prices are very reasonable too. The shop was busy with phone orders and customers, which is always a good sign, shame I live in Manchester so can’t come again next week

Chicken Jerk was very nice. Good Mac n Cheese. They dont have their liquor license yet. I can imagine the young staff would struggle if it got busy as sevice is slow.

This is just awesome. Food is amazing. Flavours are absolutely spot on and the chicken is perfectly cooked. Rice and pea is tasty, jerk gravy is unbelievable. Plantain is fantastic and definitely, no matter what, try the fruit punch. My new Friday lunchtime treat. Boss, friendly service from the owner. Made up with this new addition to Smithdown.

Very tasty and just what the area was missing

Our new local for sure! We ordered Jerk Burger with sweet potato fries, Mac N Cheese, jerk chicken rice and peas - with drinks £22.50 and worth every penny DELICIOUS!! Absolutely the best food The sweet potato fries are just amazing - fresh with bags of flavour All of our food was wonderful so we will be back … quite a bit :) Madison is super special and the place has a very friendly vibe.

Just visited Jerk Drum, and being from South London, I found this a little taste of home. Best Jerk in town and reasonably priced.

Brilliant food and great customer service. Would definitely recommend both the salmon and jerk chicken. Look forward to coming back soon!

This place here! Great customer service & amazing food! The salmon is my favourite, cooked to perfection with the jerk sauce! The Mac n cheese side is so lovely words can’t even describe it! 10/10 A++++ rating from me!

Easily the best Jerk in Liverpool and the service is great, the lady on the front was very helpful. I don't usually go for fish but the jerk salmon is on point, with the homemade slaw and mac n cheese 🔥

Really good food. Festivals were particularly good, with a hint of cinnamon a great touch. Jerk chicken and rice and peas were spot on, with a hot sauce that was just perfect for us. Mac n cheese was also a winner for us.
