Nowhere near as good as Costa especially the tiffin

Met family here for a coffee. Lovely parkland for walks and bike rides. Good picnic area. Only had coffee which was good.

A great coffee house, possibly one of the best in Leicester. Quality coffee, choice of milk and other drinks. Food is well prepared and tasty. Sit inside or out. In particular all the staff are wonderful and take time to talk to customers. Additional coffee van for outside. The ice cream is a real treat. The only thing missing is a view of the sea.

I would like to open this review saying I love jennos. I am a regular customer here. Lovley atmosphere to do work. Normally great service but on this day, we got met with a rude , ignorant and patronising blonde women. Who displayed a clear annoyance when we wanted to just look upstairs to see if there was any tables available , when she assumed they were full. Learning to her colleague who was trying to support our needs, she deliberated very rude comments under here breath to him. As an individual who has worked in simular environments I understand stress in a coffee house, but I always remained professional. Unfortunately this girl didn’t .finally, this does not ably to anyone else who is working here, everyone else is so welcoming. Just constructive criticism 🤷🏼‍♀️

Worth going!! Lovely place for sandwiches, HUGE cake and plenty of choices for drinks (hot and cold) Spectacular green area for dog walking or walking. They also have Fosse park close by and a restaurant over the way, therefore It's a great balance to prevent places getting very busy.

Microwaved snacks but lovely coffee, staff were courteous, prices are above everyday cafe prices which kind of explains the amount of staff working there....you will pay high prices but won't wait long.. Nice clean place to have a coffee.

We are such frequent customers here! Service is always great even when there's a queue, coffee is good and a consistent quality. Grab a takeaway cup and wander the Everards meadow, it's a lovely way to start a chill Sunday morning... Or any other time we can make it there ☺️

Nice place to meet and good coffee as always, food was ok but a little overpriced. Considering it was busy managed to get a table which was a bonus.

Jenno's Coffee House at Everards Meadows offers decent coffee and an amazing atmosphere. Unfortunately, the plug points were not working on the day I visited, which was inconvenient for getting work done. Despite this setback, I enjoyed the overall vibe and will definitely visit again.

Lovely place,great coffee. A walk around the meadows first and s visit to the brewery or hire a bike.

Very nice and chilled although I've heard it can be very busy at peak times as it is so nice

They advertise GF brownies with more in the back seperate from gluten containing items in the display. Having celiac disease I requested one from the back to which I was told they did not have any. I took the last one from the display for my daughter who doesn't suffer from the same disease as me so she wasn't disappointed. We always share one. No less than 30 seconds later, someone was replenishing the GF brownies from a box from the back. Attitude from the server was rather poor and sniggering to colleagues about it. If you don't want to serve don't advertise it

We use Jenny's on a very regular basis. The quality of the drinks and food on offer are of a very high quality, and the staff are always friendly and efficient. The hot chocolate is the best ever.

Jenno’s Café is a lovely spot in a scenic area, perfect for a relaxing visit. It has a large car park and offers both indoor and outdoor seating. The café serves warming and refreshing beverages, from rich coffees and refreshing iced teas to thick shakes and frappes. Their cakes are quite nice but not the best, and the sandwiches, paninis, and baguettes are fresh and tasty. Outside seating is also available, providing a great way to enjoy the beautiful surroundings. The service is very good, with friendly and attentive staff. Jenno’s Café is a nice place for a pleasant meal or coffee break.

We visited here on a Saturday with friends who are local to the area. The shop was very busy and the service took a very long time. The cake and milkshakes were beautiful. The cafe both Inside and out was also nice. It was just a shame we had to wait around 20 mins in line to be served.

Lovely coffee shop but very very popular! There is lots of parking but again it’s very busy so can be full at times. There is outside seating for those with dogs or if the weather is kind and inside there is both upstairs and downstairs seating to enjoy a lovely coffees

The coffee here is just lovely, considering they are always so busy the staff are so happy, considerate and nice.

Always got to try an independent coffee shop and this is a good one. Nice coffee, great food, lovely staff. Still the best coffee shop in Leicester.

A nice place and would be even better if you didn't have to wait an hour in a, queue for coffee. I would stop by if it was quieter but because it's just too busy, I'll avoid it in the future

Tuna sandwich is smelling fishy

The iced coffees I got were really good. I don't really get the appeal of fosse park but the staff here were smart, efficient, the place was clean and busy. There was a positive atmosphere but if you don't like places with hustle and bustle there's seating outdoors too.

Had a coffee after a walk around Everards Meadows.

What can I say, the soya mocha was delicious and so was the cake. Their food always is, we dat outside in the beautiful Spring sunshine, with a lovely view. What more could you ask for.

Great staff, great food, and not a bad atmosphere. Only issue is it's a victim of its own success, very busy and had to grab a table quickly. Other than being too good, so everyone wants to go there it's perfect.

Weekday visit and couldn’t get over how busy! Plenty of tables and chairs, both up and downstairs! Food was lovely, really nice bunch of ladies behind the counter and the place was immaculate

Love this place. It's in a beautiful location and lovely little spot to catchup with a friend and go on a walk. The cakes are delicious and there's always variety, the drinks are amazing and again always a good variety available (including for vegans) and overall its just a nice little place - staff are lovely.

Jennos has a lovely interior with plenty of seating over 2 floors with space even when super busy. The staff were very efficient and friendly despite it being buy when I visited. However, the food is very average, with bought in sandwiches that aren’t all that inspiring. The cakes are nice but again pretty mass produced and average. The coffee was good and was a nice blend. Overall, this is a good cafe to visit if you want something more average and the staff are lovely.

Always a nice coffee and surrounded by lots of open space so you can walk or cycle before or after drinks , they now have an outside cabin to get your drinks lots of outside seating too

Jenno's is a really nice cafe. Whenever I've been in there its always been super busy but there's loads of seats, inside and out. I've only ever had hot drinks and cake here so I can't comment too much on their lunch options but they do look appetising. The atmosphere is nice and cosy and its really warm inside which is great during the winter. The outdoor space is good, especially during the warmer months. Nothing better than having a coffee whilst looking out onto the meadows.

There's never a time when this place is quiet and there's a reason behind that. Coffee is always on point, and always have enough cakes and bakes available.

This really is an excellent place to stop for a travel break on the M1. Excellent surroundings, cosy, and plenty of staff. The food and drink availability & quality is excellent. Lovely park nearby and plenty of parking but fills up quickly at popular times.

Nice enough place and convenient for a coffee (and cake) before or after a walk round the meadows. I only had a coffee, it was ok, but not good value for money as it was expensive. There were huge queues inside and at the takeaway kiosk outside and it took ages to get served both times I queued.

Lovely little cafe near the shopping area. Ideal for a work or friendly meeting.

The only "complaint" is that it's so popular, it can be hard to get a seat. Plenty of people were sitting outside today even those without dogs! Tasty bacon roll and super latte.

Coffee has gone awful. Service was not great today. Latte, cappuccino and flat white all has the same taste and texture to it. Coffee shots taste burnt. Disappointed. It used to be good.

Delicious food and really nice atmosphere. Comfortable, went with family and thoroughly enjoyed. Coffee’s aren’t that great. Latte’s far too milky, with faint coffee taste. Not how a latte should be. Barista training wouldn’t go a miss.

I have amended my review as it wasn't the nicest, but since they have incorporated the coffee cart outside it has brought ques down and made the overall experience at everards meadows a lot nicer so thank you 😊 also the ice cream and strawberry sauce is amazing

Amazing. The fact i was told to get a white hot chocolate was amazing with a cinamon roll. Great place and location. Brilliant decor as well, being a movie and comic book fan. Way better than starbucks or dunkin donuts rubbish. Credit and respect to the family run buisness. 10/ 10

I've been here multiple times after walks and on cold winter evenings. It is comfort. The food and drink is amazing and the staff are so friendly. Love it.

Jennos is a great coffee shop in a excellent location for those wanting to explore the local area on bikes or by foot. It has a large range of drinks, sandwiches, soups and tasty cakes and treats for all the family to enjoy. The only downside is it's sheer popularity means it can be difficult to get a table especially in the winter months when everyone heads inside.

It's very very busy. On one visit I was lucky to get a table. Another ended up outside, luckily it wasn't raining. What I did discover was that they have an upstairs BUT the stairs are very steep there is NO lift. Not good if you struggle, like me. The upstairs wS full also, I was told! Staff friendly but overwhelmed

Very busy with long Queue but they have another counter outside which I used. Good seating area outside and the toilets were clean.

One of our favourite coffee places, with plenty of seating, great tasting drinks and decent value. It can get a little loud at busy times, but at quieter times it’s a lovely place to sit for a chat or to read a book with a coffee. The location is one of the highlights too, with plenty of outdoor seating and somewhere nice to walk after you’ve had your drink

First time visit lunchtime today to meet up with my Welsh mate Neil for coffee. Cappuccino for me and a latte for Neil, blueberry muffin and a piece of tiffin to go with our drinks. Free parking for 3 hours, plenty of spaces, outside seating and the service was quick and the staff polite. Oh, and the coffee was lovely as was the tiffin, Neil had the muffin, he polished it off so I take it, it was good ! I shall be returning again sometime soon, impressed and highly recommended !

Visited 5th September with 2 friends for lunch and although as always the food was nice we couldn't help but keep noticing ( as we sat at the table in front of the till) how many staff were behind the counter in a group chatting the whole time. We sat for over an hour with our table full of pots and other tables too and nobody seemed to be put clearing and cleaning .4-5 girls just chatting in a group behind the counter the whole time. We presumed no manager was in that day .doesn't come across well from a customer's perspective.

Great coffee and cake, with plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. Dog friendly outside. It is a popular option, so be prepared to queue.

Such a lovely place! Service was amazing, so fast! Danny was very attentive, and so nice.

Friendly staff, nice coffee and a good selection of food for breakfast. The food may be pre-packaged but it was very fresh tasting.

Lovely place to go for a drink - the deluxe hot chocolate is AMAZING! They now have a coffee van outside serving the drinks menu and ice creams. Ice creams were a very good size but a bit on the pricey side. Disappointed that the small tub of icecream has gone from the menu, it was a great children-sized treat.
