I would never recommend it to anyone out there I was there to have my food and the staff was the most rudest people on planet earth ive come across They treated me very badly kept me waiting almost 1 hour for my food And i realized they charged me extra as well. Would rate it 0/10 and will not recommend it to anyone

The food quality was far from good, and two items were missing from my Uber Eats order. Don't trust the high ratings they have on Uber Eats—it's completely misleading!

Waited an hour and half for a delivery. Got none of the food that I ordered only two drinks. Only got a partial refund. Disgraceful. The workers who gave the Courier my order should be ashamed.

Honestly a fantastic burger place, amazing value - had both the £2.99 double burger and chips, and the £10 Texas BBQ meal, both of which were proper fresh-from-the-grill burgers. The chips are delicious too, skin-on fries cooked and seasoned to perfection.

Great food and great staff. Ali looked after us. Would recommend to all - definitely have something for everyone on the menu.

Ordered from here for convenience for lunch, they cancelled my order then must have informed Ubereats that I had cancelled it as this is what I received a notification stating and have therefore been charged! I've spent several hours now trying to recover my money from Ubereats to no avail as of yet. No even a phone number to call the restaurant direct or even ubereats. Absolute CON, AVOID.

Avoid at all costs, waited 50 minutes for Tenders and chips. Food was disgusting.

The oil needs to be cleaned. The staff need to be trained. The sizes need to improve (14 chips is not large???) but really.. this place needs to close.

One of the worst food places I've ever been. 50 minute wait for a 'Large' fries which would be a small in McDonald's. Don't go here if it's possible to avoid it.

Fantastic city centre food ! Spicy burger recommendation from the team and I was not let down. Food was lovely! Fantastic tingle on my mouth and full Of flavour. Some additional motzerlla dippers which were fab ! A burger meal you would love !!! 100% recommendation from me !

pls do not support this shop for community. all neighbors who live upstairs hate them. they play music laud til midnight. we tried to stop them but they turn off just for a while then turn up later. so pls help us to boycott, not for them. i recommend dixy chicken next corner. thanks.

I’ve ordered twice now the first time with my girl where we both loved it , today I ordered again and the meal was of outstanding quality, Uber eats offered a 2for1 on the baconator and let me tell you it’s the best burger I’ve had in Newcastle, the meat is succulent the cheese and sauce blend gives it the perfect texture and flavour. They also have an incredible saver menu that shouldn’t be missed with brilliant value for money options - I recommend the tacos :) Jeffe handcrafts these burgers like a master and I’m grateful to have found this gem.

**need to clarify. I ordered from the Waterloo street branch** Avoid at all costs. No registered number of the business. Eventually found a personal mobile number online. No one answered. Food delivered by Uber Eats, kids burger had a hair in it. The other two burgers were burnt to a crisp as well as the buns. Wings and strips were supposed to be Korean bbq flavour and honey siracha, turns out to be generic frozen wings no flavour/sauce. What a waste of time and money.

Honestly one of the best spots in Newcastle. The burgers and chips are amazing, the staff are friendly and the food is cheap. Just can't beat that anywhere else

Lovely fresh burger and cheese strips

Went in to try the rice bowls to be healthy and the young lad recommended the baconater smash burger and omg so glad he did! Best burgers me and my partner have had in our lifes. Glad its round the corner as there's alot on the menu we want to try but the burger was sooo tasty, juicy and well constructed so it wasnt a messy eat and he gave us a can of pop for free. Propa lush

Always hits the spot, Burgers especially these guys are probably the best burger conisouiers in Newcastle. Buffaloe Chicken Burger we tried and peri chips

Banging burgers, Mad sides, 10/10 scran, Would 1000% recomend the smashed burgers and the huney bufalo strips
