Jazz Chippy in Fife

We ordered here for the first time last night. The food was delicious - fish supper and curry sauce was plenty of food for two of us. Great value and really tasty and fresh. We have tried a few other chippies in the area and this is one of our favorites. The girl who served me was really nice too. Had a genuine smile and was helpful with our requests. We will be back to try the spicy haggis! (Worth pointing out the one-star reviews are all about deliveries!)

Ordered a few times and the food was good. Last delivery was 30 minutes late and stone cold. Monkey of a driver was extremely rude when he eventually turned up. Luckily Just Eat refund you for cold food. Even when the takeaway lie and say it was delivered on time. Safe to say I will not be ordering again.

Tried the spiced haggis it didn’t disappoint was definitely a twist on a plain haggis pudding was really nice food was crisp hot and crispy cooked fresh

Ordered a just eat from here 20 mins late food ,luke warm chips hard on edges like last night's chips batter on sausage rock hard had to leave and wait for something to cook in oven. Biggest waste of money I've ever spent. Never again eat here at your own peril .

Delivery always early never any problems

Staff attitude appalling accept orders and then decline them or send their delivery drivers to harrass you for an extra £3 on top of what you've already paid them. Absolutely appalling service will not be back.

Food was great as usual but i had a missing item also the delivery driver was rude claimed his kid was waiting for about 10 minutes for us to open the door before he had to run up and deliver it himself, what he gets paid for, never had any problems before so hopefully this isnt a reoccurring thing

Food arrived quick and hot, but 3 quid for 1 sausage, and 3 quid for a half portion of spicy haggis isn't really value for money

Food was great nice and crispy batter on the fish arrived early which is always a plus, would be good to be able to order sauce on meals but hardly a complaint with food that good

This is second time we have used Jazz chippy The food was good but the reason for only 4 ⭐️ is the first time food was piping hot this time food was cool. Will definitely try again as the food is good and hope that food is warmer next time.

Best chippy in the leven mouth area I wouldn't go anywhere else now.... Chips are light and fluffy not that dangy overcooked in the same oil Batter is light and the haggis was segmented perfectly! Well done!

I have used Jazz for a lot of years. Told lots of people you were the best chippy in the area. The last 2 just eat orders have been terrible. I noted on just eat page and called you to make sure jumbo had no batter. Low and behold it had batter????? My order was 45 minutes late. We are having supper rather than tea. I could’ve walked for it quicker. My daughter won’t eat the batter so I had to make her something to eat which defeats the purpose of getting a take away I realise your busy but come on you can at least get your orders correct. Was told twice delivery was on it way. I called told on its way. Took 30 minutes after that. Very disappointed in the service tonight. Think you’ve lost a customer ☹️☹️☹️

Chips were very thin and a lot of them were undercooked. Fish was good though.

Was nice and hot chips could have done with a little longer in the fryer and also a little more of them was les than a hand full in my supper

As always cooked fresh and a brilliant Fish supper . All the media attention to a certain big chip shop in Anstruther I prefer the one on my doorstep far superior . Lovely family run , always pleasant when you pop in and have a blether .

Fancied a "chippy" dinner tonight - delivered in a timely fashion - before fish suppers were in the kitchen you could smell the overpowering "fishy" smell - once on plates the whole house was stinking and the fish itself was absolutely disgusting - back in wrapper and bag straight out to the bin . . . . the windows are still open!!!

Last time we ordered the meals where delivered cold so they exchanged them but this night ordered white pudding supper in the pudding was burnt black absolutely disgusting

As a family used to use loads but due to circumstance haven’t been in ages .Wasn’t disappointed nice welcome staff always smiling and friendly.Chips were as before nice and fresh no reheats , batter light and not greasy on items .Worth a visit

pie was over cooked wasn’t edible got my orders mixed up and honestly not worth it should have got refunded with mess of it

I would try this again. The fish was good but there was hardly any chips with it and it was like it was the left overs as it was all the crunchy bits at the end, Not a lot of eating in it. Hopefully second time will be better.

I asked for a delivery at 18.40 as I was working it came at 17.45 I was told they don't deal with delivery times they just make up order when it comes in food was put in bin terrible service

I ordered from here and when it came it was more as they added extra to the delivery cost that what it said on just eat.

Big problem i had was them adding extra to the delivery that what it was ment to be here on just eat .

Arrived late. Chips cold and with no roll but was charged for the roll.sausage was battered but didn't want it battered and a dead looking fritter put in with meal that I didn't ask for.not amused

Always tell them if they don't have something, don't subsititute it for something else just don't bring that item and refund it. Called to say they don't have beans but neglected to tell us there were no rolls and instead of sending us a cheeseburger in a roll they sent a cheese in burger in batter with no discount. After calling to tell them their mistake they tried to say cheeseburgers always have batter and argued on the phone. Also sent two 500ml bottles of coke instead of 1.75lt then replaced it with 1.5lt and charged us the same

The Icelandic Fish supper is superb,we just got a home delivery and it was hot and thebatter was lovely and crisp. Ercommend you give it a try.

Typically good from Jazz, but tonight they got one meal wrong, and took over an hour to deliver the correct order - luke warm by that point.

As usual food was hot and delicious and delivered earlier than said. Never lets me down

Wouldn't order again. Kebab came with no sauce or salad (apparently you need to request this although there is no option on the site) When we phoned to ask they didn't offer to bring this to us we had to order something else to prompt a delivery. When the sauce and salad came there was Lettus (minuscule bag) and a tiny pot of sauce

Best chippy in area. Friendly staff. Good delivery service. Food cooked fresh so always nice and hot plus they have the best steak pies.
