I don’t understand the bad reviews.. we have tried ALL the Chinese takeaways in LB and surrounding and this is by far the best in terms of choice, taste, delivery time and value! My personal fave is the salt n chilli prawns which come in a cute little box! Fast, fresh, super tasty what is not to love!?

They don’t understand difference between Vegetarian and non-Vegetarian. Ruined by dinner

Ordered today knowing this place is under new owners but was very please with my order nice size portions and very good food

Ordered a meal for me and my family the food arrived cold and to top it off we asked for number 85 a beef curry and they gave us prawn chop suey which I would never order as I can’t stand prawns. We call up and they tell us to go back down, my grandad went down to pick up the curry and we are made to pay for there mistake? Trying to tell my grandad that’s what we ordered and accused me of saying chop suey when actually I was saying the numbers. I am so disappointed and has ruined our evening I’ll be making a further complaint not only because they made us pay for something we didn’t ask for but the women serving is rude and unpleasant to speak to

Not long re opened after lengthy refurbishment closure, food is ok salt and pepper chips not as good as before bur otherwise ok

Lemon chicken is small bits of tough chicken in a very thick batter with a little oily lemon sauce to stick them together. Nothing like the picture of a sliced thinly battered chicken breast. The special fried rice needed a knife to cut up the rice. A great disapointment.

Best Chinese in LB, if not the entire of the UK!

Unfortunately rather disappointing and mediocre at best. Salt and chilli chicken was soggy and bland with a bit of garlic and onion thrown on top really had no flavour. Beef curry was nice but is evidentially a bought in paste. Not others who make their own in the area. Egg fried rice was bland and tasted like boiled rice. No soy sauce or any other ingredients added to give it flavour. Unfortunately won’t be returning. The place had just opened and was not busy so the food should have been spot on.

A 50 minute wait for a pre ordered meal is not acceptable. When we did finally get food some of it was cold and the special fried rice is tasteless

I’ve really enjoyed Jasmine House since moving to Leighton Buzzard two years ago. I believed them to be the best Chinese takeaway in the area. I was so sad when they closed temporarily and couldn’t wait for them to open back up. I ordered on the day they reopened and was really disappointed with the quality of the food. I ordered Singapore fried rice and spare ribs. The ribs were nice but the quantity was smaller. The rice did not taste as it used to, it was bland and barely had any vegetables/meat inside. I hope go back to your old recipe. Maybe I will wait a while and give it a go again one last time.

Food portions too small hardly fed two people for £33. Not like it used to be.

Chinese takeaway that dont deliver. Foods fine, service what you'd expect, although check everythings there before you leave. Had items missing on 2 occasions end of last year. not really an opportunity to create an atmosphere.

Best Chinese 👌🏽 after going to various different ones locally, this had topped the chart! Always hot, always fresh, never greasy...only minor downfall is they don't deliver, but having said that I'll happily pick it up when you know its worth it 🙌🏼

Cold and the order wasn't complete when we got home. It used to be great. Disappointed

Spent a lot only to receive cold 🥶 food when I call all I got told that it was freshly cooked but how long was it sitting there for?? Really disappointed that me and the family had to have cold food I would stay away from the place because when it’s busy they can’t cope with orders I would recommend GOLDDEN STAR ⭐️ best Chinese in Leighton Buzzard you will get hot food from there and good customer service

Used to be great. But things seem to have changed. The food was still tasty, but cold. As was the takeaway itself, when the serving and kitchen staff are wearing big coats inside you know something is up.

Update on the Jasmin house, just been there - 2 freezing cold in there, ordered my meal to be told 25 minutes. 45 minutes later complained still totally freezing cold got my meal. And yes got home and meal totally cold. Probably never go there again.

The food is amazing. I have tried all Chinese places in Leighton Buzzard, but this is outstanding. Yes, it doesn't have the best looks and it doesn't deliver but AMAZING FOOD.

Having tried a number of Chinese takeaways in the town, we now only ever head to Jasmine House when we need a quick evening dinner. The food is always consistently good and all the UK favourite takeaway dishes are great. Not the most authentic dishes but you get good portions. Highly recommend over others in town.

Amazing food and kind staff. They portion sizes fill you up and you find yourself over eating because the food is so tasty. You'll be full but still munching on the food. Very busy but for a good reason. Well worth the wait for the food!

Just moved to the area and this was the first Chinese takeaway I tried and it will be the last one I try too. Jasmine house is cheaper and quicker than my old local, the food is just as good and the customer service is second to none!

There was only one person in front of me but I had to wait about half an our as people kept coming in to pick up their telephone orders .The time was just after 5:30 when they opened .4 stars for the good 1 star for the wait

The food is good but wish they had a better take away service since that’s the only thing they offer. Due to its popularity phone lines are usually busy and you can’t place any order. Sometimes they say the food will be ready in 10 minutes yet 35min later is still not ready. If it wasn’t because of that I would give them 5 stars.

Best chinese takeaway in Leighton-Linslade, amazing value for money and they are really quick. They always seem busy but yet can still cope with the rush. Only critque is they are not on Just Eat so you need to order in person or via phone.

Probably the best Chinese takeaway in Leighton Buzzard. High quality food, great flavour, especially their spicier dishes. Unfortunately due to its popularity and a lack of staff the wait times can be quite high at peak times and it is almost impossible to get through over the phone. Having said that it's well worth the wait.

Gorgeous food and the owners are very friendly and will cook the food the way you ask for it to be cooked.

This is the best Chinese in Leighton Buzzard we are one of best customers of jasmine house it's the best we go there every week we're well known by the owners and there really happy and really nice I would recommend this Chinese it's the best and the chilli chips and the best!

Simply the best Chinese takeaway in town in our opinion. Foods cooked just how you like it. Its tasty as can be and the owners are just the loveliest people you could possibly have serving you. The price is extremely good too. There's a car park directly over the road and if there's room you can always park outside. Thanks for being the best guys x

used them many times, they can get very busy so allow for plenty of prep time before collection but very good food and reasonable prices. would recommend.

Tonight ordered 1/4 aromatic duck, but with extra pancakes. Surprised to be charged £1.20 for the extra prepacked pancakes which I doubt cost them £0.10 Felt totally ripped off, won't be going back.
