Firstly the order took over 1 hour to arrive, secondly the order was wrong. ordered for lunch will all my colleagues, no one liked the food even when the correct order eventually arrived should have read the review on trip advisor. wold not recommend to anyone neither will i ever be ordering from here again waste of money the only edible item was the fried rice.

Arroz poco cocido y pollo recocido. Pedí un pollo al limón muy básico y arroz hervido y realmente no era bueno. Solo que estoy en un turno de noche y no puedo salir. No lo habría comido. Sonó para comprobar que estaba en su camino y se comunicó con el sitio que me dijo que se había entregado cuando no lo había hecho. Sospecho que nunca volveré a comer pollo al limón y sé que nunca volveré a pedirles.

4 meses esperé por una comida china para llevar y llegó la peor comida de mi vida. El pato “crujiente” tiene un buen nombre, quizás el pato quemado con soplete sea más apropiado. La salsa de ciruela era como agua y derretía los panqueques. El resto era una sustancia pegajosa de mal gusto. Todo estaba pegado, por lo que sacarlo de los recipientes con una cuchara fue bastante desagradable. Just Eat le puso su nombre a esto. Así que tienen que aceptar parte de la culpa. Nunca más Jasmine. Y nunca más Just Eat.

Estoy consternado por el servicio de Jasmine Gardens. Pedí comida a través de Deliveroo, con una dirección de entrega confirmada. Tenga en cuenta que nunca antes había tenido un problema y ordene entregas aproximadamente 3 veces por semana durante algunos años. Pedido desde aquí esta noche tardó una eternidad en llegar cuando finalmente se entregó, los langostinos de Tampura estaban fríos como una piedra, duros y no para consumo humano: el resto de nuestro pedido era de mala calidad, ingredientes desagradables baratos utilizados: voy a informar a Lewisham Consejo el lunes para una inspección de alimentos: desde entonces han estado físicamente enfermos como resultado. . . . . . . . Bunch of thieves and nothing else. Never delivered my food and now i can't even get my money back .thieves

Nunca entregaron nuestra comida el sábado, después de 2 horas, tratamos de llamarlos, no hubo gente atendiendo la llamada, el domingo, el personal dijo que tenía que llamar el lunes, el gerente viene el lunes, llamamos hoy, dijo, nosotros entregamos comida, lo llamamos (incluso revisamos la cámara frente a nuestra puerta, no había gente el sábado), le preguntamos por qué no podemos atender su llamada, dijo, el teléfono estaba roto. . . Le pregunté, por qué hoy funciona, dijo, simplemente lo arreglamos, luego dijo, nunca te reembolsaremos, te daremos 0 centavos, estúpido cliente. . El conductor llamó 2 horas después de que se suponía que debía llegar. No me importó, dadas las cosas de COVID, hasta que se negó a llegar con 100 metros del edificio correcto para entregar y nos pidió que saliéramos a recibirlo. Food turned up over an hour late, stone cold and items were missing. Restaurant refused to help. Over £50 down the drain as had to go and buy from somewhere else to feed the kids.

Everywhere else closed at half past midnight. Driving past you might miss it as its got a pizza sign outside. Friendly lady took our order. Food adequate, decent size portions.

I am deeply disappointed and shocked as I would like to report - (Jasmin Garden restaurant name) for not delivering my food - with no calls or notification - then it says that the restaurant is closed yet on the app it has delivered for my food.My order was meant to arrive at 11:45pm I called at 2:55am and then see on the app it says it has been delivered. I received no calls from the delivery driver/restaurant. I tried calling the drivers number which was on my call log from when I ordered from them last week - no response.I now see from a number of reviews in just eat and on here that scamming people by not delivering food and taking money is a common occurrence.Really disappointed as I ordered for first time last week and was impressed with quality of food and packing despite the delivery driver being rude. I wanted to order again because of this initially and I am so upset and wish I didn’t - really disappointed - Just Eat should remove them to avoid this happening to other people.DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE SCAMMED.

Era un viernes por la noche, mi familia y yo solemos llevar, pero en esta noche en particular nos fuimos un poco tarde y comimos en nuestro restaurante chino habitual, pero desafortunadamente estaba cerrado, sin embargo, el jardín Jasmine apareció como El único restaurante disponible a la orden, así que procedí a ordenar, la comida estaba completamente sin sabor, el arroz estaba seco, tuve que agregar salsa de soya cuando llegó, los fideos estaban grasientos y el sabor era menor. I asked for one thing and i received another, and then the lady on the phone tried to convince me that i don't know what i asked for and that what i recived it's exactly what i ordered. My wife asked for sweet and sour prawns and i asked for Kung Po Hot Chilli Chicken...i actually received sweet and sour Chicken..same sous as my wife had ..the difference was that i had chicken and she had prawns. First and last time i eat from this place. Extremely disappointed.

This has been one of the worst experiences in terms of take away orders. My soup was delivered half spilled into the packet bag (took photos). Remaining part of the soup was alright, however sweet and sour chicken was pretty dry and the sauce nearly frozen. My shrimp rice had the lowest amount of shrimps I've ever seen in such dish, comparing to all other Thai & Chinese takeways around. I will never buy from this place again.

Although it arrived much earlier than was expected, the food was tasty however, found it quite expensive for what we actually received. A few bits of beef in the curry, and all the containers were the small ones so not much in quantity either. It was expensive for what we got at £25,45.

If I was in prison and on the prison dinner menu board was written “Chinese Food”, I would expect to receive something similar to what was delivered to my door this evening.

It was not clear from the Just Eat website that it would take over an hour for the food to arrive in theory, we only found this after the order was placed. The order was actually much later then even the website estimated, a total of over 1hr40m. We would never have ordered the food if we had known this.

very disappointed by not having any of folks/spoons/knife with together the delivery... it's not smart to assume we eat food by using our hand only... food is ok though, but not a good experience over all by having no tools for eating

The spring rolls I ordered were gone off. Had the phone put down on me. When I got through, I was told the driver would bring more, waited 1hr 30 mins received nothing. Ended up having to travel all he way to the restaurant to get my refund. Never again.

After not having received the order 40 min after given time I called to cancel. The guy at the resturant refused, saying the driver already left and shut the phone on me! Rudest place ever and will never get my custom ever again!!

It was £13,98 and I gave to the man £23,98... he gave me as change £5!! it'd had been £7! I wouldn't mind if the food was great but it wasn't... it was fine.

I asked for chow mein noodles, not Bland skinny noodles with curry sauce on top?!, Paid £6 for 2 shrimps 2 beef slice and 3 piece chicken? There was so much ginger that's all I could taste. NEVER AGAIN!

Not giving the best vote as we received 1 uncooked meal noodles. Not explained in the menu. Apart from that everything was great! Xx

Food was late, overly salty and most importantly, we had begged them not to ring the doorbell as we have a sleeping newborn. When the food eventually arrived 30 minutes late they ignored the request and repeatedly rang the doorbell... overall disappointing unfortunately

Absolutely awful food. Don't buy from here. Looks like prison food and tastes like it too. The chow mein noodles were stringy and set in a block... seem microwaved. Absurd combination of noodles that exhibited crisp like features and an oyster sauce pork meal with lumps of fat throughout. Rough.

Noodles were an impenetrable brick when they arrived, looked like they'd been left in the fridge overnight and then microwaved.

food was luke warm and 1 slice of bread on prawn toast for nearly a fiver come on and the sauces were wrapped so tight i could not open them one piece of tape would have done bbq ribs well what sauce it is i can say it isn't bbq but was yummy driver banged on my door like a nut case then went and got my food then stood there asking me question like he was my best mate and only left when i just got fed up with his chatting and shut the door

The delivery was a mess because the guys from the restaurant gave him the wrong address, the food was not what we ordered, we didnt ask for spicy for, and yet this was so spicy I couldnt eat my meal, I ended up feeling hungry the whole day. Never again.

Delivery driver totally rude. He to rings the bell umpteen times in ten seconds and the starts to ask what address this is. Stupid question really if e rang any the door bell. Then starts try and interrogate You trying to be clever Complete idiot.. had to tell him to give my food or i cancel order.

Awful service! I'll be honest and say that I have had modest service from this restaurant before but as it stands I will never ever order from this place again. Not only was the food late by 1:20 minutes but the delivery gentleman confronted me about my address. Seriously disappointed

Driver was unable to find our house when it's never been a problem before, and was really difficult to communicate with. Arrived an hour late. Asked for a refund and was refused, but offered a free dish the next time we order from them - we won't be ordering from them again for sure.

The driver called me and was very rude - asking me to come and meet him and beeping his car to try and get my attention. He kept talking over me when I tried to give him directions. He then tried to get a stranger to talk to me on the phone, which clearly made her very uncomfortable. When he finally got to my door he complained about how long it had took him and made me feel really uncomfortable

The flavour of the food was odd. The food arrived 15 mins late even though the restaurant had added 20 mins to the estimated time already. It took over 1.5 hour in the end, on a Tuesday evening.

Food delivered over 30 minutes late, and wasn’t exactly ordered at peak time. Was cold, tasted mediocre. Price decent so maybe ok for collection orders but would avoid delivery. Staff dismissive of me when I called to check on status.

The time was extended by 10 minutes, which was fair, but when i called 20 minutes after the 10 minute extension i got told its on the way and hung up on while asking if he had a timeframe. Ridiculous service, the food was okay, but nothing special.
