Love this take away very rarely go anywhere else. Food is 99% of the time great but think they have a different chef sometimes as it shows in quality and quantity of food items. Customer service is good always remember previous orders and regular customers

I asked them for A £20: as my mum died and I'm not good Wow they did me well proud thank you 🙏

I ordered crispy aromatic duck and chicken satay both were dry there was no satay sauce I couldn't even eat it also the duck was mainly fat and no meat I did receive a refund for these two items but I've never had any issues before this the first time.

We have used this Chinese food takeaway on The Delce Rochester for many years. We have never had a problem, our food is always nice and hot and as described. We normally pick up as it's quicker, inside they have ample seating for you whilst you await your order. They work very hard, orders just keep coming but they cope well. There is some free street parking outside. This is purely a takeaway, no in house dining. Their prices are comparable to other similar take aways in the area.

Tasted lovely just took quite a while for delivery but it was mothers day ,worth the wait tasted so nice 💯🙂

First time ordering and we are very happy with our order. Food came half hour earlier than expected it was hot and seemed fresh! Delicious takeaway will def use again.

2 hours to turn up and I'm only 0.6 of a mile away, food was so poor and cold its unbelievable from so close, their is no spice to the salt n pepper chicken just seems very tough & old. £50 order I'll never spend again with this place.. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

First time customer. We ordered our food at 19.25pm and at 20.45pm we rang to check for an update as to where our delivery was. We were told it would be there “very soon” but they could not remember when the food was sent out or with which driver. 30 minutes later we rang again and were told it would be “soon” after they ‘contacted’ their driver but again could not give us an ETA so we cancelled the order. Then 10 minutes later (2 hours after ordering) the driver arrived unaware of the cancellation. We told him we had cancelled the order and he rudely replied “I’ve been busy, do you want it or not?”. Terrible customer service from both the restaurant and the delivery driver. Would not recommend this restaurant. Really disappointed and we were not even offered any gesture of good will. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

Writing this for my boyfriend. Me and my boyfriend got Chinese for dinner last night. In the night I was really Sick and all day felt ill then this afternoon my boyfriend is throwing up loads and is really poorly because of it! We didn’t eat any thing other than this. So it must be this.

We have been buying food from Jasmine for a long time, but last night was a big disappointment. The chicken chow main was tasteless, the rest of the dishes were well prepared but the chow main, was almost inedible, had to add sauces we had at home.

Love this take away/ delivery. They're always busy. Which shows how good they are. The food is always hot. Unfortunately I tried calling on the number that said invalid use the other number.

Absolutely delicious food and big portions. They delivered the food to our doorstep in Wainscott exactly when they said they would - not a minute after. This is the first time we ordered from them, but surely not the last. Highly recommended!

Use this chinese atleast once a week until today.. prices have just gone up really expensive now also taken the free bottle of drink away and free dish when you spend over £40 there are better chinese takeaways with better food and not as expensive ..cant see why they have 2 girls on the desk taking orders if they are trying to save money! Really good. I had the house vermicelli. A third of the dish filled me up with plenty of meat and prawns. The staff are always lovely too.

Terrible experience from this take away, after ordering from here for 4 years. The pork in the Singapore noodles was off, I could smell it the minute I lifted the lid. The shredded chilli beef had a funny sour taste to it and the vegetable spring rolls were off. All round a terrible meal! Maybe a one off, but how the chef got away with off meat in his fridge is beyond me!

The food can be delicious but occasionally let down by mistakes in the order or recently sending me lemon chicken that quite obviously was not freshly cooked and tasted like it was reheated from days ago. Disappointing when I try to pay cash rather than them incurring the 25% bank charges that all takeaways struggle to endure. Still probably the best Chinese within 5 miles. Just so sad they drop their standards occasionally.

Great food, hot, well presented and cooked to perfection. Told that it would be about an hour wait or delivery but it arrived, piping hot, twenty five minutes later. Food was packed with flavour and at a great price. well done

Always top notch food, really really tasty. Best chinese in Medway hands down. Big portions, kind staff, fast delivery. Surprisingly enough, incredible chips too. Their fried squid with Peppercorn salt & chilli is insane!

Worse meal we have had absolutely no flavour In the curry chicken balls dry and stringy sweet and sour sauce horrible .Cold chips £ 22 in the bin never use it again.
