It's a take away Indian restaurant not a sit down and dine experience. However, the food is very good so I gave them five stars for atmosphere too. 😀 Also reasonably priced for portion size and extras, dips etc.

Just ordered from here for the first time, from the minute the gentleman answered the phone and to my food being delivered. I cannot fault the service, and the food was absolutely amazing, my new favourite Indian Takeaway.

This is a hidden gem. The food was excellent and good value. It was our first time here but it certainly won't be our last.

Absolutely fantastic! Me and the family got a lof of food from here after my brother came back with one some night. Food was fresh, hot and absolutely delicious and the man serving at the till was so kind. I can see why they have been in business for so long. 10/10 would recommend.

Outstanding quality, fragrant, delicious! We are regular customers for about 9 years and the quality is incredible. The Lamb Naga delivers exactly the heat it promises, the Chicken Kathmandu has a delicious, textured sauce and the pilau rice is fragrant and cooked to perfection. Good portion size. Chappatis are made daily from scratch. 5 stars!

My husband and I have been using this takeaway since it first opened and have always found the food freshly prepared, plentiful and delicious; the staff polite and friendly. We would recommend the Jasmin to all.

We have used this place for many years, always been generally good. But last couple of times, some of the dishes taste rushed! ( lack of seasoning etc) And something forgotten off our order which we have paid for. Not the first time…quality of food is good, but lacking the finesse of flavour on some dishes.. I would still order from here, maybe it was an off night ? …

Thought we would give Jasmin a go after having a few not so nice Indian takeaways from our two nearest. Best decision,this will now be where we go for our Indian food night. Delisious food and do not skimp on sizes and amount of meat in a dish. Keep up the good work Jasmine.

Ordered from Ahad who was so helpful , it was our 25th anniversary for nearly 30 people and the food was amazing, bang on time huge portions and everyone loved it. Fantastic value for money would highly recommend.

I have recently made the move to Harry Hill with my GF who has lived here all her life. A few months ago I made the grave mistake of offering to pay for a curry and choosing elsewhere. Not only did my GF not speak to me but no other curry can compare to Jasmin. Needless to say I will not be ordering elsewhere, what's the point when you've found one of the best curry houses and I also don't wanna upset the Mrs! Beautiful food, can't rate it highly enough! Thank you Jasmine! 👍

The person on the phone was lovely and was very helpful when placing my order. They made sure they got the right address and the right order. They had a variety of dishes to try and it was worth the money too! I definitely recommend going here for Indian cuisine, without a doubt 5 stars from me :)

Jasmin. What can you say, great service great people, great food. I tend to pop in jasmin a little shop on the side of harold wood Station. Order the half and half chicken tikka. Its a small dish. Just enough to fill your ones belly. Excellent price £5

Friendly Staff, Good Portion Sizes - Can't argue with that, although the food was a 0/10. Threw the whole order in the bin and ended up cooking something else at home instead, was really disappointed. Chicken curry was drowning in nothing but oil, extremely bland along with other items purchased it was completely drained in oil. I am sorry to say this is the worst indian / asian meal I have ever had.

Another amazing experience at Jasmine Indian Takeaway. Their King Prawn Biryani and Sag Aloo was delicious. Prices were very affordable too

Always a bloody good take away. Ready when they say, tasty and excellent value for money. £20 for 2 starters, 2 mains and rice and is left overs for tomorrow!! Always get pops and dips too which are very good.

Slowest takeaway I have ever been, it’s 45 minutes and counting for small order of around £25..

Best indian takeaway I've had round here

I'm gob smacked at the service I just received. I have used this place for years and after I waited for an hour for my delivery I gave them a call. The man was so rude to me and hung up. I'm really disappointed in Jasmin now. Service means everything. You want my money?! I'm not going to give it to you after that! Nearly two hours after I made my order...and nothing. Highly unlike them, but reason enough for me to never use them again.

Unbelievable phones up literally an hour and a half ago to the dot and get told they have delivered it to the wrong address bearing in mind they had read the address and took my card details and basically gave someone a free indian Asked for a refund got told no he can not do that and he will make a fresh one Sorry but that is genuinly not good enough for my liking ive been waiting for over an hour and a half now im starving after ive been at work all day and all i want is to eat a nice meal and enjoy the bank holiday The second driver has just delivered it empty handed but has promised a refund to my card when he gets back to the shop So not only have the kids gone to sleep on chese and toast im starving and angry going into a long weekend

After calling through my order I was told that it would be ready in 30 minutes for collection. However I was waiting in the shop for a further 30 minutes. When I got home I opened up one of the dishes to find a thick, black hair sitting on top of the food. Last time I order from here after this experience.

Food is good but the customer service is bad. The manager just said to me on the phone that he has other things to do speaking to me because I was asking him about prices. Treated me like I was an inconvenience. I Won't go back here after being spoken to like that.

Best indian within 10 miles. We are currently working on the station for Crossrail, and on weekends, working or not, I will order from this place. Real good, quick and reasonably priced!
