Old school greasy spoon at old school prices, food cooked to perfection, spam on breakfast, genius, fully recommend

Food is always spot on and freshly cooked

Really dissatisfied on last 3 visits- but today was the worst - 45 minutes when told “I’ve thrown your order away” 15 minutes later food arrived cold !! Asked for hot replacement- half was hot but bacon , sausage and egg were cold - 70 minutes in total Jane come back and sort them out or you will not have any customers left

Cool diner. Toast just right. The atmosphere is also nice. I have lived here for many years and only now have I discovered this place. I recommend!

I called in while car was having its MOT next door and had steak pie proper cooked chips with mushy peas and gravy and it was absolutely smashing. Large plate full too and I was off bread and butter to dip up my gravy. I'm gonna try their curry next because that looked just as good.

Food was spot on and reasonably priced
